Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum automatischen Übergeben von Bekleidungsstücken an Faltautomaten, wobei die an Armen von Transportbügeln hängenden und entlang einer Förderstrecke bewegten Bekleidungsstücke auf eine Arbeitsfläche des Faltautomaten aufgelegt werden, wonach die Transportbügel aus den Bekleidungsstücken transportiert und leer weiter gefördert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme eines Transportbügels zum Transportieren aus einem Bekleidungsstück mit zumindest einer Komponente in Richtung ihrer Längserstreckungen bewegt und dabei aus dem Bekleidungsstück transportiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme linear, z. B. in einem Bogen, bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme mittels eines Antriebes, vorzugsweise eines Zahnradantriebes zu der Transportbewegung angetrieben werden, und daß sie zur Rückbewegung in ihre Ausgangsstellung in umgekehrter Richtung angetrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme eines Transportbügels zum Transportieren aus dem Bekleidungsstück in einer zumindest annähernd vertikalen Ebene bewegt werden.
- Anordnung zum automatischen Übergeben von Bekleidungsstücken an Faltautomaten mit einer einen Transportbügel, an dessen Armen die Bekleidungsstücke hängen, zu einer geneigten Arbeitsfläche des Faltautomaten fördernden Zuförderstrecke und mit einer Vorrichtung zum Transportieren der Transportbügel aus den Bekleidungsstücken, gekennzeichnet durch einen die Arme (11a, 11b) des Transportbügels (2) mit mindestens einer Komponente in Richtung (16a, 16b) ihrer Längserstreckungen bewegenden und dabei aus dem Bekleidungsstück fahrenden Antrieb (24; 27a, 27b).
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen die Arme linear, vorzugsweise in einem Bogen bewegenden Antrieb.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Zuförderstrecke (3) zum Zufördern der mit Bekleidungsstücken behängten Transportbügel (2), eine Abförderstrecke (4) zum Abfördern der leeren Transportbügel (2) und eine Zwischenförderstrecke (5) im Bereich der Arbeitsfläche (12) zum Fördern während einer Bewegung der Arme (11a, 11b) zum Transportieren aus den Bekleidungsstücken sowie einer Rückstellbewegung in die Ausgangsposition.
- Anordnung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch Bewegungen in einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Ebene ausführende Arme (11a, 11b).
- Transportbügel, insbesondere nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tragarme (11a, 11b) in einem Gehäuse (13) angeordnet sind, und von einem Antrieb (24) mit zumindest einer Komponente in Richtung (16a, 16b; 17a, 17b) ihrer Längserstreckungen bewegbar sind.
- Transportbügel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (13) und/oder die Tragarme (11a, 11b) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
- Transportbügel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (24) ein Elektromotor (24) ist.
- Transportbügel mit zwei im wesentlichen ineinander entgegengesetzte Richtung weisende Armen für Bekleidungsstücke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Armen (102a, 102b) Klemmvorrichtungen (108a, 108b) zur Befestigung einer Hose befestigt sind.
- Transportbügel nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmvorrichtungen (108a, 108b) in einer gegenseitigen Entfernung befestigt sind, die einer üblichen Weite eines Hosenbundes entspricht.
- Transportbügel nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmvorrichtungen (108a, 108b) entlang der Arme (102a, 102b) verschieblich angeordnet sind.
- Transportbügel nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmvorrichtungen (108a, 108b) aus zwei Hälften (109a, 109b; 111a, 111b) bestehen, die in Öffnungsrichtung der Klemmvorrichtung (108a, 108b) unter dem Druck einer sie beaufschlagenden Feder (12a, 12b) stehen.
- Transportbügel nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hälften (109a, 109b; 111a, 111b) der Klemmvorrichtung (108a, 108b) in ihren geschlossenen Zustand von einem den Druck der Feder (112a, 112b) überwindenden Schließer beaufschlagt sind.
- Transportbügel nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließer als Ende eines Hebels (103a, 103b) ausgebildet ist, der um eine Schwenkachse (106a, 106b) in Richtung auf die Klemmvorrichtung (108a, 108b) verschwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Transportbügel nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende des Hebels (103a, 103b) im geschlossenen Zustand der Klemmvorrichtung (108a, 108b) in eine ihm angepaßte Ausnehmung (114a, 114b) eingreift, die bei sich gegenseitig beaufschlagenden Hälften (109a, 109b; 111a, 111b) der Klemmvorrichtung (108a, 108b) zwischen diesen ausgebildet ist.
- Transportbügel nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Betätigungselemente (122a, 122b) zum Lösen der Hebel (103a, 103b) durch eine außerhalb des Gehäuses (121) vorgesehene Vorrichtung betätigbar sind.
