Description

Claims (14)
- Schallschutzvorrichtung zur Reduzierung der Luftschallausbreitung, umfassendeine Gleisanlage undeine in Gleislängsrichtung verlaufende und elastisch verformbare Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) aus Gummi oder Kunststoff, wobei die in einem Abstand zum Gleis (1) angeordnete Niedrigschallschutzwand auf ihrer zum Gleis hin zugewandten Innenseite (6) eine Profilierung aufweist, die sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Wandhöhe erstreckt, während ihre dem Gleis abgewandte Außenseite (7) zumeist ebenflächig gestaltet ist;die Innenseite (6) in einem Winkel α und die Außenseite (7) in einem Winkel β, und zwar jeweils bezogen auf die Gleissenkrechte (X) zum Gleis (1) hin geneigt sind, wobei der Winkel β größer als der Winkel α ist;die Profilierung der Innenseite (6) ein System von Lippen (8) ist, wobei die Lippen in einem Winkel γ, und zwar bezogen auf die Gleishorizontale (Y), zum Gleisboden (4) zeigen;die Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) oben, wo die Innenseite (6) und Außenseite (7) aufeinander zulaufen durch eine zum Gleis (1) hin geneigte Lippe (9) abgeschlossen ist, die in einem Winkel δ, und zwar bezogen auf die Gleissenkrechte (X), nach oben zeigt; und wobei fernerdie Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) wenigstens einen in Gleislängsrichtung verlaufenden Hohlraum (10) aufweist.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite (6) der Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) einen Winkel α von 5 bis 10° aufweist.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseite (7) der Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) einen Winkel β von 10 bis 20° aufweist.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum Gleisboden (4) zeigenden Lippen (8) einen Winkel γ von 40 bis 60° aufweisen.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nach oben zeigende und die Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) abschließende Lippe (9) einen Winkel δ von 30 bis 45° aufweist.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum Gleisboden (4) zeigenden Lippen (8) eine Mindestlänge in Erstreckungsrichtung von 5 mm, insbesondere eine Länge von 10 bis 20 mm, aufweisen.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nach oben zeigende und die Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) abschließende Lippe (9) länger ist als die zum Gleisboden (4) zeigenden Lippen (8).
- , Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) eine Wandhöhe (H) von 300 bis 700 mm aufweist.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) mehrere in Gleislängsrichtung verlaufende Hohlräume (10) aufweist, die insbesondere ein unterschiedliches großes Volumen haben.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) aus Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Mischpolymerisat (EPDM), Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk (SBR), Butadienkautschuk (BR) oder aus deren Verschnitten besteht.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) folgende Werkstoffparameter gelten:
Shore Härte A 55 - 80° Reißfestigkeit ≥ 11 N/mm2 Reißdehnung ≥ 300 % Rückprallelastizität (bei RT) ≥ 25 % Druckverformungsrest (72h/RT) ≤ 35 % Abrieb ≤ 450 mm3 - Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstoff der Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) einen hohen Verlustfaktor (d), insbesondere von 0,08 bis 0,4, aufweist, und zwar im Vergleich zu Beton und Stahl.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lippen (8) auf der Innenseite (6) der Niedrigschallschutzwand mit einer Dämmatte (12) abgedeckt sind, wobei die Dämmatte vorzugsweise aus einem geschäumten oder faserigen Werkstoff besteht.
- Schallschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung (11) der Niedrigschallschutzwand (5) etwa in Höhe der Schienenbefestigung (3) erfolgt, vorzugsweise wiederum im Bereich des Schwellenrandes.
