- Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that between the vertical axes (38, 37) passing through the axis of pivotment (22) of the lever (21) and the resting point between the end (36) of the latter and the stop (26), respectively, when the lever (21) is in the active position (24), is kept an offset causing the stop (26) to impart to the lever (21), under the action exerted by the springy means (8) on the operating rod or rods (4), a torque tending to cause said lever (21) to tilt about its axis (22) in the direction of said active position (24).
- Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to claims 2 and 3, characterised in that the rim (32) corresponding to the actuator (30) is defined at the level of a sleeve inserted onto the shaft (17) of the spring-bolt (18), this sleeve being of a symmetrical shape with respect to its horizontal median plane and including, on both sides, flat surfaces designed so as to be capable of ensuring the guiding of the shaft (17) of the spring-bolt (18) between the wings (27, 28) of the support (6), while contributing to immmobilising said sleeve in rotation.
- Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the retaining organ (31) is directly integrated into the head (37) of the spring-bolt (18) and is in the shape of a lever (40) accommodated in a groove (41) provided for at the level of the back face (42), opposite the bevelled one (43), of this head (39) of the spring-bolt (18), this groove (41) extending parallelly to the displacement of the latter, whilst the lever (40) is mounted in a pivoting way in said groove (41), about an axis (44) perpendicular to the displacement of said spring-bolt (18) and includes, at the level of its outer edge (45), a cut-out (46) capable of co-operating, in active position of the retaining organ (31), with a retaining rim (47) provided for this purpose at the level of the casing (2).
- Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to claim 7, characterised in that the retaining organ (31) is automatically restored into the active position under the action of a restoring spring (49).
- Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to claims 7 and 8, characterised in that the lever (40) is extended, beyond its axis of pivotment (44), by a bend (48) on which is capable of acting the restoring spring (49), preferably in the shape of a springy blade fixed at the rear of the head (39) of the spring-bolt (18).
- Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to claim 9, characterised in that the bend (48) extending the lever (40) beyond its axis of pivotment (44) accommodates itself in a groove (50) which extends at the rear of said head (39) of the spring-bolt (18), the bottom of this groove (50) acting as a stop against which the bend (48) is applied under the action of the restoring spring (49), corresponding to the active position of the retaining organ (31).
- Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to any of claims 7 to 10, characterised in that the outer edge (45) of the lever (40) in front of the retaining rim (47) in the casing (2) is defined without a step, in order to allow this retaining organ (31) to withdraw during the drawing back of the spring-bolt (18) into unlocking position.
- Espagnolette or espagnolette-lock according to any of claims 7 to 10, characterised in that the lever (40) includes, alongside its portion (51) that remains in all cases protruding with respect to the front edge of the casing (2), a control pawl (52) in the shape of a boss at the level of its outer edge (45), this control pawl (52) being protruding with respect to the back face (42) of the head (39) of the spring-bolt (18), so as to be capable of co-operating with the sash-frame, in particular the keeper aimed at receiving said spring-bolt (18) when closing the leaf against its sash-frame.
