Verpackung für wenigstens zwei unterschiedliche Produkte (A, B, C), bestehend aus einem mit einem ersten Produkt (A) gefüllten Beutel, insbesondere Flachbeutel (10) und einem formstabilen Behältnis (11) zur Aufnahme eines zweiten Produkts (B und/oder C), an welchem der Beutel lösbar fixiert ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für wenigstens zwei unterschiedliche Produkte.
Herkömmlich sind Verpackungen für ein Produkt, welches entweder in liquider oder fester, insbesondere schüttfähiger Form vorliegt, wobei diese Verpackungen noch zusätzlich mit einem weiteren Produkt versehen sein können, wie z.B. einem Strohhalm, Löffel, Zugabeartikel oder dergleichen. Auch sind Verpackungen bekannt, die zwei oder mehr Abteile aufweisen, die jeweils nach einer Seite der Verpackung hin offen und somit durch eine gemeinsame Folie oder dergleichen Deckelmaterial verschließbar sind. Die einzelnen Abteile dienen zur Aufnahme unterschiedlicher Produkte, z.B. Joghurt einerseits und Cereals oder Früchte in Form von Rote Grütze oder dergleichen andererseits. Bei diesen Verpackungen können die verschiedenen Produktabteile nur gemeinsam verschlossen und wieder geöffnet werden. Ein separater Zugang zu den einzelnen Produkten ist nicht möglich.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung zu schaffen, die zur Aufnahme von wenigstens zwei unterschiedlichen Produkten dienen soll, wobei der Zugang zu diesen Produkten unabhängig ist, und wobei darüber hinaus die Verpackung so gestaltet ist, daß zumindest ein Teil derselber mehrfunktional ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst, wobei vorteilhafte Weiterentwicklungen und Details dieser Verpackung in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben sind. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist die Ausführungsform nach Anspruch 2, wonach das formstabile Behältnis der erfindungsgemäßen Kombi-Verpackung als Stütze für einen Beutel, insbesondere Flachbeutel dient, und zwar insbesondere zur aufrechten Abstützung des Beutels auf einer ebenen Standfläche. Das formstabile Behältnis hat bei dieser Ausführungsform eine Mehrfachfunktion. Es dient zum einen zur Aufnahme eines vorbestimmten Produkts, und zum anderen auch als Stützelement für einen Beutel derart, daß dieser aufrecht steht und damit Displayfunktion besitzt.
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß ein Flachbeutel ohne weiteres bis zu einer Höhe von 15 - 18 cm durch ein relativ kleines Behältnis, z.B. in der Größe eines Kondensmilch-Portiondöschens stabil in aufrechter Lage gehalten werden kann.
Eine Alternativlösung ist in den Ansprüchen 6ff dargestellt, wonach das formstabile Behältnis in Form einer vorzugsweise tiefgezogenen Schale, insbesondere Tasse oder dergleichen ausgebildet ist, deren Öffnung durch den Flachbeutel abgedeckt ist. Der Flachbeutel hat in diesem Fall eine Dreifachfunktion, nämlich:
  • Deckelfunktion
  • Produkt-Aufnahmefunktion
  • Displayfunktion.
Vorzugsweise ist der Beutel auf dem Öffnungsrand des schalenförmigen Behältnisses gesiegelt.
Selbstverständlich müssen Beutel und formstabiles Behältnis Zugangsöffnungen für den Inhalt aufweisen. Diese werden vorzugsweise durch Aufreißlaschen herkömmlicher Art definiert. Es können auch in das Material eingearbeitete Aufreißfäden oder -bänder zu diesem Zweck vorgesehen sein, die an einer Seite des zugeordneten Behälters vorstehen und mit einer Aufziehlasche versehen sind. Für den Fall, daß der Beutel als Siegelrand-Flachbeutel ausgebildet ist, kann der Rand mit Aufreißkerben herkömmlicher Art versehen sein. Insofern bewegt man sich im Stand der Technik, so daß eine nähere Beschreibung dieser Aufreißhilfen bzw. Öffnungsmechanismen entbehrlich erscheint.
Nachstehend werden Ausführungsformen der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung näher beschrieben.

    und
  • Figur 4 eine vierte Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Kombi-Verpackung in perspektivischer Seitenansicht.
