Definitions
- the invention relates to a security device for a window with the features mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention further relates to a window with such a safety device.
- a window generally has a casement, which means Fitting or fishing on a frame can be swiveled or is tiltable.
- a casement which means Fitting or fishing on a frame can be swiveled or is tiltable.
- locking elements on the casement especially roller bolts
- the Locking elements are arranged in the area of a fold which is between the frame and the closed casement is.
- the frame and the sash are subject to production contingent dimensional fluctuations. Furthermore, warp and twist they change during use due to thermal stresses and the weight of the glazing act on them. The fold between Frame and sash is therefore also used to compensate for Dimensional fluctuations and delay.
- locking elements on the casement Arrange locking elements to ensure security against burglary increase.
- the locking elements are in the corresponding locking plates on Frame can be pushed or swiveled.
- the profile parts of the frame and the casement are for aesthetic reasons slim design and at the same time need sufficient stability also offer heavy heat and soundproof glazing to be able to wear. The place to arrange such additional Latch elements are therefore very limited.
- Door locks are known from the company Gretsch-Unitas GmbH, where locking hooks or locking bolts as locking elements on Engage the door leaf in the corresponding striking plates on the door frame.
- the door locks are relatively large and therefore the cramped space is unsuitable.
- GB 2307937 A describes a safety device for windows with two L-shaped components, one of which is on a casement and one is attached to a frame. If the Sash frames opened in a normal way are the L-shaped ones Components spaced from each other, whereas the L-shaped Components get caught when the casement is on a abnormal path is opened, as is the case with a attempted break-in is the case. The hooked components should thereby preventing the break-in. To do this effectively the L-shaped components would have to be very solid be what due to the cramped space between Sash and frame is not possible.
- FR 2669076 describes a burglar-resistant device for a Door with two interlocking, hook-shaped profile strips, one of which is attached to the door frame and one to the door is.
- the hooks Profile strips do not interlock. However, they come into engagement if manipulated on them during an attempted break-in becomes. However, such profile strips also come into engagement, for example if the door warps.
- the profile strips must also cover the entire circumference of the door frame extend. Since they are directly accessible, they could are removed altogether and therefore offer only a limited Burglary protection.
- DE 7833654 U1, DE 3329414 A1, DE 2035026 A1, DE 3643192 A1 and DE 8617054 U1 each describe a fitting for a window, in which in a fold between a casement and a Frame two interacting hook elements arranged are.
- the hook elements are then engaged in the opening direction and the The sash frame cannot be opened or only tilted. In order to the hook elements are sufficiently stable, they almost fill the entire cross-section of the fold. Balancing tolerances between sash and frame is therefore limited possible.
- the invention has for its object a safety device for a window and a window with such a safety device to be provided for, even with very limited space on the casement in a simple manner increased security against burglary is guaranteed.
- the invention also aims to provide a window fitting and to provide a window with such a window fitting at which the sash, despite the safety device, even with one windows that are not made to measure or warped easily is lockable and lockable and at the same time a offers sufficient or increased security against burglary.
- the task is according to the invention by a safety device solved with the features mentioned in claim 1.
- the invention is based on the observation that when one tries Burglary arranged between the casement and the frame Locking elements are lifted out of their locking plates, by adding a side profile of the casement to the neighboring one Side profile of the window frame in the opening direction of the casement, in particular, however, also perpendicular to the opening direction is pushed from the frame. This allows the casement be opened.
- the hook elements according to the invention a movement of the casement perpendicular to the opening direction is limited, the locking elements remain in the associated Locking plates and the casement cannot be opened.
- the hook elements according to the invention thereby increase considerably the security of the window against burglary.
- the hook elements according to the invention are not engaged.
- the window can be opened in the usual way and conclude.
- the device according to the invention can be designed particularly simply, by the first hook element on the frame and the second hook element are fixed to the sash frame.
- Such hook elements do not have to go through the locking mechanism of the Casement frames are operated and are also on existing windows can be retrofitted.
- the hook elements can be spaced further apart be when the casement is opened.
- the first and second hook elements with are particularly advantageous One tooth each, the teeth in the opening direction in Intervention come when the closed casement is related to the frame perpendicular to the opening direction and in the opening direction is moved. By reaching behind in the opening direction The sash can be both perpendicular to the opening direction as well as in the opening direction from the closed Position can only be moved a limited way. Such a safety device therefore effectively prevents prying out the locking elements from their locking plates.
- the safety device remains from default and faulty manufacturing dimensions unaffected when the first and second hook element in the opening direction a distance of 5% to 90% of the fold width and a distance of 5% to 90% perpendicular to the opening direction the fold height.
- Distances of 10 are particularly preferred % until 50 %.
- Distances of 20% to 30 are most preferred %. At these distances, manufacturing tolerances and warpage can occur are compensated particularly well. It is still guaranteed that the first and second hook members engage when the closed casement is perpendicular to the frame is moved to the opening direction.
- the safety device according to the invention can be particularly robust be designed in one piece with the first hook element a locking plate attached to the frame and the second hook element in one piece with one attached to the casement Locking mechanism is formed.
