Claims (10)
- Aufzugskabine (1) für einen an senkrechten Führungsschienen (34) von einer Hubeinrichtung bewegbaren Aufzug mit aus Blechteilen zusammengesetzten Wänden (2-8), welche zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit zumindest teilweise abgekantet sind und Profile bilden, wobei einzelne dieser wandbildenden Profilteile über die Kabinenkontur hinaus zumindest nach unten verlängert sind, um Tragrahmenteile (8)zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Tragrahmenteile (8) und horizontale Bodenträger (9) einen Rucksackrahmen bilden, der die Führung der Aufzugskabine (1) an einseitig neben der Aufzugskabine (1) angebrachten Führungsschienen (34) erlaubt und dass die Bodenträger (9) mit den vertikalen Tragrahmenteilen (8) fest verbunden sind und unterstützende Teile oder Teile eines Kabinenbodens (10.1, 10.2) bilden.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenträger (9) durch Durchbrüche (22) in den senkrechten Tragrahmenteilen (8) gesteckt und mit der Sohlenfläche des ungleichschenkligen Blechprofils des Tragrahmenteils (8) z.B. durch Schrauben fest verbunden sind.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragrahmenteil (8) im Befestigungsbereich der Bodenträger (9) rückseitig eine Verstärkungsplatte (14) aufweist.
- Aufzugskabine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit den Führungsschienen (34) zusammenwirkende Führungsschuhe (15) direkt oder über Führungsschuhtragwinkel (23) an den Tragrahmenteilen (8) befestigt sind.
- Aufzugskabine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Bodenträgern (9) ein Tragjoch (16) mit in die Führungsebene ragenden Aufhängepunkten (18) angeordnet ist, an denen Tragorgane (17) zur Traktion der Aufzugskabine verankert sind.
- Aufzugskabine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Hubeinrichtung vorzugsweise seilhydraulisch betrieben wird (17, 35 - 39) und zwischen den Führungsschienen (34) angeordnet ist.
- Aufzugskabine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Bodenträger (9) über die ganze Länge des Kabinenbodens (10.1, 10.2) erstrecken.
- Aufzugskabine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Kabinenboden (10.2) vorn und/oder hinten verstärkende Querträger (32, 33) vorgesehen sind.
- Aufzugskabine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die, die Wände der Aufzugskabine (1) bildenden Blechteile (2-7) und die Tragrahmenteile (8) direkt die Innenwände der Aufzugkabine (1) bilden.
- Aufzugskabine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu Profilformen für Wandelemente (2-8) verarbeiteten Bleche ein eine gebrauchsfertige Oberfläche bildendes Laminat aufweisen.
