Claims (10)
- Organe de rétention pour serrure de véhicule automobile, comportant un moyen de verrouillage apte à coopérer avec un moyen de verrouillage d'un deuxième organe de rétention afin de retenir une gâche lorsque la serrure est dans une position fermée, l'organe de rétention étant formé par au moins deux éléments d'organe de rétention (1A, 1B), caractérisé en que lesdits deux éléments d'organe de rétention (1A, 1B)sont superposés et reliés l'un à l'autre par une gaine surmoulée (12) de manière à ce que ledit organe rétention présente une épaisseur déterminée (a) pour résister, en cas de choc, d'une part à sa rupture et d'autre part à sa déformation, l'un au moins (1A) des éléments d'organe de rétention (1A, 1B) comportant des moyens d'écartement (14) disposés sur sa face tournée vers un élément d'organe de rétention adjacent (1B) de manière à créer un interstice (15) entre les éléments d'organe de rétention pouvant être rempli de matière de surmoulage.
- Organe de rétention selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'écartement comportent des bossages (14) disposés régulièrement espacés sur un (1A) des éléments d'organe de rétention (1A, 1B).
- Organe de rétention selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'organe de rétention (1A, 1B) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par soudage.
- Organe de rétention selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'organe de rétention (1A, 1B) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par collage.
- Organe de rétention selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'organe de rétention (1A, 1B) sont au nombre de deux.
- Organe de rétention selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments d'organe de rétention (1A, 1B) présentent un profil périphérique sensiblement identique.
- Organe de rétention selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de rétention est un pêne.
- Organe de rétention selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de rétention est un cliquet.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un organe de rétention selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément d'organe de rétention (1A, 1B) est fabriqué en une seule opération de découpe, et en ce qu'au moins deux éléments d'organe de rétention sont reliés l'un à l'autre par une gaine surmoulée.
- Serrure de véhicule automobile, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins un organe de rétention selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, coopérant avec un autre organe de rétention (4) en position de verrouillage d'une gâche (3).
