Abstract

Es wird ein Wärmetauscher, insbesondere für Heizkessel oder Durchlauferhitzer, vorgeschlagen, der wenigstens ein metallisches Rohr (12) umfasst, das im Abstand von einander angeordnete, schraubenartig verlaufende Wicklungen aufweist und mit Zu- und Ableitungsanschlüssen für ein Wärmetauschmedium ausgestattet ist. Die Aussenfläche des Rohrmantels ist mit einer wärmeleitfähigen, weitgehend porenfreien Beschichtung (19) versehen, die temperaturbeständig, elektrisch schlecht leitfähig bis isolierend und vorzugsweise hydrophob ist. Es wird auch ein Heizkessel oder Durchlauferhitzer vorgeschlagen, der ein einen Kesselraum umhüllendes Gehäuse aufweist, in dem ein mantelfönniger Wärmetauscher angeordnet ist. Der Wärmetauscher unterteilt den Kesselraum in eine Brennkammer und in eine Abgaskammer. Über die Mantelfläche verteilte sind Durchlässe für heisse Verbrennungsgase vorgesehen. Ein Brennerkopf ragt in die Brennkammer. Bei derartigen Geräten ersweist es sich von Vorteil, wenn die in den Brennraum ragenden oder an diesen angrenzenden Komponenten wenigstens zum Teil mit einer Beschichtung versehen sind, die in Analogie zu der geschilderten Beschichtung des Wärmetauschers ausgebildet ist.

A heat exchanger, in particular for boilers or instantaneous heaters, is proposed which comprises at least one metallic tube (12) which has helical windings arranged at a distance from one another and is equipped with inlet and outlet connections for a heat exchange medium. The outer surface of the tubular jacket is provided with a thermally conductive, largely non-porous coating (19) which is temperature-resistant, electrically poorly conductive to insulating and preferably hydrophobic. A boiler or instantaneous water heater is also proposed which has a housing which envelops a boiler space and in which a jacket-type heat exchanger is arranged. The heat exchanger divides the boiler room into a combustion chamber and an exhaust gas chamber. Passages for hot combustion gases are provided over the lateral surface. A burner head protrudes into the combustion chamber. In devices of this type, it proves to be advantageous if the components that protrude into or adjoin the combustion chamber are at least partially provided with a coating that is designed in analogy to the coating of the heat exchanger described.
