Abstract
Description
Diese Flüssigkeit kann aufgrund der dichtenden Wirkung des Packungsringes 7 nicht wegfließen.
In einer anderen Ausführungsform ist der sich zum Außenrand des Stützbodens 2 bzw. der Kunststoff-Palette hin vertiefende Kanal 12 als integrierte Sammelrinne innerhalb der Palette ausgebildet und endet vor dem Rand der Palette, wobei der obere Außenrand der Boden-Palette wie auch der untere Rand der armierten Wandung 4 gleichmäßig eben umlaufend ausgebildet sind. Zwischen dem unteren Rand der armierten Wandung 4 und dem Außenrand der Boden-Palette ist ein eben glatt umlaufendes Dichtungsband (= Packungsring 7) angeordnet. Die Sammelrinne mündet in eine Vertiefung direkt hinter dem Rand der Boden-Palette, wobei dann in dem Rand die mittels Stopfen (z. B. ein ¾ Zoll Spundstopfen) flüssigkeitsdicht verschließbare Auslaßöffnung 14 angeordnet ist.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung ist der Rand der Bodenpalette mit einer umlaufenden Nut versehen, in welche das Dichtungsband eingelegt ist, gegen das die Unterseite der in die Nut eingesetzten armierten Wandung abdichtet.
Die Dicke der armierten Wandung beträgt ca. 10 mm bis 30 mm und die Breite der Nut ca. 12 mm bis 32 mm. Die Dicke der die Armierung darstellenden Metallstäbe beträgt etwa 5 mm bis 6 mm. Bei größeren Wandstärken der armierten Kunststoff-Wandung, kann das Kunststoff-Material zur Gewichts- bzw. Materialeinsparung vorzugsweise aus geschäumtem Kunststoff (foamed plastic) bestehen. Für die Herstellung der armierten Kunststoff-Wandung läßt sich in hervorragender Weise - vollständig oder zumindest zu einem Teil bzw. anteilmäßig - wiederaufgearbeitetes, bereits gebrauchtes Kunststoffmaterial (Recycling-Material) verwenden.
Die Wandungsteile der armierten Wand 4 mit dem in das Kunststoffmaterial eingebetteten Metallgitter können z. B. im Rotationsformverfahren (rotational moulding), im Preßverfahren oder im Spritzgußverfahren hergestellt sein.
Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der armierten Wandung ist insbesondere für größere Palettencontainer mit einem Füllvolumen ab etwa 500 l, vorzugsweise ca. 1000 l, oder darüber vorgesehen. Derartige Palettencontainer mit einem dünnwandigen Kunststoff-Innenbehälter aus hochreinem Kunststoffmaterial (ohne jegliche Bestandteile von Metallionen) sind insbesondere für den Transport und die Lagerung von empfindlichen kritischen Flüssigkeiten (z. B. Ätzsäuren, -Laugen) für die Herstellung von elektronischen Bauteilen (Microchip-Herstellung) geeignet bzw. vorgesehen.
Die Erfindung ist nicht auf die vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungsformen beschränkt.
Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zur Lagerung von Flüssigkeit, insbesondere einer aggressiven Flüssigkeit, welche Vorrichtung aus einem abschließbaren Behälter besteht, mit jedenfalls einer Öffnung zu Einfüll- und/oder Auslaßzwecken versehen, wobei der Behälter von einem Transportboden unterstützt wird, der zur Aufnahme durch externe Transportmittel geeignet ist wie die Hebe-Organe eines Gabelstaplers, und der Behälter an allen Seiten von einer Schutzvorrichtung umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzvorrichtung durch eine flüssigkeitsdichte armierte Kunststoffwand gebildet wird, deren unterer Rand eng an die Oberseite des Transportbodens anschließt, wobei die Armierung mit dem Transportboden verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Armierung aus Stäben zu einer Matte aufgebaut ist, deren senkrechte Stäbe bis unter den Boden sich erstrecken, um Befestigungsorgane, wie Muttern, daran anzubringen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Unterrand der Schutzwand und dem Stützboden ein Dichtungsmittel wie ein Packungsring angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei der Stützboden mit einem sich in dessen oberer Fläche erstreckenden Abfuhrkanal versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mündung des Abfuhrkanals von einer Wandverlängerung verschlossen ist, die mit einer Ablaßöffnung versehen ist.
