Definitions
- the invention is based on a commercial cream cake, the serving in fair Pie pieces are divided for consumption.
- a difficult-to-calculate cost risk arises, for example, for a tourist restaurant, that counts with for example twenty coaches on one day and the evening before the corresponding amount of pies thaws, but due to a nocturnal Weather reversal the following day only five coaches come. The not consumed Pies must then be thrown away as they will not be frozen again can. This results in a financial loss.
- US-A-2,750,294 is a double-walled packaging consisting of an inner packaging from a flexible film and a protective rigid outer packaging which are known for receiving soft, plastic foods such as Example butter, margarine, ice cream, sorbets, cheese preparations, jellies and gelatins are also Candies with such consistency
- the aim of the invention is therefore to reduce the committee in the sale of cream pies and thus save costs.
- each cream cake is individually packed and thus the possibility exists, just as many tartlets to get out of their packaging, the cup, as desired by the customer. It is also possible to sell the customer a packaged tart, then eat this at home at a desired time can. This eliminates the problem that at the end of the day still pie pieces left are those that are no longer for sale. This greatly reduces the costs for the provider. Furthermore it also reduces the risk of making a slanted cut for a pie slice receives, as the tartlet can be easily taken out of the cup, which expediently simultaneously serves the tartlet as a form by e.g. along the lateral surface of the
- a cup with airtight lid closing various embodiments are conceivable: For example, a plastic cup, as it is used for yogurt, having a seaming edge, on which an opening-closing foil is welded; or a glass jar, which is connected to a glass lid like a mason jar via a rubber seal; It is also conceivable to use a plastic cup which has a screw cap with a circumferential tear-open tab.
- An advantageous development of the invention provides that a conical cup is used, wherein the angle Favor is between 5 ° and 10 °.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the tartlet is arranged upside down in the cup. This means that the topmost layer of the tart is located in the area of the bottom of the cup and the bottom of the tartlet is arranged close to the mouth of the cup. In between lie the individual cake layers in the desired order.
- the tart after removal from the cup already in the Position is where it can be consumed without it being dropped again must become.
- the tumbled from the cup tart stable since it is due to the preferred conical shape of the lateral surface of the cup, tapering upwards from its lowest layer.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the ground the cup is curved inwards or outwards.
- a bulge to the outside becomes the aesthetic impression of the tart extracted from the cup changed favorably.
- preference is given to Bodens that in the extension of the lateral surface of a bridge over the arched Floor protrudes so that the cup can stand securely.
- Such a bridge is but not in a deep-drawn, but only one by an injection molding process made plastic cup, or a glass mug possible.
- a bulge inward it is possible to get out of the cup Tart a garnish, for example, from fruits, a cast or a To apply fruit sauce, which then remains at the designated place, without sliding down the tart.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the ground has a structure with recesses. This makes it possible for the ornament of the tart can already be placed in the cup.
- structure is For example, thought of a centrally arranged dome, the recording a cherry or at the bottom of the soil radially outgoing, curved Strands into which cream decorations can be inserted.
- no subsequent decoration after leaching out the tartlet from the cup is needed and this is therefore ready to eat.
- the cup serves as a mold for the preparation of the cream cake.
- the cream tart is produced in the cup and not first prefabricated outside the cup and then in this be introduced. This has the tart along its entire side surface Contact with the inside of the outer surface of the cup.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that a release agent provided at least between the bottom of the cup and the tart is.
- a release agent provided at least between the bottom of the cup and the tart is.
- This is preferably a food grade paper which before filling the cake in the cup is placed on the floor.
- Such Measure has the advantage that solve the tart more easily from the cup leaves and thus damage the tartlet during the leaching out the cup can be largely avoided.
- Another possibility is that instead of the food grade paper, the inner surface of the cup with a Release wax, especially beeswax, is sprayed. Thus, a light one Slipping out of the tartlet guaranteed from the cup.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the ground has at least one pointing away from its inside cavity, whose Opening to the inside is small compared to the diameter of the bottom.
