Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gasbrenner für Heizgeräte, insbesondere Wassererhitzer, mit einer Brennerplatte (24), die aus Blechrippen (26, 28) aufgebaut ist, die durch ein wärmeableitendes Kühlrohrsystem (16, 18) miteinander verbunden sind und zwischen sich Kanäle bzw. Spalte (30) für den Durchtritt eines Brenngas-Luftgemisches begrenzen, das auf einer einem Brennraum (15) zugewandten Seite der Brennerplatte (24) entzündbar ist, wobei Teile von Blechrippen (26, 28) zur besseren Verwirbelung des Brenngas-Luftgemisches umgebogen sind. Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß brennraumseitige Ränder (34) von bestimmten Blechrippen (28) gegenüber brennraumseitigen Rändern (36) der anderen Blechrippen (26) zurückversetzt sind, und daß die zurückversetzten Blechrippen (28) an den brennraumseitigen Rändern (34) und/oder an den dem Brennraum (15) abgewandten Rändern der Brennerplatte (24) umgebogen sind. Dadurch wird eine gute Vermischung und eine gute Kühlung des Brenngas-Luftgemisches erzielt.

It is proposed that edges (34) on the combustion chamber side of certain sheet metal fins (28) be set back relative to edges (36) of the other sheet metal fins (26) on the combustion chamber side, and that the set sheet metal fins (28) on the edges (34) and / or on the combustion chamber side the edges of the burner plate (24) facing away from the combustion chamber (15) are bent. This ensures good mixing and good cooling of the fuel gas / air mixture.
