Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Nacken- und/oder Kopfstütze für Sitzmöbel mit einem gepolsterten, an einem mit dem Rücken des Sitzmöbels verbundenen Bügel exzentrisch angeordneten Stützkörper.
Eine solche Kopfstütze mit exzentrisch gelagertem Stützkörper ist aus der FR 1.588.910 A bekannt. Der Haltebügel greift dabei in der Mitte des Stützkörpers an, sodass nur eine begrenzte Schwenkbewegung des Stützkörpers möglich ist. Die Verstellung erfolgt über ein Handrad.
Die DE 2 115 220 A beschreibt ebenfalls eine ganz ähnliche begrenzt verschwenkbare Kopfstütze. Der Stützkörper wird über eine konische Verzahnung allein durch Kraftschluss arretiert, wobei die Arretierung allein durch Drehen des Stützkörpers gegen einen Widerstand lösbar, also nicht zuverlässig fixierbar ist.
Aus der BE 625 608 A ist eine Kopfstütze mit seitlichen Haltebügeln für den Stützkörper bekannt, wobei eine exzentrische Verschwenkung des Stützkörpers allerdings nur in einen begrenzten Winkelbereich möglich ist.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Nacken- und/oder Kopfstütze vorzuschlagen, die mittels einer einzigen Verstellung sowohl in der Höhe als auch in der Tiefe in einem stärkeren Maße verstellbar ist als die bekannten Stützen. Die Aufgabe wird mit einer Nacken- und/oder Kopfstütze mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Bei einem Verdrehen des Stützkörpers um den Bügel wird aufgrund der exzentrischen Lagerung des Stützkörpers sowohl seine Höhe als auch seine Tiefe, d. h. sein Abstand zum Kopf des Stuhlbenutzers verändert. Da die Rückenlehne eines Sitzmöbels in der Regel leicht nach hinten geneigt ist, muss bei einer Höherstellung der Kopfstütze die Auflagefläche der Kopfstütze gleichzeitig weiter nach vorne gebracht werden, um den gleichen Abstand zum Kopf eines Benutzers zu erhalten wie bei einer in ihre tiefste Position eingefahrene Kopfstütze. Durch die exzentrische Lagerung des Stützkörpers kann diese Anforderung mit einem einzigen Verstellschritt erfüllt werden. Falls der Benutzer es wünscht, kann bei einer Höherstellung der Stütze gleichzeitig auch ihre Tiefe vergrößert werden. Auch das ist durch die exzentrische Lagerung des Stützkörpers möglich.
Der Bügel ist hierzu durch eine exzentrische Längsbohrung des Stützkörpers geführt und mit seinen Enden an der Rückenlehne befestigbar. Für eine besonders einfache Verstellung kann die Arretierung des Stützkörpers auf dem Bügel gegen eine Federkraft lösbar sein. Nach Verdrehen der Kopfstütze in die gewünschte Position wird der Stützkörper wieder losgelassen, wodurch die Arretierung wieder einrastet. Als Arretierung kann beispielsweise auf den Bügel eine Hülse mit einem umlaufenden Lochkranz an einer ihrer Stirnseiten befestigt sein, wobei in die Löcher des Lochkranzes mindestens ein an einem Seitenteil des Stützkörpers nach innen vorstehender Vorsprung einführbar und der Stützkörper an einem über die Hülse hinweg geführten und gegen eine Federkraft relativ zu dieser verschiebbaren Rohr befestigt ist. Durch seitliches Verschieben des Stützkörpers gelangt der mindestens eine Vorsprung im Seitenteil des Stützkörpers außer Eingriff mit den öffnungen des Lochkranzes der Hülse, sodass der Stützkörper nun leicht verdreht werden kann. Nach Erreichen der gewünschten Position wird der Stützkörper wieder losgelassen, sodass der mindestens eine Vorsprung am Seitenteil des Stützkörpers in eines der Löcher des Lochkranzes der Hülse einrasten kann und somit der Stützkörper in der neuen Position arretiert ist. Der Bügel kann ein- oder auch zweiteilig ausgebildet sein. Der Stützkörper lässt sich vorzugsweise aus Polyuretanschaum fertigen.
