Claims (14)
- Spender zur Abgabe von fließfähigen, beispielsweise flüssigen oder pastösen Medien, mit einem Speicherbehälter (1, 101) zur Aufnahme der zu spendenden Medien, mit einer in modularer Bauart ausgebildeten austauschbaren Spenderpumpe (3) mit einem Eingangs- (24, 124) und einem Ausgangskanal (14, 114) und mit einer eingangs- und ausgangsseitig durch Rückschlagventile (32, 31) begrenzten Pumpkammer (30) sowie einem Kopfstück (2, 102, 202) mit einer Mündung, gekennzeichnet durcheine in austauschbare Speicherbehälter (1, 101) einsetzbare modulare austauschbare Spenderpumpe (3), die durch Rast- oder Schraubverbindungen mit dem Kopfstück (2, 102, 202) und dem Speicherbehälter (1, 101) verbindbar ist, mit einer Pumpkammer (30), die durch einen Kolbenabschnitt (11) eines Kolbenkörpers (10) gebildet wird, der gleitbeweglich in dem Zylinderabschnitt (21) eines Zylinderkörpers (20) aufgenommen ist und mit einem Befestigungselement (26, 125), das die Spenderpumpe (3) an der Innenwandung des Speicherbehälters (1, 101) abstützt, wobei der Zylinderkörper (20, 120) und das Befestigungselement (26, 125) zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Speicherbehälter (1, 101 ) austauschbar ausgebildet sind;eine zwischen dem Kolbenkörper (10) und dem Zylinderkörper (20) der Spenderpumpe (3) angeordnete Rückstellvorrichtung (40) mit an dem Kolbenkörper (10) und dem Zylinderkörper (20) angeordneten Begrenzungsvorrichtungen (12, 22) zur Begrenzung der Rückstellbewegung, die bei maximalem Pumpkammervolumen gegeneinander zur Anlage kommen;ein austauschbar auf die Spenderpumpe (3) aufsetzbares Kopfstück (2, 102, 202) mit Spendemündung (102b, 202b) und Spendekanal (102c, 202c), das so ausgebildet ist, dass der Spendekanal (102c, 202c) in den Ausgangskanal (14, 114) der Spenderpumpe (3) einführbar ist;eine so große Einsetztiefe der Spenderpumpe (3) in den Speicherbehälter (1, 101), dass der untere Rand der Spenderpumpe (3) mit seinem Eintrittskanal (24, 124) direkten Kontakt mit dem zu spendenden Medium hat.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Lagefestlegung der Spenderpumpe (3) in zusammengebautem Zustand des Spenders die Spenderpumpe (3) mindestens einen Befestigungsvorsprung (25, 126) am Befestigungselement (26, 125) aufweist, der mit einer Seite gegen den Speicherbehälter (1, 101) und mit der anderen Seite gegen das Kopfstück (2, 102, 202) anliegt, wodurch die Spenderpumpe (3) zwischen dem Speicherbehälter (1, 101) und dem Kopfstück (2, 102, 202) gehalten wird.
- Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Lagebefestigung der Spenderpumpe (3) zusätzlich ein entsprechend ausgebildetes Halteelement (8) des Kopfstücks (2) im aufgesetzten Zustand gleichzeitig das Befestigungsflanschelement (26) der Spenderpumpe (3) und den oberen Rand des Speicherbehälters (1) lösbar umschließt und so die Spenderpumpe (3) und den Speicherbehälter (1) lösbar miteinander verbindet.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Beschränkung der Relativbewegung zwischen dem Kolbenkörper (10) und dem Zylinderkörper (20) über ein maximales Pumpkammervolumen hinaus die Begrenzungsvorrichtungen (12, 22) bei maximalem Pumpkammervolumen gegeneinander zur Anlage kommen.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Begrenzungsvorrichtungen (12, 22) als Vorsprünge an gegenüberliegenden Wänden (13, 23) des Kolbenkörpers (10) und des Zylinderkörpers (20) vorgesehen sind und mit der jeweils gegenüberliegenden Wand (23, 13) im Gleiteingriff stehen.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenkörper (10) und der Zylinderkörper (20) der Spenderpumpe (3) jeweils glockenartig ineinandergreifend ausgebildet sind.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Rückschlagventil (31, 32) der Spenderpumpe (3) als Ringspaltventil mit ringartigem Ventilkörper ausgebildet ist, der jeweils einen Ringspalt (36, 36') des Eingangs- bzw. Ausgangskanals (24, 14) überdeckt.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolbenabschnitt (11) des Kolbenkörpers (10) als aufsetzbarer Kolben (11') ausgebildet ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (11') koaxial auf einen rohrförmigen Ausgangskanalabschnitt des Kolbenkörpers (10) aufgesteckt und durch eine Schnappverbindung gesichert ist.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Speicherbehälter (1) zylinderartig ausgebildet ist, ein entsprechend ausgeformter Nachlaufkolben (4) in der Speicherkammer (5) des Speicherbehälters (1) angeordnet ist und der Speicherbehälter (1) kopfseitig eine obere Öffnung (6) aufweist, die sich über den gesamten Speicherkammerquerschnitt erstreckt.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Speicherbehälter (101) zylinderartig ausgebildet ist und kopfseitig eine sich über den gesamten Speicherkammerquerschnitt erstreckende obere Öffnung (106) aufweist, und dass im Speicherbehälter (101) ein das zu spendende Medium umgebender Balg (150) angeordnet ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (150) durch die obere Öffnung (106) in den Speicherbehälter (101) einsetzbar und mit einem Halteabschnitt (151) an dem Speicherbehälter (101) festlegbar ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (150) an seinem kopfseitigen Ende einen Anschlussstutzen (152) zum Anschluss des Balges (150) an den Eingangskanal (124) der Spenderpumpe (3) aufweist.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (150) einen Bodenflansch (154) mit einem flexiblen, radial außenliegenden Ringabschnitt (155) aufweist, an welchen Falten (156) des Balges (150) anschließen, und der flexible Ringabschnitt (155) im entleerten Zustand des Balges (150) durch die aneinander gelegten Falten (156) entgegen der Entleerungsrichtung verformt ist.
