Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Leim auf Banderolen, insbesondere Banderolen für Cigarettenschachteln, mit einer Leimversorgung, einer Düsenvorrichtung (7, 9, 12), einer Führung für die zu beleimenden Banderolen und einer Steuerungsvorrichtung für die Leimzuführung, wobei die Düsenvorrichtung einen Leimverteiler (7) aufweist, der den Leim im kontinuierlichen Kontaktverfahren zweispurig bzw. mehrspurig auf die Banderole aufbringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leimverteiler (7) ein Düsenkopf ist, der U-förmig bzw. in der Art einer Stimmgabel gegabelt ist, und dass zum Transport der Banderolen zwischen den Düsenkopfgabeln (7) eine Transport- oder Führungsvorrichtung (4) angeordnet ist und die mit ihrem äußeren Umfang etwas über die Stirnenden der Düsenplatten (6) hervorsteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Austrittsende jeder Düsenkopfgabel (7) Düsenplatten (6) angeordnet sind, deren zur Banderolenführung hin gerichtete Kanten abgerundet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsenplatten (6) an ihrem Austrittsende 0,1 mm bis 0,3 mm, vorzugsweise 0,2 mm von den an ihnen vorbeigeführten Banderolen entfernt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsenvorrichtung so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie einen kontinuierlichen Leimfluss bzw. kontinuierliche Leimspuren auf die Banderolen aufbringt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dü-Düsenvorrichtung (7, 9, 12) positionsverstellbar auf einem Träger (1) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsenvorrichtung (7, 9, 12) bezüglich ihrer Abmessungen und ihrer Trägervorrichtung so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie funktionstüchtig in die Halterung einer herkömmlichen Leimtopf Walzenbeleimungseinheit eingesetzt werden kann.
- Verfahren zur Beleimung von Banderolen; insbesondere Banderolen für Cigarettenschachteln, bei dem unter Verwendung einer Leimversorgung, einer Düsenvorrichtung, einer Führung für die zu beleimenden Banderolen und einer Steuerungsvorrichtung für die Leimzufühnmg der Leim im kontinuierlichen Kontaktverfahren mittels eines Leimverteilers (7) zweispurig bzw. mehrspurig auf die Banderole aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Leimverteiler (7) ein Düsenkopf verwendet wird, der U-förmig bzw. in der Art einer Stimmgabel gegabelt ist, und dass die Banderolen mittels einer Transport- oder Führungsvorrichtung (4) transportiert werden, die zwischen den Düsenkopfgabeln (7) angeordnet ist und die mit ihrem äußeren Umfang etwas über die Stirnenden der Düsenplatten (6) hervorsteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, bei dem der Leim als kontinuierlicher Leimfluss aus Düsenplatten (6) abgegeben wird, die an dem Austrittsende des Leimverteilers (7) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, bei dem der Leimauftrag als durchgehende Leimspur von einem Punkt in der Nähe des ersten Banderolenendes zu einem Punkt in der Nähe des zweiten Banderolenendes stattfindet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, bei dem eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 verwendet wird.
