Description
Claims (12)
- Antriebsvorrichtung für eine von vorn beschickbare Wäschebehandlungsmaschine mit einer über eine Welle (2) wenigstens annähernd horizontal und in einem Tragteil gelagerten Wäschetrommel (1), die durch einen an ihrer Rückseite angeordneten Motor (14, 16) direkt angetrieben ist, dessen am Läufer angeordnete magnetisierbare Pole (16) von außen den am Ständer zur Aufnahme von Erregerwicklungen (15) an vorgesehenen Blechpaketen (14) über einen minimalen Luftspalt (17) gegenüberstehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückwand (7) der Wäschetrommel (1) eine sich in Richtung der Längsachse der Welle (2) erstreckende glockenförmige Vertiefung (8) aufweist, an deren Innenumfang (10) die magnetisierbaren Pole (16) des Läufers verteilt sind und daß die Blechpakete (14) des Ständers an dem in die Vertiefung hineinragenden Teil (3) des Tragteils befestigt sind.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragteil Teil eines Laugenbehälters (5) ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückwand (4) des Laugenbehälters (5) einen glockenförmigen Flansch (3) aufweist, an dem die Blechpakete (14) des Ständers befestigt sind.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der glockenförmige Flansch (3) die Lagerhülse der Welle (2) bildet.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der glockenförmige Flansch (3) ein Metallgußteil, insbesondere ein Aluminium- oder ein Eisen-Graugußteil, ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (14 bis 16) durch eine zwischen der Rückwand (7) der Wäschetrommel (1) und der Rückwand des Laugenbehälters (5) angeordnete Dichtung (20) gegen die Waschlauge abgedichtet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (14 bis 16) ein geschalteter Reluktanzmotor ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die magnetisierbaren Pole (16) durch geschichtete Eisenbleche gebildet sind.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (14 bis 16) ein elektronisch kommutierter Gleichstrommotor ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die magnetisierbaren Pole (16) durch Permanentmagnete gebildet sind.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechpakete (14) oder die magnetisierbaren Pole segmentförmig oder ringförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechpakete (14) und die magnetisierbaren Pole (16), bezogen auf die Welle (2), einander in radialer Richtung oder in axialer Richtung gegenüberstehen.
