Claims (11)
- Stützteller (1) für rotierende Werkzeuge zur Oberflächenfeinbearbeitung wie Schleifen und Polieren mit einer vorderseitigen Arbeitsfläche oder einer Haftfläche (18) zum lösbaren Aufbringen einer Schleif-, Polier- oder dgl. Arbeitsmittelscheibe und einem rückseitigen Antriebsanschluß (5), wobei der Stützteller (1) einen Aufnahmeträger (2) und zumindest eine elastisch verformbare Wechselplatte (3) umfaßt, die die Arbeits- bzw. Haftfläche (18) trägt und in die von hinten ein Kupplungsfortsatz (8) des Aufnahmeträgers (2) mit einer Schnellwechselverbindung eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnellwechselverbindung als Schneckenaufnahme (12,19) mit einer hinterschnittenen spiralförmigen Randkontur ausgebildet ist und daß der Kupplungsfortsatz (8) des Aufnahmeträgers (2) in einen als Ausnehmung in der Wechselplatte (2) ausgebildeten Innenraum mit der spiralförmigen Randkontur (19) eingreift.
- Stützteller (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselplatte (3) ringförmig mit einem durchgängigen Innenraum ausgebildet ist.
- Stützteller (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselplatte (3) nicht stärker als 10 mm ist und in einem an den Innenraum angrenzenden Randbereich (14) auf einem Flansch (15) des Aufnahmeträgers (2) aufliegt.
- Stützteller (1) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselplatte (3) eine zum Außenrand (17) abnehmende Stärke aufweist.
- Stützteller nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randkontur (12,19) in Form schräger Außenkanten hinterschnitten ist.
- Stützteller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftfläche (18) als Kleb-Angriffsfläche ausgebildet ist.
- Stützteller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftfläche (18) mit einem Hakenbesatz zur Kletthaftung versehen ist.
- Stützteller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselplatte (3) aus einem elastomeren Kunststoff geformt ist.
- Stützteller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeträger (2) aus einem Kunststoffspritzgußteil mit einem eingebetteten Metallelement (5) für den Antriebsanschluß ausgebildet ist.
- Stützteller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine ringförmige Arbeitsfläche (26) aufweist, die durch borstenartige Fortsätze (25) einer aus einem elastomerem Kunststoff hergestellten Wechselplatte (23) gebildet ist.
- Stützteller nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die borstenartigen Fortsätze (25) mit einem Schleifmittel gefüllt sind.
