Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Umformen von Leitungsummantelungen miteinem Aufnahmeelement (4), das mindestens einen Einlegeschlitz (5) aufweist, in welchen eine Einzelleitung (11) einpreßbar ist, undeinem Eindrückelement (7), welches mittels eines Betätigungselementes (9) auf das Aufnahmeelement (4) zu bewegbar ist und mindestens ein mit einem Einlegeschlitz (5) zusammenwirkendes Stempelblatt (8) aufweist, welches bei Betätigung des Eindrückelementes (7) zumindest teilweise in den Einlegeschlitz (5) eintaucht,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement (4) an einem Basisgestell (1) angebracht ist, daß ein Hebelarm (2) an einem ersten Ende schwenkbar am Basisgestell (1) gelagert ist, daß das Eindrückelement (7) am zweiten Ende des Hebelarmes (2) befestigt ist, und daß ein Handgriff (3) über das Betätigungselement (9) auf den Hebelarm (2) einwirkt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlegeschlitze (5) im äußeren Bereich verbreitert sind, wodurch Fixierungsorgane für umzuformende Einzelleitungen (11) gebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempelblätter (8) an ihren den Einlegeschlitzen (5) zugewandten Kanten konkav geformt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebelarm (2) im Bereich des Eindrückelementes (7) mit einem verstellbaren Höhenanschlag (10) ausgestattet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement (4) bzw. das Eindrückelement (7) am Basisgestell (1) bzw. am Hebelarm (2) mittels lösbarer Befestigungsmittel angebracht sind. - Verfahren zum Umformen von Leitungsummantelungen mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:a)Einlegen der Einzelleitungen (11) in die Einlegeschlitze (5) des Aufnahmeelementes (4),b)manuelles Einschwenken des Hebelarmes (2) soweit, bis die Stempelblätter (8) auf den Einzelleitungen (11) aufliegen,c)manuelles Einschwenken des Betätigungselementes (9) mit dem Handgriff (3),d)Druckausübung des Handgriffs (3) auf den Hebelarm (2) und die Stempelblätter (8),e)seitliches Abschneiden der Leitungsummantelungen (12) der Einzelleitungen (11) durch Eindrücken der Einzelleitungen (11) in die Schneidzonen (6) der Einlegeschlitze (5) mittels der Stempelblätter (8).
