Description
- assure une liaison autorisant une dilatation différentielle entre les profilés du châssis et les profilés d'habillage, et sans induire de contrainte dans le profilé d'habillage,
- permette le changement aisé de cet habillage et sans risque de détérioration de la menuiserie,
- permette une adaptation aisée sur les menuiseries existantes,
- assure un aspect esthétique, en accord avec l'environnement de la menuiserie, par la fixation d'un habillage intérieur, sans élément de fixation apparent,
- assure une isolation thermique par l'absence de ponts thermiques.
- le système est utilisé pour une menuiserie vitrée et la vitre est maintenue par une parclose insérée dans une rainure de parclose ménagés dans les éléments de structure. Le maintien de la vitre est ainsi assuré, même au moment où les profilés d'habillage seraient démontés pour être changés.
- les éléments de structure sont des profilés en PVC, et de préférence extrudés en co-extrusion de deux matières, la matière des parties non apparentes du profilé étant du PVC recyclé.

Claims (11)
- Système d'habillage d'éléments de structure (2) de menuiserie de bâtiment, comportant des éléments d'habillage constitués de profilés d'habillage (20) en bois, recouvrant les éléments de structure (2) du côté de l'intérieur du bâtiment, caractérisé en ce que les profilés d'habillage (20) comportent une rainure en T (26), les flancs opposés de la rainure en T comportant deux languettes (24, 25) dirigées l'une vers l'autre et séparées par un col, les profilés d'habillage (20) étant maintenus sur les éléments de structure (2) par des plots (30) de fixation répartis sur la longueur des profilés d'habillage, espacés l'un de l'autre, des premiers et deuxièmes moyens d'appui (27, 40) du profilé d'habillage contre l'élément de structure (2) étant situés longitudinalement respectivement de part et d'autre des plots (30) de fixation, lesdits plots (30) de fixation comportant une embase polygonale (31), une partie centrale (32) et une tête (33) à ergots, la tête ayant une largeur inférieure à la largeur du col, les ergots (34, 35) étant plans et engagés avec les languettes (24, 25) pour maintenir le profilé d'habillage (20), lesdits plots (30) de fixation étant montés pivotant sur des pivots (36) fixés sur les éléments de structure (2).
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens d'appui sont constitués par un talon (27) de l'élément de structure.
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens d'appui sont constitués par un joint d'obturation (40).
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le joint d'obturation (40) se prolonge le long du profilé d'habillage (20) par une forme en P (41) en matière élastique.
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est utilisé pour une menuiserie vitrée et en ce que la vitre (5) est maintenue par une parclose (10) insérée dans une rainure (11) des éléments de structure (2).
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de structure (1, 2) sont des profilés en PVC.
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les profilés en PVC sont des profilés extrudés en co-extrusion de deux matières, la matière des parties non apparentes du profilé étant du PVC recyclé.
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pivots sont des vis autoforantes (36) vissées dans les éléments de structure.
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour fixer un profilé d'habillage (80) sur un montant central (2') d'un vantail secondaire, un profilé de fixation (81) en U enserre le chant extérieur du profilé d'habillage (80), le profilé de fixation (81) étant fixé par une aile (82) sur le montant central (2'), l'aile étant prolongée par une surface de battement (84).
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un des flancs (13) de la rainure (11) des éléments de structure comporte une gorge (14), la parclose (10) comporte une languette (15) de la largeur de la rainure (11) pour s'insérer dans la rainure, la languette (15) se prolongeant par une forme en virgule (16) pour s'insérer dans la gorge (14) de la rainure (11) et réaliser un blocage de la parclose dans la rainure.
- Système d'habillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un profilé d'habillage de dormant (52) s'engage dans une rainure (51) d'un profilé de dormant et est retenu par un ergot (53) du profilé de dormant qui s'encliquette dans une première gorge (54) sur le chant (55) du profilé d'habillage de dormant (52), le chant opposé (56) du profilé d'habillage de dormant comportant une deuxième gorge (57), un cavalier (60) de forme générale en U maintenant le profilé d'habillage de dormant avec une branche (61) du U s'insérant dans la deuxième gorge (57), et l'autre branche (62) du U se bloquant dans une rainure (58) du profilé du dormant.
