- Vorrichtung zum Herumwickeln von Blättchen (6) um stabförmige Gegenstände (4), insbesondere um Zigarette-Filter-Zigarette-Gruppen,mit einem Rollkanal (22) zum Umrollen der Gegenstände (4) mit den Blättchen (6), wobei der Rollkanal (22) von benachbarten Trumen eines ersten (18) und eines zweiten Rollbandes (20) gebildet ist,mit einer Zufördereinrichtung zum Zufördern der Gegenstände (4) zu dem Rollkanal (22),
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zufördertrommel (12) eine erste Umlenkung für eines der Rollbänder (18, 20) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufördertrommel (12) und die erste Umlenkung um eine gemeinsame Achse drehbar gelagert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufördertrommel (12) fest mit der ersten Umlenkung verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufördertrommel (12) mittels der ersten Umlenkung als Antrieb für das auf der ersten Umlenkung umlaufende Rollband (18) dient. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Abfördereinrichtung (24, 24') zum Abfördern der Gegenstände (4) von dem Rollkanal (22). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abfördereinrichtung (24, 24') als Abfördertrommel (24, 24') ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abfördertrommel (24, 24') eine zweite Umlenkung für eines der Rollbänder (18, 20) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abfördertrommel (24, 24') und die zweite Umlenkung um eine gemeinsame Achse drehbar gelagert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abfördertrommel (24, 24') und die zweite Umlenkung relativ zueinander um die gemeinsame Achse drehbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit (28) der Abfördertrommel (24) kleiner ist als die des auf der zweiten Umlenkung laufenden Rollbandes (18). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit (38) der Abfördertrommel (24') gleich der des auf der zweiten Umlenkung laufenden Rollbandes (18) ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abfördereinrichtung (24, 24') die Gegenstände (4) im wesentlichen direkt von dem Rollkanal (22) übernimmt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13 und einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufördertrommel (12) und die Abfördereinrichtung (24, 24') demselben Rollband (18) zugeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abfördereinrichtung (24, 24') Aufnahmen (26) für die Gegenstände (4) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufördertrommel (12) Aufnahmen (16) für die Gegenstände (4) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen als erste Stege (16, 26) ausgebildet sind, in die Kanäle münden, die wiederum zum Halten der Gegenstände (4) mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbindbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Stege (16, 26) queraxial zur Förderrichtung der Zufördertrommel (12)/Abfördereinrichtung (24, 24') angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 11, 15, 16, 17 und nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abfördertrommel (24) auf ihrem Umfang einen kleineren Teilungsabstand der ersten Stege (26) aufweist als die Zufördertrommel (12). - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 11, 15, 16, 17 und nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abfördertrommel (24') und die Zufördertrommel (12) auf ihren Umfängen jeweils gleich große Teilungsabstände der ersten Stege (16,26) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufördertrommel (12) die Gegenstände (4) zusammen mit den Blättchen (6) zufördert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufördertrommel (12) in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende zweite Stege aufweist, in die zweite Kanäle münden, die wiederum zum Halten der Blättchen (6) mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbindbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollbänder (18, 20) dem Rollkanal (22) zugewandt glatte Oberflächen aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche und nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von der ersten Umlenkung umgelenkte Rollband (18) schneller läuft als das andere Rollband (20). - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Rollbänder (18, 20) erwärmt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auf der ersten Umlenkung umlaufende Rollband (18) aus mehreren, mit gegenseitigem Abstand zueinander angeordneten Teilbändern (18) besteht.
