Claims (14)
- Kokilleneinrichtung zum Erzeugen von Endlossträngen aus Metall, insbesondere von Brammen aus Stahl, mit Kupferplatten für die Breitseiten der Kokille, die sich an kühlbaren Stützplatten abstützen, mit zwischen den Breitseiten einklemmbaren Schmalseiten und mit einer mit den Stützplatten (21) verbundenen Oszillationsvorrichtung,
wobei die Stükzplatten (21) im Bereich den Kokillenbreitseiten (11) trogförmig ausgebildet sind,
die Wandung der trogförmigen Stützplatten (21) Kanäle (52) zum Durchströmen eines Kühlmittels aufweisen,
elektromagnetische Bauteile (61) an sich am Kokillentisch (39) abstützenden Traggestellen (31) angeordnet sind,
wobei die Bauteile in den Trogfreiraum (23) nahe an den Kernquerschnitt des Stranges heranführbar sind,
die elektromagnetischen Bauteile (61) jeweils eine Spule (67) aufweisen, die einen Kern (65) lose umgreift, und die Bauteile (61) rechtwinklig zur Stranggießrichtung bewegbar sind, wobei der Kern (65) in seiner Arbeitsstellung nahe an den Troggrund (24) bringbar ist, wobei die Spule (67) an der Außenwand (27) der Stützplätte (21) positioniert ist. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektromagnetischen Bauteile (61) Rührspulen sind. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektromagnetischen Bauteile eine elektromagnetische Bremse sind. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Traggestellen (31) Antriebe (64) befestigt sind, durch die die elektromagnetischen Einrichtungen (61) rechtwinklig zur Stranggießrichtung bewegbar sind. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Traggestellen (31) Klemmvorrichtungen (63) zur Fixierung der elektromagnetischen Rührspulen (61) oder Bremsen vorgesehen sind. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulenkerne (65) der Rührspule (61) im Trograum (23) in ihrer Position parallel zur Strangförderrichtung einstellbar sind. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kerne (65) der Rührspule (61) auf einem Spulenjoch (68) aufliegen, welches, als geschlossener Ring ausgebildet, um die Stützplatten (21) herumgeführt ist. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die trogförmigen Stützplatten (21) beidendig Auskragungen (25, 28) aufweisen, deren Boden als Auflage (26) ausgestaltet ist. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (26) der Auskragungen (25, 26) auf zweiarmigen, rechtwinklig zu den Stützplatten (21, 22) angeordneten Tragjochen (35) aufliegen. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragjoch (35) im mittleren Bereich gabelförmig ausgestaltet ist und von oben die Schmalseitenhalterung (14) umfaßt. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragjoch (35) einen in dem, an dem gabeförmigen Teil anschließenden Bereich eine Mündung einer Wasserführung (53) aufweist. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Auskragungen (25) und der Wasserführung (53) des Tragjochs (35) flexible Elemente (57) angeordnet sind. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Trogfreiraum (23) der Stützplatten (21) Stege (22) vorgesehen sind. - Kokilleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmalseitenhalterung (14) Greifelemente (15) aufweist, die formschlüssig mit der kokillenseitigen Schmalseitenhalterung (16) verbindbar sind.