- the second hook element can be slidable by the locking mechanism itself.
- the safety device according to the invention can be particularly advantageous use for a window because there is special there is limited space on the casement and window frame.
- a part of a window 10 is shown, the one Frame 12 and a sash frame 14 lying on the inside thereof made of wood.
- a glass pane 16 is located on the casement 14 between two seals 18 and 20 taken.
- the seal 20 is held by an aluminum profile 22, the 14 is attached outside.
- On the frame 12 is also on the outside Aluminum profile 23 attached so that the aluminum profiles 22 and 23 with the casement 14 or the frame 12 a window form in composite construction.
- the window is in "closed Position "shown, that position of the sash 14th corresponds to the frame 12, in which the sash 14th Manufactured and closed according to ideal manufacturing dimensions and is neither warped nor burdened by an external force is.
- the sash 14 is by rotating bands (not shown) on Frame 12 pivotally mounted and in an arrow X illustrated opening direction to open.
- the opening direction X is perpendicular to a main plane or disc plane of the casement 14.
- the opening direction X is, starting from the closed position of the sash 14, regardless of whether the sash 14 is swung open or tilted. in the in general, the aluminum profiles 22 and 23 on the outside Casement 14 or frame 12 attached and the casement 14 inwards, i.e. in opening direction X to open.
- a arranged on the casement 14 and sealing to the frame 12 Seal 24 equalizes manufacturing tolerances and warpage of Casement 14 in the opening direction X based on the frame 12 out. The seal 24 thus prevents air flow between outside and inside.
- a Cross section rectangular fold 26 formed in the partially Locking elements 27 (e.g. roller bolts) are arranged.
- the fold 26 also serves to compensate for manufacturing tolerances and warpage in a direction Z perpendicular to the opening direction X.
- the fold 26 has a fold width "b" in the opening direction X and in the direction Z a fold height "h".
- first hook 28 On the frame 12 there is a first hook 28 with a screw part 30 screwed and protrudes in the direction Z in the fold 26.
- Ein second hook 32 is on the sash 14 with a screw part 34 screwed in and protrudes against the direction Z in the fold 26.
- the hooks 28 and 32 each have a parallel to the opening direction X.
- Hook section 35 and 37, respectively, in FIG. 1 horizontal hook sections 35 and 37 in the fold 26 in the direction Z are spaced a distance "d".
- the distance "d" is at least 5% of the fold height "h”.
- the distance "d” is preferably 10% to 50% of the fold height "h”.
- the most preferred is Distance "d" 20% to 30% of the rebate height, because such a particularly good one Compensation for warpage and manufacturing tolerances of the window is possible.
- the two hooks 28 and 32 overlap in the opening direction X by at least a distance "a".
- the distance "a” is 5% or more of the fold width "b".
- the distance is preferably "a” 10% to 50% of the fold width "b”.
- Most preferred is one Distance “a” from 20% to 30% of the fold width "b", as a result of this particularly high security against displacement of the casement 14 in the opening direction X and direction Z is guaranteed.
- the distance "c" is at least 5% of the fold height "h” and is preferred greater than 10% of the fold height "h”. Most preferred the distance "c" is 10% to 50% of the fold height "h”.
- hook 32 On the hook section 35 and 37 of the first hook 28 and second, respectively Hook 32 is a tooth 36 and 38 formed by the Hook sections 35 and 37 to the opposite hook 32 or 28 stand out.
- the teeth 36 and 38 are in the opening direction X does not engage as long as the sash 14 is not is loaded by a force in the Z direction. Will the casement 14 moved in the direction Z relative to the frame 12, see above the distance "d" is overcome and the teeth 36 and 38 in the opening direction X engaged. With simultaneous or subsequent movement of the casement 14 in the opening direction X, as is the case with an attempted break-in the teeth 36 and 38 in the opening direction X against each other and prevent such a further movement of the casement 14.
- the locking elements 27 are in the fold 26 in the opening direction X arranged next to the hooks 28 and 32.
- the locking elements 27 have a locking mechanism 40 inserted in the casement 14 on.
- a locking pin 42 is attached to the locking mechanism protrudes into the fold 26.
- a locking plate 44 is fastened to the frame 12, that cooperates with the locking pin 42 and when actuated the locking mechanism 40, the sash 14 to the frame 12 urges.
- the locking plate 44 is designed so that the Hook 32 when closing the sash 14 not on the locking plate 44 comes across.
- the locking pin 42 is through the locking mechanism 40 parallel to a side part of the casement 14, that is shifted perpendicular to the plane X-Z.
- the hook 32 can in one preferred embodiment attached to the actuating mechanism 40 be and move with the locking pin 42. hereby there may be a collision of the hook 32 with the locking plate 44 be avoided when closing the casement 14.
- the hook 32 can also be attached so that it is moved or locked position with its hook portion 37 in Opening direction X arrives behind the locking plate 44 and so additionally a displacement of the casement 14 in the opening direction X prevents.
