Definitions
- the invention relates to a stackable container, in particular storage and transport containers, with a rectangular bottom and two each from the edges of the bottom in substantially vertical longitudinal and transverse walls, which of a peripheral edge are limited and in which the bottom in its edge area revolving stacking stage, and a container system.
- An open rectangular transport container is known from German published patent application DE 41 03 333 A1 known, the obliquely upwardly extending side walls of two opposite longitudinal side walls and two corresponding transverse side walls consist. On the undersides, the side walls merge into a floor, which is arched upwards. The floor is uniform along, across and diagonally running channels that are connected to each other. The stackability of the container is achieved by a special design of the side and transverse walls.
- Such a Storage and transport box is made as a one-piece molded plastic part in such a way that not only the floor, but also the longitudinal walls and the transverse walls have a smooth and level training inside.
- the inside smooth floor has a ribbing on its underside which serves to reinforce it and which extends over the extends across the entire floor area and at least from each other approximately parallel longitudinal webs and transverse webs is formed.
- the stackability is achieved via a stacking step specially molded in the edge area of the container opening, into which the bottom area of the next container can be brought into engagement.
- a stackable transport container is also from European patent application EP 698 558 A2 known, the guide means has at its lower and upper edge.
- the Guide means consist of guide projections on the lower outer edge of the container and on the upper outer edge of the container from guide recesses, wherein when stacked the guide projections of a stacked transport container or protruding bottom in the guide recesses or the upper edge of the underlying Intervene in the transport container.
- a system for stacking transport boxes is in the German published application DE 36 10 027 A1 with several transport boxes of different rectangular plan Size described, the side walls inclined obliquely inwards from top to bottom are, the length of a first box equal to the width of a next larger second Box and the width of the first box equal to the length of a next smaller third Box is, the bottom edges and the upper box edges matched to each other are that a box can be stacked on an equally large box as well as in one order Position rotated 180 degrees around a vertical axis in this position and across a next larger box stackable and in a 180 degree around a vertical axis rotated position in this nestable. At least some of the support points are included through the upper ends of ribs extending essentially above the height of the box formed, each box only on two opposite side walls is provided with support points formed ribs.
- the object of the invention is to provide a stackable container that can carry a high load can be stacked in a system and in a simple manner, especially from the Fire protection reasons, can be made of metal, as well as a container system, where this container can be used.
- the container according to the invention consists essentially of a rectangular bottom and two essentially vertical side and transverse walls, each of which circumferential edge are limited.
- the floor has a in its edge area circumferential stacking stage, in which the frame of a lower container when stacking intervenes.
- the bottom of the container is arranged in rows on the outside of the container arranged, spaced-apart formations, the edge Arranged formations form the circumferential stacking level of the floor.
- the bottom of the container is simple, for example by deep drawing or embossing producible.
- the container bottom has the formations on the outside of the container inside recesses. In these depressions can adhere to the container Dirt particles, oil residues or liquids so that the container with them Debris or liquids do not come into contact.
- the advantageously vertical side walls and have a flat bottom surface it is a good stiffener for the absorption of high loads.
- a container is simple Metal can be made.
- the formations are preferably square or circular educated. However, other training courses are also conceivable.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the peripheral edge of the Container is formed by a hollow chamber-shaped frame, the Frame is arranged on the inside of the longitudinal and transverse walls of the container. Furthermore, at least the longitudinal walls can be provided with longitudinal beads. Either through the longitudinal beads as well as the circumferential formed as a stiffening collar Edge and the corners of the edge rounded after further training is the in contradictory task solved, the weight of the container as low as to keep possible because the aforementioned measures even with thin walls create high stability and rigidity of the container.
- the width corresponds to that of the formations on the edge formed stacking step at least the width of the peripheral frame.
- the formations are at a distance from each other that is at least the corresponds to twice the width of the frame. Because of this training are both containers one size can be stacked on top of one another in a column-like manner, as can containers of the same and / or different sizes in the composite, the edges of the lower container in the Stacking step and / or the distances between the shapes of the bottom at least of an overlying container.
- the size ratio of the stackable containers is thereby determined such that the length of the side walls of the container is of the order of magnitude the length of the transverse walls corresponds to the next largest order of magnitude. That’s it possible, smaller containers rotated 90 degrees to a next larger container stack, the edges of the lower container in the stacking step of the upper container intervention.
- the length of the side walls is Containers of an order of magnitude an integral multiple of the transverse walls of the containers next smaller order of magnitude. This ensures that two or more smaller ones Containers can be stacked exactly on a larger container or vice versa.
- For receiving the container according to the invention are after training at least on two opposite walls of the container to the interior of the container closed pockets or recessed handles provided.
- the invention has the advantage that in addition to the capacity of high loads and simple manufacture from metal, both the same column-like containers, as well as containers different sizes can be stacked on top of each other.
- the body of a rectangular sheet metal container shown in Figure 1 consists of two Longitudinal walls 2 and two transverse walls 3, which are welded together on the one hand and on the other hand, are welded to a sheet metal base 10.
- the sheet metal floor 10 has in Rows arranged formations 6, 6 ', which form a waffle pattern and in Embodiment a square bottom 6a and substantially perpendicular to this floor 6a have standing side walls 6b.
- the illustrated square base of the formations 6, 6 ' is also a circular or star shape conceivable.
- the formations 6 'on the edge form the stacking step 7, into which the edge 4 of a lower container engages when stacked.
- the thin sheets of the container body 1 for reasons of low weight nevertheless ensure great rigidity and stability because, on the one hand, the corners 12 are rounded over the entire height of the container and the other Longitudinal walls 2, longitudinal beads 13 and both the longitudinal and transverse walls 2, 3 one hollow-chamber-like frame as the edge 4 of which have an internal, circumferential degree of stiffening with again rounded inner corners 11 results, as in FIG 2 shown.
- the container 1 On its transverse walls 3, the container 1 is also with the container interior Provide closed pockets or recessed grips 5 (see FIG. 2) and has also external engravings 14 for labels and text fields to be attached therein or similar.
- the sheet metal base 10 has due to its formations arranged in rows Indentations 8 on the inside of the container. In these wells can be on the container collect adhering dirt particles, oil residues and liquid. This prevents that Container goods are in the dirt deposits (Fig. 2).
- For good stackability of Containers of the same but also different sizes correspond to the width b of the stacking step 7 at least the width c of the peripheral edge 4 and the distance a between two adjacent formations 6 at least twice the width c of the edge 4th
- FIGS. 3a and 3b show a stacking of smaller containers 1a on larger ones Containers 1b.
- the frames 4 of the containers 1b only engage in the stacking stage 7 the container 1a a.
- the dimensions of the container are chosen so that the length of the Side walls 2 of the smaller container 1a the length of the transverse walls 3 of the container 1b next larger order of magnitude.
- the length of the side walls is 2 of the container 1b an order of magnitude an integer multiple of the length the transverse walls 3 of the container 1a of the next smaller order.
- FIG. 4 Another possibility of stacking is shown in FIG. 4. Here's a bigger container 1b placed on two containers 1a of the next smaller size.
- the grab Frame 4 of the container 1a both in the stacking stage 7 and in the distance 9 between two formations 6 a.
