Claims (14)
- Anschlußkupplung für einen elektrischen Verbinder zum lösbaren miteinander Kuppeln einer flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung mit mindestens einem elektrischen Leiter,mit einem an der flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung (12) vorgesehenen Kupplungsgehäuse (14) zur Aufnahme mindestens eines mit dem elektrischen Leiter lösbar kuppelbaren Kontaktteils (58, 60), das mit der flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung (12) elektrisch leitend verbunden ist,mit einem im Kupplungsgehäuse (14) vorgesehenen Verriegelungselement (46, 48) zum vorzugsweise lösbaren Arretieren des Kontaktteils (58, 60) im Kupplungsgehäuse (14), undmit einem an dem kupplungsseitigen Ende (28) des Kupplungsgehäuses (14), aus dem das Kontaktteil (58, 60) zum Verbinden mit dem elektrischen Leiter ragt, vorzugsweise lösbar befestigbaren Einsatz (18) zum Sichern des Verriegelungselementes (46, 48).
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kontaktteil (58, 60) einen mit der flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung (12) verbundenen Anschlußabschnitt (62, 64), einen sich an diesen anschließenden Befestigungsabschnitt (66, 68), mit dem das Verriegelungselement (46, 48) vorzugsweise lösbar verbindbar ist, und einen sich an diesen anschließenden Kupplungsabschnitt (74, 76) zum lösbaren Kuppeln mit dem elektrischen Leiter aufweist.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Verriegelungselement (46, 48) mit dem Befestigungsabschnitt (66, 68) des Kontaktteils (58, 60) verrastbar ist.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 3, wobei am Verriegelungselement (46, 48) bzw. am Befestigungsabschnitt (66, 68) des Kontaktteils (58, 60) ein Hakenabschnitt (54, 56) zum Verrasten mit einer am Befestigungsabschnitt (66, 68) bzw. am Verriegelungselement (46, 48) ausgebildeten Rastvertiefung (70, 72) vorgesehen ist.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Einsatz (18) einen in das Kupplungsgehäuse (14) ragenden Sicherungsabschnitt (96) aufweist, der bei in das Kupplungsgehäuse (14) eingeführtem Einsatz (18) eine Bewegung des Verriegelungselementes (46, 48) aus seiner das Kontaktteil (58, 60) sichernden Arretierstellung in eine Freigabestellung verhindert, in der das Kontaktteil (58, 60) aus dem Kupplungsgehäuse (14) entfernbar ist.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Einsatz (18) eine Durchtrittsöffnung (98, 100) für das Kontaktteil (58, 60), insbesondere eine Durchtrittsöffnung (98, 100) für jedes vorgesehene Kontaktteil (58, 60) aufweist, durch die das Kontaktteil (58, 60) geführt ist.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Einsatz (18) in das offene kupplungsseitige Ende (28) des Kupplungsgehäuses (14) einführbar und mit dem Kupplungsgehäuse (14) verrastbar ist.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Einsatz (18) mindestens ein Formelement aufweist, das zu einem an einer Gegenkupplung des elektrischen Verbinders ausgebildeten Formelement komplementär ist.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 1, wobei am Kupplungsgehäuse (14) ein Sicherungselement (16) vorzugsweise lösbar befestigbar ist, das einen Teil eines im Kupplungsgehäuse (14) aufgenommenen Abschnittes (24) der flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung (12) am Kupplungsgehäuse (14) gegen ein Herausziehen aus dem Kupplungsgehäuse (14) sichert.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Sicherungselement (16) mindestens eine Nase (82, 84) aufweist, die bei am Kupplungsgehäuse (14) befestigtem Sicherungselement (16) das im Kupplungsgehäuse (14) aufgenommene Kontaktteil (58, 60) in seiner arretierten Position hält und an diesem gegebenenfalls unter Vorspannung anliegt.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei am Kupplungsgehäuse (14) ein mit einer Aussparung (78) an der flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung (12) in Eingriff bringbarer Zapfen (44) ausgebildet ist, der zum Sichern der flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung (12) bei am Kupplungsgehäuse (14) befestigtem Sicherungselement (16) in eine am Sicherungselement (16) ausgebildete Ausnehmung (92) ragt.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Sicherungselement (16) durch eine Rastverbindung (38, 38, 88, 90) am Kupplungsgehäuse (14) lösbar befestigt ist.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 1, wobei an der flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung (12) ein weiteres Kontaktteil (60) angeschlossen ist, das gemeinsam mit dem ersten Kontaktteil (58) in dem Kupplungsgehäuse (14) aufgenommen und aus dem kupplungsseitigen Ende (28) des Kupplungsgehäuses (14) ragt, wobei für das weitere Kontaktteil (60) im Kupplungsgehäuse (14) ein weiteres Verriegelungselement (48) ausgebildet ist, das das weitere Kontaktteil (60) im Kupplungsgehäuse (14) sichert.
- Anschlußkupplung nach Anspruch 13, wobei die als Flachstecker ausgebildeten Kontaktteile (58, 60) mit ihren Flachseiten unter einem Winkel zur Flachseite der flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung (12) derart verlaufen, daß der im Kupplungsgehäuse (14) aufgenommene Abschnitt (24) der flexiblen gedruckten Schaltung (12) im Querschnitt zumindest teilweise gekrümmt, vorzugsweise etwa U-förmig verläuft.
