Claims (17)
- Spitzer (1) für die Formung des Gebrauchsendes eines stiftartigen Markierungsgerätes (6), z.B. eines Weichminenstiftes, mit in einem Gehäuse (2) einem Aufnahmekanal (5) für das Gebrauchsende (6b) des Markierungsgerätes (6) und einer messerartigen Formeinrichtung (8), wobei das Gehäuse (2) für die Dauer der Nichtbenutzung als Schutzkappe spannschlüssig auf dem Stiftschaft (6a) des Markierungsgerätes (6) aufsitzt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass als Spannverbindungsmittel ein aus einer Gehäusebeaufschlagung manuell entfernbarer externer Spannkrafterzeuger (20,21;26,28) vorgesehen ist. - Spitzer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Spannkrafterzeuger (20,21; 26,28) ein einem Zweitnutzen dienliches Funktionsteil ist. - Spitzer nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Spannkrafterzeuger (20,21; 26,28) ein Reinigungsstäbchen und/oder eine Formgebungsvorrichtung für das Gebrauchsende (6b) des Markierungsgerätes (6) oder ein an dessen Stiftschaft (6a) gehaltener Halteklip ist. - Spitzer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Gehäuse (2) zum Einstecken des Spannkrafterzeugers (20,21; 20',21') einen Haltekanal (22) mit köcherartiger Einstecköffnung (19) aufweist, wobei der Spannkrafterzeuger zur mittelbaren (20,20') oder zur unmittelbaren (21,21') Beaufschlagung des Stiftmantels (6a) ausgestaltet ist. - Spitzer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Spannkrafterzeuger (21,21') ein exzentrisch auf einer im Gehäuse (2) drehbar gelagerten Steck-Schwenkachse (4) positionierter Exzenter (28,28') ist. - Spitzer nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Steck-Schwenkachse (4) in ihrer Steckposition etwa parallel zur Achse (23) des Aufnahmekanals (5) verläuft. - Spitzer nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Exzenter (28,28') in Steckstellung des Spannkrafterzeugers (21,21') außerhalb des Gehäuses (2) positioniert ist. - Spitzer nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Spannkrafterzeuger (21,21') eine ovale Exzenterscheibe (28') mit an einer Exzenterseite einem etwa mittig herausstehenden Exzentervorsprung (28b) ist, an den sich beidseitig jeweils ein muldenartiger Flügel (28c,28d) anschließt. - Spitzer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Gehäuse (2) mit einer den Aufnahmekanal (5) für das Gebrauchsende (6b) des Markierungsgerätes (6) flankierenden Druckzunge (24,24') versehen ist, die durch eine auf ihrer dem Aufnahmekanal (5) abgewandten Seite wirksame Drucknocke (26,26a) in Klemmrichtung beaufschlagt ist. - Spitzer nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Drucknocke (26,26a) mit dem Spannkrafterzeuger (20,20') verbunden ist. - Spitzer nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Drucknocke (26,26a) ein sich in Steckrichtung (27) verjüngender Druckkeil ist. - Spitzer nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Druckzunge (24,24') ein einstückig integriertes Gehäuseteil des Gehäuses (2) ist. - Spitzer nach Anspruch 12,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine radial nach innen in Richtung des Aufnahmekanals (5) deformierbare Zwischenwand (24') zwischen dem Aufnahmekanal (5) und dem Haltekanal (22) als Druckzunge. - Spitzer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Gehäuse (2) auf seiner der Einführungsöffnung (3) des Aufnahmekanals (5) gegenüberliegenden Gehäuseseite (14) einen aufsetzbaren Spanfangbehälter (13) trägt. - Spitzer nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Spanfangbehälter (13) dieselbe Umfangsform wie das Gehäuse (2) aufweist. - Spitzer nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Spanfangbehälter (13) drehfest mit dem Spitzergehäuse (2) verbunden ist. - Spitzer nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine ellipsoide Querschnittsform des Spanfangbehälters (13) und/oder des Spitzergehäuses (2).
