Abstract
Description
- d'augmenter les caractéristiques (en termes de charges manutentionnées ou de portée maximale) des grues à tour, elles-mêmes déterminées par les dimensions du pivot, tout en permettant leur transport selon le gabarit autorisé de transport routier, ou par conteneur normalisé de type « plateforme » ;
- de diminuer l'encombrement du transport des pivots de grues à tour, notamment leur hauteur hors tout.
- à chacun des quatre angles du pivot, au moins une éclisse fixée dans un plan vertical passant par une diagonale de la section horizontale carrée du pivot, ou parallèle à cette diagonale, chaque éclisse étant percée d'au moins un trou d'axe géométrique horizontal, et l'ensemble des éclisses du pivot s'inscrivant dans le gabarit admis pour le transport de ce pivot ;
- à chacun des quatre angles du sommet de l'élément de mât supérieur, au moins une autre éclisse fixée sur la partie supérieure d'une membrure d'angle ou montant de cet élément de mât, du côté intérieur du montant, dans un plan vertical passant par une diagonale de la section horizontale carrée de l'élément de mât, ou parallèle à cette diagonale, chaque éclisse étant percée d'au moins un trou d'axe géométrique horizontal, et l'ensemble des éclisses de l'élément de mât se situant à l'intérieur du volume délimité par les quatre zones latérales de cet élément de mât, et
- des axes de liaison horizontaux amovibles, prévus pour être engagés au travers des trous des éclisses du pivot, et des trous des éclisses de l'élément de mât, trous venant en correspondance à chacun des quatre angles lorsque le pivot est posé sur le sommet de l'élément de mât.
- en modifiant le nombre des éclisses du pivot 1 et de l'élément de mât 2, à chaque angle, ou le nombre des trous percés dans ces éclisses pour recevoir des axes de liaison, tout en conservant le même principe d'éclissage ;
- en appliquant le dispositif à des pivots et mâtures dont les sections horizontales sont de dimensions différentes de celles indiquées ;
- en adaptant ce dispositif au sommet d'un élément de mât dont les montants sont de forme quelconque, ces montants pouvant aussi être, en particulier, des tubes de section carrée ou rectangulaire.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif de liaison entre pivot et mâture pour grues à tour, le dispositif assurant l'assemblage démontable entre, d'une part, le sommet d'un mât de grue à tour, composé d'éléments de mât (2) de section horizontale carrée, et d'autre part, un pivot fixe (1) dont la section enveloppe est de forme générale carrée, et qui sert au support et à l'orientation de la partie supérieure tournante de la grue, comprenant notamment la flèche, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en combinaison :à chacun des quatre angles du pivot (1), au moins une éclisse (11) fixée dans un plan vertical passant par une diagonale (D) de la section horizontale carrée du pivot (1), ou parallèle à cette diagonale (D), chaque éclisse (11) étant percée d'au moins un trou (12, 13) d'axe géométrique horizontal, et l'ensemble des éclisses (11) du pivot s'inscrivant dans le gabarit admis pour le transport de ce pivot (1).à chacun des quatre angles du sommet de l'élément de mât (2) supérieur, au moins une autre éclisse (18, 19) fixée sur la partie supérieure d'une membrure d'angle ou montant (8) de cet élément de mât (2), du côté intérieur du montant (8), dans un plan vertical passant par une diagonale (D') de la section horizontale carrée de l'élément de mât (2), ou parallèle à cette diagonale (D'), chaque éclisse (18, 19) étant percée d'au moins un trou (21, 22) d'axe géométrique horizontal, et l'ensemble des éclisses (12, 19) de l'élément de mât (2) se situant à l'intérieur du volume délimité par les quatre faces latérales (9, 10) de l'élément de mât (2), etdes axes de liaison horizontaux amovibles (29, 30), prévus pour être engagés au travers des trous (12, 13) des éclisses (11) du pivot (1), et des trous (21, 22) des éclisses (18, 19) de l'élément de mât (2), trous venant en correspondance à chacun des quatre angles lorsque le pivot (1) est posé sur le sommet de l'élément de mât (2).
- Dispositif de liaison entre pivot et mâture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque éclisse (11) du pivot (1) est fixée par soudage sous une zone d'angle de la plaque horizontale supérieure (5), de forme générale carrée, du pivot (1).
- Dispositif de liaison entre pivot et mâture selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque éclisse (11) du pivot (1) est aussi fixée par soudage aux zones adjacentes de renforts verticaux (7), situés sur les quatre côtés du pivot (1), sous sa plaque supérieure (5), et raccordés à la virole (31) dudit pivot (1).
- Dispositif de liaison entre pivot et mâture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le pivot (1) comporte, à chacun de ses quatre angles, une éclisse (11) unique, située dans le plan vertical passant par la diagonale (D) de la section horizontale carrée du pivot (1), tandis que sont fixées, sur la partie supérieure de chaque membrure d'angle ou montant (8) de l'élément de mât (2), deux éclisses parallèles (18, 19) symétriques par rapport au plan vertical passant par la diagonale (D') de la section horizontale carrée de l'élément du mât (2), les deux éclisses (18, 19) formant ensemble une chape (20) dans laquelle s'insère l'éclisse (11) correspondante du pivot (1).
- Dispositif de liaison entre pivot et mâture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que deux trous superposés (12, 13 ; 21, 22) sont percés dans les éclisses (11) du pivot (1), ainsi que dans les éclisses (18, 19) de l'élément de mât (2), pour la mise en place, à chacun des quatre angles, de deux axes de liaison (29, 30) superposés.
- Dispositif de liaison entre pivot et mâture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les trous (12, 13) percés dans les éclisses (11) du pivot (1), de même que les autres trous (21, 22) percés dans les éclisses (18, 19) de l'élément de mât (2), sont pourvus de noyaux de matage (14, 15 ; 23, 24).
- Dispositif de liaison entre pivot et mâture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une platine horizontale (25) est soudée à l'extrémité supérieure de chaque membrure d'angle ou montant (8) de l'élément de mât (2), la plaque horizontale supérieure (5) du pivot (1) venant en correspondance, par chacune de ses zones d'angle, avec la platine (25) correspondante.
- Dispositif de liaison entre pivot et mâture selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque supérieure (5) du pivot (1) porte, dans chaque zone d'angle, au moins un pion de centrage (16, 17) dirigé vers le bas, tandis que chaque platine (25) de l'élément de mât (2) est percée d'au moins un trou (26, 27), apte à recevoir un pion de centrage (16, 17) correspondant du pivot (1).
- Dispositif de liaison entre pivot et mâture selon l'ensemble des revendications 4 et 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque platine (25) de l'élément de mât (2) possède une forme en « U », comportant deux branches dirigées vers l'intérieur de la section horizontale carrée de l'élément de mât (2), chaque branche étant percée d'un trou (26, 27), et comportant une découpe centrale (28) prévue pour le passage de l'éclisse (11) correspondante du pivot (1), la plaque supérieure (5) du pivot (1) portant, dans chaque zone d'angle, deux pions de centrage (16, 17) disposés symétriquement de part et d'autre de l'éclisse (11), et prévus pour s'introduire dans les deux trous (26, 27) de la platine (25) correspondante.
