Claims (19)
- Tuile mécanique (1) avec un champs médian de tuile (6), un emboîtement frontal et un emboîtement latéral (2, 5) et avec dans l'angle d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (29) un premier (296) et un second (298) plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal sur le côté supérieur de la tuile et une première (295) et une seconde (299) section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal, moyennant quoi, la seconde section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (299) se trouve dans le sens du pied de la tuile par rapport à la première section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (295), et avec dans l'angle d'emboîtement côté tête (48) un premier (481) et un second (482) plateau angulaire d'emboîtement côté tête sur la sous-face de la tuile et une première (485) et une seconde (487) section angulaire d'emboîtement côté tête, moyennant quoi, la seconde section angulaire d'emboîtement côté pied (487) se trouve dans le sens du pied de la tuile par rapport à la première section angulaire d'emboîtement côté pied (485),
caractérisée en ce que,
le premier plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (296) dans le sens de la seconde section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (299) se trouve dans le voisinage du second plateau angulaire de recouvrement frontal (298), moyennant quoi, le second plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (298) se trouve verticalement plus profond par rapport au premier plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (296) dans le sens de la sous-face de la tuile, et en ce que lors du recouvrement de la tuile mécanique (1) une nervure de rive de la sous-face (4851), qui se trouve à l'extrémité côté pied du premier plateau angulaire d'emboîtement côté pied (481), est associée au premier plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (296) dans l'angle d'emboîtement côté pied (48) d'une tuile de recouvrement, tandis qu'une nervure de blocage (4871), qui est disposée à l'extrémité côté pied du second plateau angulaire d'emboîtement côté pied, à poser sur le second plateau angulaire d'emboîtement côté pied arrive, moyennant quoi, le premier plateau angulaire d'emboîtement côté pied (481) se trouve plus profondément dans le sens du côté supérieur de la tuile par rapport au second plateau angulaire d'emboîtement côté pied. - Tuile mécanique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le premier plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (296) s'étend essentiellement sur toute la profondeur de recouvrement frontal (2).
- Tuile mécanique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le second plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (298) se trouve côté pied de la première section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (295) et est disposée essentiellement à côté de la seconde section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (299).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le second plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (298) est limité par une nervure (297) par rapport à la première section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (295), laquelle nervure comporte avant tout le même niveau que le premier plateau d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (296).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la nervure d'emboîtement frontal externe (213) se termine au niveau du premier plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (296) de l'angle d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (29) sous forme d'affaissement (2132).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'affaissement (2132) est disposé au ras du bord de la tuile côté tête et est moins profond qu'une nervure d'emboîtement frontal externe (213).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'affaissement (2132) se termine avec un écart par rapport à la première section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (295).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le second plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (298) associé à la seconde section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (299) comporte à peu près la même largeur (b) que la première section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (295).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le second plateau angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (298) comporte à peu près la même profondeur (t) que la première section angulaire d'emboîtement de recouvrement frontal (295).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que sur la sous-face de la tuile, la seconde section angulaire d'emboîtement côté pied (487) est limitée à l'angle d'emboîtement côté pied (48) dans le sens de l'emboîtement latéral (5) de la nervure de blocage (4871) par rapport au second plateau angulaire d'emboîtement côté pied (482), lequel se raccorde à la nervure de blocage (4871) dans le sens du champs médian de la tuile (6).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la nervure de blocage (4871) est disposée à peu près dans le prolongement d'une nervure interne d'emboîtement de pied (425) et/ou est disposée au ras de la seconde section angulaire (487) et/ou se termine avant tout avec un léger écart par rapport à la première section angulaire (485).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le second plateau (482) disposé sur la sous-face de la tuile au niveau de l'angle d'emboîtement côté pied (48) comporte à peu près la même largeur et la même profondeur que la seconde section angulaire (487) et est affaissée avant tout par rapport à la sous-face du champs médian de la tuile (6).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la nervure interne en aval (425) se termine sur le second plateau (482).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le second plateau (482) s'étend de la nervure de blocage (4871) jusqu'au milieu du premier plateau (481).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier plateau (481) se déplace vers le haut et se raccorde au second plateau (482) dans le sens d'une bande de bordure latérale (511).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier plateau (481) se trouve plus haut par rapport à la sous-face de la tuile que le second plateau (482) et est séparé de la première section angulaire côté pied (485) par la nervure de rive (4851).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier plateau (481) est à peu près aussi large que la première section angulaire (485).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la rainure d'emboîtement frontal (214) est inclinée dans le sens da la partie d'emboîtement latéral (5).
- Tuile mécanique selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'emboîtement latéral (5) est relevée essentiellement sur toute la longueur au moyen d'une rampe (5251) par rapport au champs médian de la tuile (6).