Nachfolgend wird ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Nacken- und/oder Kopfstütze anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Die einzige Figur zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht einer teilweise geschnittenen Nacken- oder Kopfstütze 10 mit einem im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Stützkörper 11 aus einem Polyuretanschaum. Der Stützkörper 11 ist an einem zweigeteilten Bügel 12 befestigt. Die Enden 13 und 14 des Bügels 12 werden in nicht näher dargestellter Weise am Rücken eines Sitzmöbels befestigt. Der Stützkörper 11 ist an einem Rohr 15 angeordnet, das über eine fest mit dem Bügel 12 verschraubte Hülse 16 geführt ist. Die Hülse 16 weist an ihrer linken Stirnseite einen aus der Figur nicht ersichtlichen umlaufenden Lochkranz auf, in dessen Löcher Vorsprünge 17 einer Arretierbuchse 18 eingreifen können. Die Arretierbuchse 18 ist an einer seitlichen Abdeckung 19 des Stützkörpers 11 und am Rohr 15 befestigt und lässt sich gemeinsam mit diesen begrenzt entlang des Bügels 12 verschieben. Am Rohr 15 sind außerdem zwei nach innen ragende Stifte 20 angeordnet, die beim Verschieben des gesamten Stützkörpers durch Druck auf die rechte Seitenabdeckung 21 gegen eine anschließend an die Hülse 16 angeordnete Druckfeder 22 drücken und diese dadurch komprimieren. Bei dieser Verschiebung des Stützkörpers 11 nach links lösen sich die Vorsprünge 17 aus dem Lochkranz der Hülse 16, sodass sich nun der Stützkörper 11 auf dem Bügel 12 verdrehen lässt. Sobald man den Stützkörper 11 wieder loslässt, sorgt die Druckfeder 22 dafür, dass der Stützkörper 11 wieder nach rechts bewegt und die Arretierung wieder aktiviert wird. Dadurch, dass der Stützkörper 11 exzentrisch am Bügel 12 angeordnet ist, ändert sich beim Verdrehen des Stützkörpers 11 sowohl die Höhe als auch die Tiefe der Auflagefläche des Stützkörpers 11 für den Kopf oder Nacken des Benutzers des Sitzmöbels. Der Stützkörper 11 ist dabei um 360° um den Bügel 12 verschwenkbar, sodass sich alle Kombinationen wie geringe Höhe und geringe Tiefe, geringe Höhe und große Tiefe, große Höhe und geringe Tiefe und große Höhe und große Tiefe der Stütze je nach Bedarf des Benutzers einstellen lassen. Zu dieser Verstellung ist nur ein Verstellvorgang notwendig und nicht zwei wie bei den seither bekannten Kopfstützen. Außerdem ist der Verstellvorgang sehr einfach und kann bequem im Sitzen vorgenommen werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Nacken- und/oder Kopfstütze für Sitzmöbel mit einem gepolsterten, an einem mit dem Rücken des Sitzmöbels verbundenen Bügel (12) exzentrisch angeordneten Stützkörper (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützkörper (11) um 360° drehbar und in unterschiedlichen Drehpositionen arretierbar an dem U-förmigen Bügel (12) angeordnet ist, wobei der Bügel (12) durch eine exzentrische Längsbohrung des Stützkörpers (11) geführt und mit seinen Enden (13, 14) am Rücken des Sitzmöbels befestigbar ist.
  2. Nacken- und/oder Kopfstütze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretierung des Stützkörpers (11) durch seitliche Verschiebung des Stützkörpers (11) auf dem Bügel (12) gegen eine Federkraft lösbar ist.
  3. Nacken- und/oder Kopfstütze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Bügel (12) eine Hülse (16) mit einem umlaufenden Lochkranz an einer ihrer Stirnseiten befestigt ist, wobei in die Löcher des Lochkranzes mindestens ein an einem Seitenteil (19) des Stützkörpers (11) nach innen vorstehender Vorsprung (17) einführbar ist, und dass der Stützkörper (11) an einem über die Hülse (16) hinweg geführten und gegen eine Federkraft relativ zu dieser verschiebbaren Rohr (15) befestigt ist.
  4. Nacken- und/oder Kopfstütze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (12) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist.
  5. Nacken- und/oder Kopfstütze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützkörper (11) im Wesentlichen aus Polyurethanschaum gefertigt ist.
