Abstract

L'invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant qui comporte un corps de base métallique qui s'étend sur toute sa longueur axiale et est lui-même constitué d'un noyau/pôle intérieur (2) et d'une enveloppe de soupape (14). Le pôle intérieur (2) est produit par extrusion et comporte une conduite d'admission, le noyau (2) proprement dit du circuit électromagnétique, un point d'étranglement magnétique (8) et une zone servant au guidage d'un induit (22). Par contre, l'enveloppe de soupape (14) est produite par emboutissage profond. Cette enveloppe de soupape (14) sert non seulement de boîtier mais également de support de siège de soupape. Entre l'enveloppe de soupape (14) et le pôle intérieur (2) est formé un espace intermédiaire (15) dans lequel se trouve une bobine magnétique (1) qui reste sèche puisque cet espace est rendu étanche au moyen d'un joint d'étanchéité (37). La soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'invention est particulièrement destinée au montage dans des installations d'injection de carburant de moteurs à combustion interne à compression du mélange et à allumage par étincelles.
