Description
In einer weiter bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung besteht eine Tablette aus mindestens drei Schichten, also zwei äußeren und mindestens einer inneren Schicht, wobei mindestens in einer der inneren Schichten ein Peroxy-Bleichmittel enthalten ist, während bei der stapelförmigen Tablette die beiden Deckschichten und bei der hüllenförmigen Tablette die äußersten Schichten jedoch frei von Peroxy-Bleichmittel sind. Weiterhin ist es auch möglich, Peroxy-Bleichmittel und gegebenenfalls vorhandene Bleichaktivatoren und/oder Enzyme räumlich in einer Tablette voneinander zu trennen. Derartige mehrschichtige Tabletten weisen den Vorteil auf, daß sie nicht nur über eine Einspülkammer oder über eine Dosiervorrichtung, welche in die Waschflotte gegeben wird, eingesetzt werden können; vielmehr ist es in solchen Fällen auch möglich, die Tablette im direkten Kontakt zu den Textilien in die Maschine zu geben, ohne daß Verfleckungen durch Bleichmittel und dergleichen zu befürchten wären.

Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung tensidhaltiger Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelformkörper. dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß den Ausgangsstoffen, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelformkörpers, zwischen 1 und 25 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise zwischen 3 und 15 Gew.-%, amorphes Natriumsilikat. welches einen Wassergehalt von weniger als 15 Gew.-% aufweist. in fester Form zugemischt wird und diese Mischung dann auf an sich bekannte Weise in Formkörper überführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formkörper mit Hilfe der Mikrowellentechnik hergestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Anspr|che 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Formkörper mit Hilfe konventioneller Heizverfahren, beispielsweise Heißluft, lnfrarotstrahlung, oder mit Hilfe kombinierter Techniken, beispielsweise Mikrowellentechnik und konventionelle Technik. hergestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das getrocknete amorphe Natriumsilikat einen Modulbereich (Molverhältnis SiO2/Na2O) von 1.3 bis 3.0, vorzugsweise von 1,8 bis 3 aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das getrocknete amorphe Natriumsilikat zwischen 0,5 und 13 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 8 Gew.-% Wasser aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit den Ausgangsstoffen gefüllte Form vor der Bestrahlung mit Mikrowellen einer Vorverpressung unterworfen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6. dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Tenside in Form von Compounds in das Verfahren eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aniontensidhaltige Compounds eingesetzt werden. die auch nichtionische. amphotere oder kationische Tenside enthalten können.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei verschiedene Compounds eingesetzt werden, wobei anionische und nichtionische Tenside getrennt voneinander in verschiedenen Compounds untergebracht sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise mindestens 35 Gew.-% und insbesondere mindestens 50 Gew.-% der Gesamtrezeptur des Formkörpers aus einem oder mehreren verschiedenen Compounds besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die fertigen Formkörper mit weiteren Substanzen. vorzugsweise Inhaltsstoffen von Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln nachbehandelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper eine zylinderförmiger Körper ist, wobei die Höhe des Zylinders kleiner ist als sein Durchmesser.
