Fig. 1 zeigt ein Fenster 1, welches aus einem feststehenden Rahmen 2 und einem darin beweglichen Flügel 3 besteht. Der Flügel 3 kann dabei über eine Scharniereinrichtung 4 sowohl auf eine seitliche Achse als auch - durch eine am unteren horizontalen Flügelholm 5 angebrachte Kippverriegelung 6 - horizontale Achse verschwenkt werden.Fig. 1 shows a
Flügel 3 und Rahmen 2 lassen sich relativ zueinander über einen Treibstangenbeschlag festlegen, von dem in der schematischen Darstellung nach Fig. 1 nur ein unterer Eckumlenkungsbeschlag 7 dargestellt ist. An dem Eckumlenkungsbeschlag 7 ist eine Fehlbedienungssicherung 8 vorgesehen, die in der Fig. 2 detailliert dargestellt ist. Der Aufbau der Fehlbedienungssicherung 8 entspricht im wesentlichen dem Flügelheber aus der DE 41 17 407 C2. Zur Funktion der Fehlbedienungssicherung weist dieser einen an einem Gehäuse 9 beweglich gelagerten Hebel 10 auf, dessen freies Hebelende 11 mit einem Betätigungselement 12 zusammenwirkt, das am unteren horizontalen Rahmenholm angeordnet ist. Der Hebel 10 ist dabei durch einen Bundzapfen 13 an dem Gehäuse 9 gelagert und wird mittels einer Kraftspeichervorrichtung 14 stets in einer in Fig.2 dargestellten Antiparallelllage zu der Stulpschiene 15 ausgelenkt.
Diametral zu dem Hebelende 11 ist an dem Hebel 10 ein Hebelfortsatz 16 vorgesehen, der als abgewinkelter Materialabschnitt des Hebels 10 materialeinheitlich mit diesem ausgebildet ist. Die Herstellung des Hebels 10 erfolgt dabei durch Stanzbiegen eines flachrechteckigen Blechabschnitts. Der Hebelfortsatz 16 weist dabei eine zur Ebene des Hebels 10 hakenförmige Kontur auf, die einerseits quer zur Längsebene des Hebels 10 abgewinkelt ist und sich andererseits auch senkrecht zur Zeichnungsebene fortsetzt. Dabei ist der Hebelfortsatz 16 in einer Tasche 17 des Gehäuses 9 kulissenartig aufgenommen, wie insbesondere aus der rechten Darstellung der Fig. 2 in der Draufsicht der Fehlbedienungssicherung 8 hervorgeht. An dem Kraftübertragungsglied, hier dem Treibstangenelement 18 des Eckumlenkungsbeschlags 7 ist eine Klaue 9 vorgesehen, die eine quer zur Verschieberichtung 20 der Treibstange verlaufende Nut 21 aufweist. Wie aus der Fig. 2 sichtbar ist, greift der Hebelfortsatz 16 mit einem sich über eine Ebene des Hebels 10 rückseitig vorragenden Abschnitt 22 in die Nut 21 der Klaue 19 ein, wenn der Hebel 10 eine antiparallele Stellung zur Stulpschiene 15 einnimmt. Dadurch wird das Treibstangenelement 18 in der dargestellten Schaltstellung des Treibstangenbeschlages bewegungsblockiert und kann nicht mehr über den in Fig. 1 dargestellten Bedienungshandhebel betätigt werden.Diametrically to the

Dadurch ist das Treibstangenelement 18 in seiner Bewegungsfähigkeit nicht mehr behindert und der Treibstangenbeschlag kann ungehindert betätigt werden.If the
Dabei ist die Klaue 19 im wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet und ragt mit seinem die Nut 21 aufweisenden Abschnitt durch ein Langloch 23 der Stulpschiene 15. Die Stulpschiene 15 bildet daher eine Führung der Klaue 19 und damit auch des Treibstangenelementes 18. Ein seitliches Ausweichen der Klaue 19 unter Belastung wird daher durch die annähernd in der Ebene der Stulpschiene liegende Nut erschwert. Dabei ist die Klaue 19 in ihrer der Verschieberichtung 20 entsprechenden Belastungsrichtung vergleichsweise massiv ausgebildet, während die Abmessung quer zur Verschieberichtung 20 im wesentlichen raumsparend gestaltet ist. Die Klaue 19 kann beispielsweise als Schlagteil oder Drehfrästeil aus Stahl hergestellt werden. Der in die Nut 21 eingreifende Abschnitt 22 des Hebelfortsatzes 16 liegt dabei in einer unmittelbar benachbarten Ebene zu einem Steg 24 des Gehäuses 9, so dass die Tasche 17 die bereits vorstehend erwähnte Kulissenführung des Abschnitts 22 unmittelbar in Höhe der Fläche der Klaue 19 bildet, die dem Gehäuse zugewandt ist. Dadurch wird bei einer starken Belastung des Treibstangenelementes 18 ein Abknicken des vergleichsweise schwach ausgebildeten Hebelfortsatzes 16 vermieden. Der Steg 24 steht nämlich in der Belastungsrichtung mit seiner gesamten Höhe nahezu senkrecht zu der Verschieberichtung des Treibstangenelementes 18, so dass ein Verbiegen des Hebelfortsatzes 16 nur nach Deformation des gesamten Steges 24 möglich ist. Gleichzeitig deckt das Gehäuse 9 mit dem Steg 24 den gesamten Verschiebeweg der Klaue 19 in dem Langloch 23 der Stulpschiene 15 ab, so dass das Eindringen von Schmutz oder dergleichen in diesem Bereich vollständig verhindert wird.In this case, the

Claims (6)
- Locking device against wrong operation (8) for windows, doors or the like, comprising:- a lever (10) which, in the fitted state, is mounted on the movable casement/leaf (3) in a manner such that it can move between a release position and a blocking position and the free lever end (11) of which interacts with an actuating element on the frame (2) in order to move the lever (10) out of the blocking position when the casement/leaf (3) is open into the release position when the casement/leaf (3) is closed,- a force transmission element (18),- a switching-blocking unit which interacts with the force transmission element, in particular a driving-rod element (18), of a fitting, which force transmission element is covered in the fitted state by a faceplate rail (15), is coupled in terms of movement to the lever (10) and has a blocking element (19, 29) and, in the release position of the lever (10), releases the force transmission element (18) and, in the blocking position of the lever (10), blocks the movement of the force transmission element (18),
