Claims (5)
- Zapfkopf mit Zylinderhohlraum (2), in dem ein durch eine Schraubenfeder (3) belastbarer Kolben auf- und abbewegbar angeordnet ist, bestehend aus einem mit dem Zylindergehäuse (1) verbundenen Faßanschlußgehäuse (11), einem durch das Gehäuse (11) und den Zylinderkolben (4) verlaufenden Steigrohr (6), das einen Kanal für das Getränk bildet, einem gleitbar angeordneten, mit dem Kolben (4) verbundenen, hülsenförmigen Stößel 10, einem Anschluß für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Anschluß (16) für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit im Zapfkopfgehäuse (1) in einen Ringspalt (8) zwischen dem Steigrohr (6) und einem dieses Rohr umgebenden Rohr (9) mündet und hier, je nach Stellung des Stößels (10), mit dem Steigrohr verbunden ist (Spülstellung) oder durch eine Dichtung (25) geschlossen ist (Schankstellung), und daß im Kolben (4) eine querverlaufende Gasleitung (17) angeordnet ist, die in der unteren Schankstellung des Kolbens einen in das Faß reichenden Ringspalt (18) um das Rohr (9) über Zuleitungen (19) mit einem im Gehäuse (1) angeordneten Unterdruckventil (20) verbindet, dessen Eingangsseite über eine Hochdruckleitung (21) mit dem Zylinderraum (2) verbunden ist, wobei die Zuleitung von Wasser, Gas und Getränk über einen einzigen Systemschlauch mit eingearbeiteten Rohrleitungen (15, 16) erfolgt, wobei der Schlauch an einem Systemanschluß (13) an einer Seitenfläche des Zapfkopfgehäuses anschließbar ist.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der an den Systemanschluß (13) angeschlossene Systemschlauch (14) aus einem Vollmaterialschlauch besteht, in dem durchgehende, zylindrische Hohlräume als Leitungen vorgesehen sind.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß im Gehäuse (1) eine weitere Leitung (28) für ein Desinfektionsmittel vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Desinfektionskanal (29) mit der Zuleitung (30) über den Desinfektionsspalt (32) verbunden ist, derart, daß aus dem Desinfektionsspalt (32) das Desinfektionsmittel die Unterseite des Zapfkopfes und das Faßfittung benetzen kann.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in angeschlagener Position des Zapfkopfes der Betätigungsdruck des im Zylinderraum (2) an der Druckleitung (33) in einem weiteren Zylinderraum (34) anliegt und das Steigrohr (6) so weit nach unten drückt, daß zwischen Faßfitting und Steigrohr kein Hohlraum ist.
- Zapfkopf nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Desinfektionsleitung (28) und der Desinfektionskanal (29) gleichzeitig als CO2-Kanal für die Gaszuführung dienen.