Die Figuren 1a und 1b zeigen eine erste Ausführungsform einer Verpackung für wenigstens zwei, ggf. drei unterschiedliche Produkte A, B, C bestehend aus einem mit einem ersten Produkt A gefüllten Flachbeutel, insbesondere Siegelrandflachbeutel 10 und einem formstabilen Behältnis 11 zur Aufnahme eines zweiten und dritten Produktes B und C, an welchem der Beutel lösbar fixiert ist, und zwar aufrecht stehend eingeklemmt ist. Das formstabile Behältnis 11 ist im vorliegenden Fall einstückig ausgebildet, jedoch zweigeteilt zur getrennten Aufnahme der Produkte B und C. Grundsätzlich ist es auch denkbar, das Behältnis 11 ungeteilt auszuführen zur Aufnahme nur eines einzigen zweiten Produkts B. Das Behältnis 11 ist in Form eines Halbzylinders ausgeführt mit einem zentralen und nach oben offenen Einsteckschlitz bzw. -spalt 12 für den Flachbeutel 10. Die durch den Einsteckschlitz 12 voneinander getrennten Teile des formstabilen Behältnisses 11 sind in den Figuren 1a und 1b mit den Bezugsziffern 13 und 14 gekennzeichnet. Diese beiden Teile sind unterhalb des Beutels 10 durch einen Steg 15 starr miteinander verbunden.
Selbstverständlich sind Vorkehrungen für einen Zugang zum Inhalt des Beutels 10 sowie der Behältnisteile 13, 14 getroffen, z.B. in Form von mittels Aufziehlaschen öffenbaren Öffnungen.
Der Einsteckschlitz 12 ist vorzugsweise etwas enger ausgebildet als die Breite des Beutels 10, so daß der Beutel 10 unter einer geringen Vorspannung innerhalb des Einsteckschlitzes 12 zwischen den beiden Behältnisteilen 13, 14 gehalten ist.
Die Länge des Behältnisses 11 ist, wie Figur 1b erkennen läßt, geringer als die kleinere Kantenlänge des Beutels 10.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Figuren 2a und 2b entspricht die Länge des Behältnisses 11 der kleineren Kantenlänge des Beutels 10. Der formstabile Behälter 11 ist einstückig in einem durchgehenden Innenraum ausgebildet. An der Unterseite des halbzylindrischen Behältnisses 11 ist eine Aufreißlasche vorgesehen, mit welcher das Behältnis 11 an der Unterseite desselben öffenbar ist. Die Aufreißlasche kann z.B. so ausgebildet sein, daß sie eine Längsöffnung an der Unterseite des Behältnisses 11 abdeckt. Sie kann auch integrierter Bestandteil der Unterseite des Behältnisses 11 sein. Da es sich diesbezüglich um bekannte Konstruktionsdetails handelt, wird auf eine nähere Beschreibung an dieser Stelle verzichtet.
Statt eines halbzylindrischen Behältnisses 11 kann auch eine Halbkugel mit Einsteckschlitz vorgesehen sein. Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Figuren 2a, 2b ist der Einsteckschlitz 11 im Querschnitt keilartig unter Ausbildung einer entsprechenden Einsteckkerbe ausgebildet. Auf diese Art und Weise kann der Beutel 10 auch ohne Spreizung des Einsteckschlitzes 12 klemmend in diesem gehalten werden.
Die Ausführungsform nach den Figuren 3a bis 3c ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützung des Beutels 10 durch eine Viertelkugel erfolgt, an deren aufrechten Stützseite der Beutel 10 fixiert ist, insbesondere angeklebt, angeschweißt oder angeschraubt ist. Die als Stütze dienende Viertelkugel definiert das erwähnte Behältnis 11 für ein Produkt B. Die aufrechte Stützfläche des viertelkugelförmigen Behältnisses 11 ist in Figur 3b mit der Bezugsziffer 16 gekennzeichnet. Dieser gegenüberliegend kann ein weiteres formstabiles Behältnis z.B. in Form einer Viertelkugel angeordnet und ander Unterseite des aufrecht stehenden Beutels angeklebt sein, so wie dies in den Figuren 3a und 3b gestrichelt angedeutet ist.
Die beiden Viertelkugelhälften können bei Bedarf durch eine Schraube unter Einklemmung des Beutels 10 zu einer Halbkugel miteinander verbunden sein.
