Claims (35)
- Vorrichtung (1) zur thermisch isolierten Befestigung von flachen Bauelementen (5), insbesondere gebogener zweischaliger und/oder doppelwandiger Profile für Außenverkleidungen, Fenster- und Türelemente, Wintergärten, Glasverkleidungen, Lichtbändern und -kuppeln, bestehend aus einem ortsfesten unteren Auflageprofil (2, 50, 59) und einem oberen Abdeckprofil (3) sowie einem Klemmkörper (4), der zwischen dem Auflage-(2, 50, 59) und Abdeckprofil (3) angeordnet ist und mittels zweier Klemmelemente (25, 26, 70) eine lösbare Verbindung mit den Profilen (2, 3, 50, 59) herstellt, wobei die Profile (2, 3, 50, 59) korrespondierende Befestigungsmittel aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein erstes Klemmelement (26) aus zwei parallel angeordneten federnden Stegen (35) besteht, die einstückig mit dem Klemmkörper (4) verbunden sind und an ihren vorderen freien Enden jeweils eine nach außen gerichtete Verriegelungsnase (36) aufweisen, welche eine unmittelbar neben den Stegen (33) angeordnete muldenförmige Vertiefung (38) besitzen und eine die Vertiefung (38) in Richtung des Klemmkörpers (4) überragende freie Nasenspitze (39) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung (1) zur thermisch isolierten Befestigung von flachen Bauelementen (5), insbesondere gebogener zweischaliger und/oder doppelwandiger Profile für Außenverkleidungen, Fenster- und Türelemente, Wintergärten, Glasverkleidungen, Lichtbändern und -kuppeln, bestehend aus einem ortsfesten unteren Auflageprofil (2, 50, 59) und einem oberen Abdeckprofil (3) sowie einem Klemmkörper (4), der zwischen dem Auflage-(2, 50, 59) und Abdeckprofil (3) angeordnet ist und mittels zweier Klemmelemente (25, 26, 70) eine lösbare Verbindung mit den Profilen (2, 3, 50, 59) herstellt, wobei die Profile (2, 3, 50, 59) korrespondierende Befestigungsmittel aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein zweites Klemmelement (25) einen dreieckförmigen Querschnitt mit einem mittleren Verbindungssteg (27) zum Klemmkörper (4) aufweist, wobei der eine Schenkel (30) mit dem Verbindungssteg (27) einstückig verbunden ist und eine rechteckförmige Ausnehmung (33) in der Außenfläche aufweist und daß der zweite Schenkel (31) federnd ausgebildet nur mit dem ersten Schenkel (30) einstückig verbunden ist und zwischen Klemmkörper (4) und dem zweiten Schenkel (31) ein offener geschlitzter Bereich (34) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung (1) zur thermisch isolierten Befestigung von flachen Bauelementen (5), insbesondere gebogener zweischaliger und/oder doppelwandiger Profile für Außenverkleidungen, Fenster- und Türelemente, Wintergärten, Glasverkleidungen, Lichtbändern und -kuppeln, bestehend aus einem ortsfesten unteren Auflageprofil (2, 50, 59) und einem oberen Abdeckprofil (3) sowie einem Klemmkörper (4), der zwischen dem Auflage-(2, 50, 59) und Abdeckprofil (3) angeordnet ist und mittels zweier Klemmelemente (25, 26, 70) eine lösbare Verbindung mit den Profilen (2, 3, 50, 59) herstellt, wobei die Profile (2, 3, 50, 59) korrespondierende Befestigungsmittel aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein drittes Klemmelement (70) aus zwei parallel angeordneten federnden Stegen (67) besteht, die einstückig mit dem Grundkörper (24) des Klemmkörpers (4) verbunden sind und an ihren Außenflächen (68) jeweils eine diametral entgegengesetzte, rechteckförmige Ausnehmung (69) unterhalb des Grundkörpers (24) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klemmkörper (4) zwei gleiche oder unterschiedliche, beliebig kombinierbare Klemmelemente (25, 26, 70) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmelemente (25, 26, 70) eines Klemmkörpers (4) diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die gegenüberliegenden Stege (27, 35, 67) der diametral angeordneten Klemmelemente (25, 26, 70) jeweils fluchtend angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verriegelungsnase (36) auf der Außen- und Innenseite abgerundet ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Grundkörper (24) zwischen den parallel angeordneten Stegen (35) in Längsrichtung geschlitzt ausgeführt ist oder daß die Stege (35) ein- oder mehrfach geteilt ausgeführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klemmkörper (4) zwischen den parallel angeordneten Stegen (35) eine von einem Steg (35) zum anderen quer verlaufende Stützwand (66) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der erste und zweite Schenkel (30, 31) quer zum Auflageprofil (2, 50, 59) geschlitzt ausgeführt ist und daß die beiden geschlitzen Teilschenkel um 180 Grad zueinander verdreht angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (33) und der offene Bereich (34) des zweiten Klemmelementes (25) bzw. die beiden Ausnehmungen (69) des dritten Klemmelementes (70) diametral entgegengesetzt in gleicher Höhe angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden federnden Stege (67) des dritten Klemmelementes (70) einen rechteckförmigen Raum bilden, dessen Eckpunkte halbkreisförmige Ausnehmungen (73) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens einer der beiden federnden Stege (67) an seinem freien Ende abgerundet ausgeführt ist oder auf seiner Außenseite eine