Claims (6)
- Fräser, insbesondere Buchrückenfräser mit einem scheibenförmigen Träger (10), dessen Dachfläche (11) zum Außenrand bis auf das Niveau der Bodenfläche (115) unter einem zu einer Senkrechten (30) zur Drehebene des Fräsers gemessenen im wesentlichen stufenweise zum Außenrand kleiner werdenden Freiwinkeln abfällt, und mit Schneidmessern (20), die in nahe der Außenperipherie der Trägerunterseite (115) angeordneten Ausnehmungen (116) befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Freiwinkel (γ1, γ2, γ3) in den Stufen 15° ± 3°, 36° ± 3° und 65° ± 10° abfallen. - Fräser nach Anspruch1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radiale Weg, über den die Dachfläche (112 bis 114) auf das Niveau der Bodenfläche (115) abfällt, im Bereich (112) der ca. 65°-Neigung 60 mm ± 10 mm, im Bereich (113) der ca. 36°-Neigung 20 mm ± 5 mm und im äußeren Bereich (114) 15°-Neigung <3 mm ist.
- Fräser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der Schneidmesser (20) mit nur einer Befestigungsschraube (21), welche eine Bohrung des Schneidmessers (20) durchgreift und in eine Gewindebohrung der Ausnehmung (116) eingeschraubt ist, an dem Träger (10) befestigt ist.
- Fräser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Draufsicht im Vorderbereich das im wesentliche rechteckige Schneidmesser (20) mit der Vorderkante (23) um 5° ± 2° gegenüber einer Tangente an den Außenkreis (24) verschwenkt ist.
- Fräser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmesser (20) gegenüber der Drehebene des Fräsers um einen Winkel (β) von 23° geneigt angeordnet ist.
- Fräser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidmesserbodenfläche (22) gegenüber der Drehebene des Fräsers um einen Winkel (α) von 0° bis 6°, vorzugsweise 0° geneigt ist.