Von besonderer Bedeutung ist noch die Ausführungsform nach Figur 4, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß das formstabile Behältnis 11 in Form einer tiefgezogenen Schale, hier Tasse ausgebildet ist, deren obere Öffnung 17 durch einen entsprechend geformten Flachbeutel 10 abgedeckt ist. Dieser Flachbeutel 10 dient wiederum zur Aufnahme eines Produkts A. Desweiteren ist der Flachbeutel 10 auf dem Öffnungsrand des schalenförmigen Behältnisses 11 gesiegelt, d.h. mit diesem verschweißt. Auf diese Weise wird auch der mögliche Inhalt des Behältnisses 11 luftdicht eingeschlossen. Der Flachbeutel 10 hat bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 4 mehrere Funktionen, nämlich
  • Aufnahme eines Produkts B
  • Schließfunktion
  • Displayfunktion.
Die letztgenannte Funktion ergibt sich durch eine entsprechende Bedruckung der oberen Sichtseite des Beutels 10.
Selbstverständlich sind am Umfang des Beutels 10 wenigstens ein oder mehrere, hier zwei geometral zur Behältnis-Längsachse angeordnete Abziehlaschen 18 vorgesehen, mittels denen der Beutel 10 vom Öffnungsrand des Behältnisses 11 abgezogen werden kann. Die Konstruktion ist derart ausgebildet, daß beim beschriebenen Abziehen der Beutel 10 nicht aufreißt. Zu diesem Zweck sind am Beutel 10 gesonderte Aufreißlaschen vorgesehen, die in üblicher Weise ausgebildet sind. In Figur 4 besitzt der Beutel 10 vier am äußeren Umfang angeordnete Aufreißkerben 19, die die Öffnung des Beutels 10 vom äußeren Umfang her erlauben. Auch hier handelt es sich um eine an sich bekannte Maßnahme zur Öffnung von Flachbeuteln.
Wie bereits erwähnt, ist der Beutel 10 vorzugsweise als Siegelrandflachbeutel ausgebildet und besteht insbesondere aus einer mehrschichtigen Folie mit folgendem Schichtaufbau:

Das formstabile Behältnis 11 besteht ebenfalls vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, insbesondere PEC, EVOH oder PE.
Sämtliche in den Anmeldungsunterlagen offenbarten Merkmale werden als erfindungswesentlich beansprucht, soweit sie einzeln oder in Kombination gegenüber dem Stand der Technik neu sind.

Claims (9)

  1. Verpackung für wenigstens zwei unterschiedliche Produkte (A, B, C), bestehend aus einem mit einem ersten Produkt (A) gefüllten Beutel, insbesondere Flachbeutel (10) und einem formstabilen Behältnis (11) zur Aufnahme eines zweiten Produkts (B und/oder C), an welchem der Beutel lösbar fixiert ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das formstabile Behältnis (11) als Stütze für den Beutel (10) dient, insbesondere zur aufrechten Abstützung des Beutels (10) auf einer ebenen Standfläche.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das formstabile Behältnis (11) eine aufrechte Stützfläche (16) umfaßt, an der der Beutel (10) durch Kleben (Hotmelt), Klemmen (Klemmschrauben) oder dergleichen Maßnahmen fixierbar ist.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das formstabile Behältnis (11) eine nach oben hin offene Kerbe (12) umfaßt, in die der Beutel (10) klemmend einsteckbar ist.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das formstabile Behältnis (11) in Form eines Halb- oder Viertelzylinders, einer Halb- oder Viertelkugel, eines Kegelstumpfes oder einer Scheibe ausgebildet ist, und mit wenigstens einer Aufreißlasche versehen ist, über die das Innere des Behältnisses (11) zugänglich ist.
  6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das formstabile Behältnis (11) in Form einer (tiefgezogenen) Schale, insbesondere Tasse ausgebildet ist, deren Öffnung (17) durch den Beutel (10) abgedeckt ist.
  7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beutel (10) auf dem Öffnungsrand des schalenförmigen Behältnisses (11) gesiegelt ist.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beutel (10) als Siegelrandflachbeutel ausgebildet ist, und insbesondere aus einer mehrschichtigen Folie (OPP/Al/PE) hergestellt ist.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das formstabile Behältnis (11) aus Kunststoff insbesondere PET, EVOH oder PE besteht.