Abschrägung (71) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich an den freien Enden der Stege (67) jeweils nach außen oder innen gerichtete einstückig angeformte, federnde Laschen (75) befinden, welche in Verlängerung der Längsachse des Klemmkörpers (4) nach unten oder oben abgewinkelt oder senkrecht hierzu angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mehrere beabstandete Klemmkörper (4) zur Verbindung des unteren Auflageprofils (2, 50, 59) und des oberen Abdeckprofils (3) in Längsrichtung der Profile (2, 3, 50) angeordnet sind und daß die Klemmkörper (4) gegenüber der Profillänge nur eine geringe Erstreckung, vorzugsweise von 1-3 cm, in Längsrichtung der Profile (2, 3, 50, 59) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abstand der beiden Klemmelemente (25, 26, 70) durch die Größe des Grundkörpers (24) vorgegeben und entsprechend der Abmessungen der zu haltenden flachen Bauelemente (5) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Anprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klemmkörper (4) zwischen den beiden Klemmelementen (25, 26, 70) einen rechteckförmigen und/oder hohlwandigen Grundkörper (24) oder eine Quertraverse aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Auflageprofil (2) gebogen, insbesondere halb rund, ausgeführt ist und daß das Abdeckprofil (3) mittels der Klemmkörper (4) in der gebogenen Form des Auflageprofils (2) gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Abdeckprofil (3) auf der Unterseite ein Befestigungsmittel in Form zweier in Längsrichtung des Abdeckprofils (3) verlaufender beabstandeter Stege (15) aufweist, welche an ihren vorderen freien Enden mit jeweils ein in Richtung auf den gegenüberliegenden Steg weisendes, abgewinkeltes Endstück (28) ausgestattet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das abgewinkelte Endstück (28) zweifach abgewinkelt ausgeführt ist, und zwar zunächst vom Abdeckprofil (3) weggerichtet und anschließend zum Abdeckprofil (3) hingerichtet, wobei neben dem Steg (15) eine Mulde (29) ausgebildet ist, welche zur Aufnahme der Verriegelungsnasen (36) des Klemmelementes (26) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kanten des abgewinkelten Endstückes (28) abgerundet ausgeführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das freie Ende des abgewinkelten Endstückes (28) gegenüber den Außenkanten des Abdeckprofils (3) nach innen versetzt angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest eines der Dichtungsprofile (19) dauerelastisch ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abstand der federnden Stege (35) mit den Verriegelungsnasen (36) an den Abstand der abgewinkelten Endstücke (28) der korrespondierenden Befestigungsmittel angepaßt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Befestigungsmittel der Profile (2, 3, 50, 59) nur abschnittsweise vorhanden sind oder sich über die gesamte Länge der Profile (2, 3, 50, 59) erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das ortsfeste Auflageprofil (2, 50, 59) in der Stirnfläche (6, 62) eine Nut (7, 63) als Befestigungsmittel aufweist, welche mit zwei in Längsrichtung seitlich hervorstehenden Auskragungen (10, 72) versehen ist, wobei die Nut (7, 63) über die gesamte Länge des Auflageprofils (2, 50, 59) oder nur über einen oder mehrere Teilbereiche ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auskragungen (10, 72) an ihrem freien Ende auf der dem Abdeckprofil (3) zugewandten Seite abgerundet ausgeführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden seitlich hervorstehenden Auskragungen (10, 72) auf ihrer der Nut (7, 63) zugewandten Seite, Unter- und/oder Oberseite eine flache Rändelung von vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 0,15 mm Tiefe aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Nut (7, 63) durch eine innere Zwischenwand (8, 61) verschlossen ist und einen dreieckförmigen oder mehreckigen Querschnitt aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 29,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die innere Zwischenwand (8, 61) auf ihrer der Nut (7, 63) gegenüberliegenden Seite einen senkrecht nach innen ragenden Steg (65) aufweist, der über die gesamte Länge der Nut (7, 63) oder nur über einen oder mehrere Teilbereiche ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der nach innen ragende Steg (65) an seinem freien Ende eine runde oder keulenförmige Verdickung aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Größe der Auskragungen (10, 72) und die der Ausnehmungen (33, 69) sowie des offenen Bereiches (34) des zweiten Schenkels (31) aufeinander abgestimmt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Außenseite des zweiten Schenkels (31) des zweiten Klemmelementes (25) eine federnde Lasche (40) einstückig angeformt ist, welche senkrecht oder abgewinkelt angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-33,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die flachen Bauelemente (5) aus lichtdurchlässigen thermisch getrennten Mehrkammerpaneelen bestehen, welche gebogen oder plan ausgeführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Profile (2, 3, 50, 59) aus Aluminium und die Klemmkörper (4) aus Polycarbonat hergestellt sind.
