Claims (3)
- Windungsleger für Draht, mit einem maximal mit einer Nenndrehzahl (n) um eine Drehachse (2) rotierbaren hülsenförmigen Träger (5) und einem um den Träger (5) umlaufenden Legerohr (1) mit einem Drahtauslaß (3), das mit dem Träger (5) über eine Haltevorrichtung (7,8) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zum Ausgleich der durch das Legerohr (1) und die Haltevorrichtungen (7,8) verursachten Unwucht am Träger (5) ein Ausgleichsblech (6) mit einer Blechdicke (d), einer Blechhöhe (h) und einer Eigenfrequenz (f) angeordnet ist,daß das Ausgleichsblech (6) dem Legerohr (1) bezüglich der Drehachse (2) an jeder Axialposition gegenüberliegt und in dem Teilabschnitt ebenfalls um den Träger (5) umläuft unddaß die Blechdicke (d) und die Blechhöhe (h) derart gewählt sind, daß die durch das Legerohr (1) und das Halteblech (7) verursachte Unwucht in jeder zur Drehachse (2) senkrechten Ebene lokal ausgeglichen ist. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blechdicke (d) und die Blechhöhe (h) derart gewählt sind, daß die Eigenfrequenz (f) des Ausgleichsblechs (6) oberhalb der Nenndrehzahl (n) liegt. - Windungsleger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Halteblech (7) zumindest im Bereich des Drahtauslasses (3) zwei axial verlaufende Versteifungsbleche (9) angeordnet sind, die in einer Axialebene liegen und das Halteblech (7) nach beiden Seiten abstützen.
