Description
Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Belüften (1) eines Backofens (2) mit Backmuffel (3), mit Lüftermitteln und mindestens einem Motor (4), gekennzeichnet durch mindestens einen Luftkanal (5) für den Abzug von Kühlluft und Wrasen, mit mindestens einer ersten Strömungsverbindung (6) für den Abzug eines Wrasen-Luftstroms (7) aus der Backmuffel (3) und mindestens einer zweiter Strömungsverbindung (8) für den Abzug eines Kühlluftstroms (9) für die Außenumgebung (10) der Backmuffel (3), wobei der Motor (4) sowohl ein erstes Lüfterrad (11) für den Kühlluftstrom (9) als auch ein zweites Lüfterrad (12) für den Wrasen-Luftstrom (7) antreibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lüfterrad (11) für den Kühlluftstrom (9) ein Axial-Lüfterrad ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lüfterrad (12) für den Wrasen-Luftstrom (7) ein Radial-Lüfterrad ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lüfterräder (11, 12) für ein Verhältnis der Luftströme Kühlluft:Wrasenabluft = 20:1 ausgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 , , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Lüfterräder (11, 12) auf einer gemeinsamen Welle (13) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Axial-Lüfterrad (11) in der ersten Strömungsverbindung (6) für den Kühlluftstrom (9) und das Radial-Lüfterrad (12) in der Strömungsverbindung (8) für den Wrasen-Luftstrom (7) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (4) zwischen den beiden Lüfterrädern (12, 13) angeordnet ist und die gemeinsame Welle (13) die Motorwelle beinhaltet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (4) im Kühlluftstrom (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 1 bis 8 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Luftkanal (5) auf der Oberseite der Backmuffel (3) angeordnet ist und an der Vorderseite (18) des Backofens (2) ausmündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftkanal (5) als ein gemeinsamer Kanal für einen gemeinsamen Abzug von Kühlluft und Wrasen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Strömungsverbindung (6, 8) die jeweiligen Luftströme eine vorbestimmte Strecke in getrennten Kanälen (Luftkanal 14, Wrasenkanal 15) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mischbereich (16), in welchem Wrasen und Kühlluft miteinander gemischt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (4) an einer Platte (17) im Luftkanal(5) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter der Platte (17) das Spiralgehäuse des Radiallüfters ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Luftkanal (5) von entsprechend kanalförmig angeordneten Seiten- und Verbindungswänden (5' - 5''')und der Platte (17) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftkanal (5), der Motor (4) und die Befestigung ein vormontierten Bauteil bilden, das an der Backmuffel anbringbar ist.