- the Cavity can not penetrate any pie material due to its size. Becomes the cavity associated with the atmospheric air pressure, so slides the tartlet easily from the cup.
- the connection can be achieved be that the cup is slightly deformed by pressure and thus air between Tart and cup wall flows through the opening into the cavity.
- a part of the floor that houses the cavity, cut or pierced, so that the atmospheric pressure through the cup bottom into the cavity.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that on the top the cream cake still no final set is attached. These rather, it will be attached to the cup only after the tart has been removed. This has the advantage that, if desired, your own individual Ornament can be made and thus each tartlet is unique and that the set remains undamaged.
- the use of the cup with the features of claim 10 is suitable especially for holding a cream cake.
- a cup for example closed with a foil or even welded into a shell become.
- Other closure options are conceivable.
- the cup will open placed his opening and prepared for opening body, in the following in reference referred to a predetermined breaking point as a target opening point, separated from the ground becomes. It creates a connection between the cup interior and the Outside air, so that these with atmospheric pressure between cake and cup bottom arrives.
- the tartlet simply dissolves from the cup, which is the Tart preferably also serves as a form for its production, out and due to the gravity of the tartlet this slides when lifting the cup easily out of this.
- the Sollö Stamm can be so large in extreme cases, that the soil only a ring is in the area of the mantle of the cup.
- Such a design offers the advantage that a cup in the cup through the target opening point can be produced in, wherein introduced as the first layer of the soil and then the individual cake layers. In such a cup It is also possible to attach an ornament as a conclusion, since the removal the tartlet from the cup through the other, the Sollö Stammsstelle opposite Opening happens.
- the cup can be provided with an airtight closing lid, wherein Particularly preferably, a plastic cup is used, the one folding edge has, on which an opening-closing foil is welded; It is also conceivable to use a plastic cup, which has a screw cap with a wrap-around pull tab.
- the prepared for opening Place on the outside of the cup with a pull tab closed is.
- a closure is sufficiently safe and yet easy from To dissolve cups.
- the tear tab consists of a composite of a tear-resistant foil with an aluminum foil.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the opening prepared spot is an outwardly directed hollow wart, whose cavity connected to the cup interior, wherein the diameter of the cavity small compared to the diameter of the soil is.
- the hollow wart can be opened easily, for example, by cutting them with scissors or a knife becomes.
- the wart a notch has in its side surface. This ensures that the bottom of the Warts easily, preferably without aids, separated from the rest of the wart can be. Thus passes over the now freely connected to the outside air Cavity of the wart the atmospheric pressure between cup bottom and food. This in turn is an easy dissolution of the food the cup possible.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the ground has three warts. Three points are known to span a plane, so that the cup is safe. On the other hand, one or two warts always carry the risk of tipping over the mug. At four and more warts, you get a bobbing mug, if not the bottoms all warts lie in one plane.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the warts on a circle around the center of the ground, as far as possible from each other, are arranged. This ensures that the spanned by the warts Support surface is as large as possible. This too contributes as much as possible high stability of the state of the cup.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the bearing surfaces the warts are flat and all lie in one plane. This results a large total contact surface and thus a further increase in stability of the mug.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the opening of the cup is enclosed by a circumferential fold edge. This will be in simple and inexpensive way ensures that the cup through a Foil can be closed. This foil can be welded onto the seam become. By such a closure, it is possible to the tart Vacuum and then the cup with inert gas to flood, resulting in a significantly longer life of the tart results.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the cup is made of plastic, preferably polystyrene or polypropylene use place.
- plastic preferably polystyrene or polypropylene use place.
- FIG. 1 shows a cup 1 according to the invention into which a cake 3 is introduced is, with an airtight lid 2.
- the cup 1 has a conical surface 1 a, an outwardly curved Floor 1 b and a surrounding its opening edge 1 c.
- the tart 3 is introduced so that it is in his fallen State has the desired sequence of layers 3a to 3d.
- the uppermost layer 3d of the tart 3 is the one that the floor 1 b of the cup 1 is closest.
- the layers 3a to 3d of the Tartets 3 lie on the inside of the lateral surface 1a of the cup. 1 at.
