Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme oder Übemahme von stangenlosen Wickelkernen (18) für Warenbahnen jedweder Art, insbesondere ohne Führungsstangen, mit zwei zueinander beabstandeten, jeweils einen Hülsenführer (6) für die Wickelkerne (18) tragenden Führungslenkern, (1), einem Messerbalken (9) zum Trennen der Warenbahn, einer Legervorrichtung (10) zum Zuführen der Bahn an den leeren Wickelkern (18) und einem Hülsen- bzw. Wickelkemzuführer (15),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Führungslenker (1) sowohl der Hülsenführer (6) als auch der Messerbalken (9) und die Legervorrichtung (10) unter einem vorgegebenen Winkel gemeinsam kippbar zugeordnet sind, um den stangenlosen Wickelkem aufzunehmen, im Automatik - Betrieb. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungslenker (1) zwischen zwei Seitenplatten (42, 43) horizontal verschiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungslenker (1) zwischen zwei Seitenplatten (42, 43) um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das sich zwischen den Seitenplatten (42, 43) ein vorzugsweise im Querschnitt vierkantiger Schienenträger (2) erstreckt, auf dessen Außenflächen sich längs erstreckende, Führungslaufwagen (5) tragende Profillaufschienen (3, 4) ausgebildet sind und daß der Führungslaufwagen (5) den Hülsenführer (6) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenführer (6) mittels eines Winkels am Führungslaufwagen (5) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Führungslaufwagen (5) und somit der Hülsenführer (6) mittels einer Zylinder-Kolben-Anordnung (27) längs der Profillaufschienen (3, 4) zur Freigabe des Wickelkerns (18) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Kippen der Führungslenker (1) die Seitenplatten (42, 43) an einem Drehpunkt (22) verkippbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehpunkt (22) einem Maschinengestell (23) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Legervorrichtung (10) federnd an dem Messerbalken (9) befestigt und gemeinsam mit dem Messerbalken (9) vorzugsweise vertikal gegen den Wickelkern (18) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerbalken (9) und die Legervorrichtung (10) an eine vorzugsweise vertikal bewegbare Tragvorrichtung angelenkt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerbalken (9) an die Tragvorrichtung und die Legervorrichtung (10) an den Messerbalken (9) angelenkt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragvorrichtung entlang einer Schubstange (7) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Messerbalken (109) radial zu einer Walzenachse (111) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Legervorrichtung (110) auf einer Welle (138) verschiebbar auf Abstand durch einen Distanzbolzen (113) am Maschinengestell (123) angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (138) auf der der Legervorrichtung (110) abgewandten Seite an einem Drehpunkt (114) schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Drehpunkt (114) außerhalb des Führungslenkers (121) befindet, so daß je nach Stellung der Führungslenker (121) zwangsweise auf und ab bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oberen Bereich ein Hülsenzuführer (115) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenzuführer (115) an zwei Steuerplatten (116) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenzuführer (115) Wickelkerne (118) radial zur Walze in die Legervorrichtung (110) fördert.
