Abstract

L'invention concerne un bijou (1) muni d'un élément (2) amovible et interchangeable. L'élément amovible (2) présente une partie creuse conçue pour coiffer une partie de l'anneau (1). Une tige de la partie creuse vient se verrouiller dans une entaille (3, 3a, 3b) en forme de L du bijou annulaire (1). Un ressort-lame muni d'une nervure (4a) logé sur la paroi supérieure de l'entaille (3b) assure le verrouillage réversible de la tige et partant de l'élément (2).

Description

Bijou à élément décoratif interchangeable.
La présente invention concerne un bijou muni d'au moins un segment annulaire et d'au moins un élément décoratif amovible présentant une partie creuse configurée pour épouser une partie du segment annulaire présentant des moyens conçus pour assurer en collaboration avec des moyens complémentaires de ladite partie creuse de l'élément décoratif un assemblage à verrouillage réversible .
Depuis plusieurs années, il existe une tendance de vouloir donner la possibilité à l'utilisateur d'un bijou de personnaliser ses bijoux ou de les assortir à son habillement ou encore faire varier leur aspect au lieu de changer de bijou.
L'inventeur a proposé dans le brevet FR-B-2 708 180 un moyen pour pouvoir fixer de manière amovible une boule dans un anneau.
Maintenant, l'inventeur se propose de ne pas se limiter à la fixation d'une boule qui peut être une pierre précieuse ou tout autre élément ayant une forme approximativement sphérique qui doit être fixé dans un logement adéquat, mais pouvoir changer d'autres éléments sur un bijou présentant au moins un segment annulaire .
Le bijou selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait que ladite partie creuse est munie d'une tige fixée par ses extrémités sur deux parois opposées de la partie creuse, que ladite partie du segment annulaire présente dans son épaisseur dans le sens radial une entaille radiale suivie d'une entaille périphérique formant ainsi approximativement un L, qu'un élément deformable elastiquement est logé sur la face intérieure de l'anneau permettant de verrouiller l'élément décoratif en position sur le segment annulaire après introduction de la tige jusqu'au fond de l'entaille en L.
L'avantage du bijou selon l'invention est le fait qu'en utilisant des moyens simples, on peut changer facilement un élément décoratif par un autre sur un bijou présentant un segment annulaire, la condition étant que cet élément décoratif comprend une partie creuse destinée à épouser la partie du segment annulaire sur laquelle elle est destinée à être fixée. Ainsi, l'utilisateur peut acheter son bijou avec un élément ou plusieurs éléments décoratifs qu'il peut échanger facilement et à volonté. Ce bijou est simple à fabriquer et très facile à utiliser, puisqu'il suffit d'introduire la tige de la partie creuse de l'élément décoratif dans l'entaille en forme de L et pousser en appliquant un effort dans le sens périphérique sur l'objet décoratif pour obtenir le verrouillage de la tige par l'élément élastique.
Selon une variante d'exécution préférée, l'élément élastique est une lame-ressort dont l'extrémité présente une nervure assurant le verrouillage de l'élément décoratif.
Le bijou selon une exécution préférée est une bague. Une autre exécution préférée est un bracelet
Le bijou selon une autre exécution préférée est une boucle d'oreilles.
Enfin, selon une autre exécution préférée, le bijou, notamment s'il s'agit d'un bracelet ou d'un anneau relativement grand, peut être muni de plusieurs objets décoratifs, ce qui donne de grandes possibilités de combinaisons .
L'invention sera décrite plus en détail en se référant au dessin annexé illustrant une bague munie d'un élément décoratif selon l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue de côté avec l'élément décoratif mis en place.
La figure 2 est une vue éclatée similaire à la précédente .
La figure 3 est une vue de dessous de l'élément décoratif .
La figure 4 est une coupe selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 2.
Le bijou selon l'invention comprend un anneau 1 et un élément décoratif 2. L'anneau 1 comprend une entaille 3 présentant une partie 3a dirigée radialement suivie d'une partie 3b dirigée dans le sens périphérique de 1 ' anneau 1.
Dans la partie intérieure de l'anneau 1 et à l'endroit lb de l'entaille 3b, un ressort en forme de lame 4 est fixé au moyen d'une vis 5 ou tout autre moyen, de sorte que son extrémité libre munie d'une nervure 4a se trouve à l'extrémité lb de la face supérieure de l'entaille 3b. L'élément décoratif 2 présente une partie creuse 2a dont les dimensions et forme permettent d'épouser l'anneau lorsque l'élément décoratif 2 est disposé sur l'anneau, comme représenté à la figure 1. L'élément décoratif 2 présente une tige 2b dont les extrémités sont fixées sur deux parois opposées de l'élément décoratif 2. Lorsqu'on coiffe l'anneau avec l'élément 2 en disposant la tige 2b dans l'entaille 3 et en poussant d'abord radialement l'élément et ensuite en dans le sens périphérique dans l'entaille 3, la tige 2b vient pousser la nervure 4a du ressort 4, et ce qui permet de verrouiller l'élément 2 sur l'anneau 1.
Lorsqu'on désire retirer l'élément décoratif 2 pour le remplacer par un autre, il suffit de le pousser dans le sens contraire d'abord dans le sens périphérique pour déverrouiller la tige en la faisant passer au-delà de la nervure 4a du ressort 4 et ensuite la retirer dans le sens radial.
Ce dispositif permet très facilement de changer l'élément décoratif 2 sans devoir fournir un effort particulier tout en assurant un excellent verrouillage entre les deux pièces.
Il est évident qu'un tel dispositif peut également être utilisé sur un bracelet ou sur des boucles d'oreilles annulaires, ainsi que d'autres bijoux munis de segments annulaires .
Dans des pièces relativement grandes, telles qu'un bracelet, il est évident qu'on pourrait monter plus d'un élément décoratif en utilisant chaque fois les mêmes moyens .

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Bijou muni d'au moins un segment annulaire (1) et au moins un élément décoratif amovible (2) présentant une partie creuse (2a) configurée pour épouser une partie du segment annulaire (1) présentant des moyens (3, 4) conçus pour assurer en collaboration avec des moyens complémentaires (2b) de ladite partie creuse (2a) de l'élément décoratif (2) un assemblage à verrouillage réversible, caractérisé par le fait que ladite partie creuse (2a) est munie d'une tige (2b) fixée par ses extrémités sur deux parois opposées de la partie creuse, que ladite partie du segment annulaire (1) présente dans son épaisseur dans le sens radial une entaille radiale (3a) suivie d'une entaille périphérique (3b) formant ainsi approximativement un L
(3), qu'un élément deformable elastiquement (4) est logé sur la face intérieure de l'anneau (1) permettant de verrouiller l'élément décoratif (2) en position sur le segment annulaire (1) après introduction de la tige
(2b) jusqu'au fond de l'entaille en L (3).
2. Bijou selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit élément deformable elastiquement est une lame-ressort (4) munie sur son extrémité d'une nervure de verrouillage (4a) .
3. Bijou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit segment annulaire est celui d'une bague.
4. Bijou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit segment annulaire est celui d'un bracelet.
5. Bijou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit segment annulaire est celui d'une boucle d'oreille.
6. Bijou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé par le fait que le segment annulaire est muni de moyens permettant de monter de manière amovible au moins deux éléments décoratifs.
