Description
- la figure 1 est une vue de côté schématique d'une machine à enrouler et/ou dérouler comportant deux broches conformes à l'invention
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe d'une broche selon l'invention dont les mors sont introduits dans l'une des extrémités d'un mandrin sur lequel un matériau en bande est enroulé en bobine ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe à échelle agrandie de l'extrémité libre de la broche visible sur la figure 2 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 2 ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne V-V de la figure 3 ;
- la figure 6 est une vue analogue à la figure 5, mais montrant les mors dans leur position de serrage intensifié, le mandrin de la bobine n'étant pas représenté pour faciliter la compréhension de l'invention ; et
- la figure 7 est une vue de la face interne d'un couvercle susceptible d'être installé à la place de celui qui est fixé à l'extrémité libre de la broche représentée sur les figures 1 à 6.
Claims (5)
- Broche insérable dans un mandrin (1) ayant une surface interne cylindrique et sur lequel un matériau en bande, notamment du papier, est enroulé en bobine, broche comportant un arbre (8) relié à un dispositif de freinage (7), un porte-mors tubulaire (9) ayant une partie terminale externe (10) qui est libre et une partie terminale interne (11) qui est portée par l'arbre, le porte-mors étant solidaire en rotation de ce dernier, des mors (12) logés dans des fentes longitudinales (13) ménagées dans la partie terminale externe (10) du porte-mors, des organes élastiques (14) sollicitant les mors radialement vers l'extérieur afin qu'ils viennent en prise avec la surface interne du mandrin (1) lorsque la broche est insérée dans ce dernier, et des moyens de retenue (15,16) prévus aux extrémités des mors pour empêcher ces derniers de sortir des gorges longitudinales (13) lorsque la broche est hors du mandrin, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre des moyens de serrage complémentaires (21) pour renforcer l'action de sollicitation exercée par les organes élastiques (14) sur les mors (12) lors d'un freinage, d'une accélération ou d'une décélération de la bobine (2) formée sur le mandrin (1), les moyens de serrage complémentaires (21) comprenant une tige polygonale (22) solidaire en rotation de l'arbre (8), cette tige s'étendant à l'intérieur du porte-mors (9) et ayant des faces longitudinales (23) séparées par des arêtes (24), ainsi que des moyens (25 ; 15a,15b) pour permettre une rotation relative limitée entre le porte-mors et la tige afin que chaque mors (12) puisse se déplacer entre une position de serrage normal dans laquelle il prend appui contre une face longitudinale prédéterminée (23) de la tige lorsque la bobine (2) est immobilisée ou tourne à faible couple et à vitesse constante, et une position de serrage intensifié dans laquelle il prend appui contre une arête (24) adjacente à la face longitudinale prédéterminée de la tige lorsque la bobine (2) est freinée, accélérée ou ralentie.
- Broche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (25) permettant une rotation relative limitée entre le porte-mors (9) et la tige (22) comprennent au moins une nervure longitudinale (26) faisant saillie sur la surface latérale externe de l'arbre (8) et s'étendant dans une gorge longitudinale (27) ménagée dans la surface latérale interne du porte-mors (9), la nervure étant située à égale distance des faces longitudinales de la gorge lorsque les mors (12) sont dans leur position de serrage normal et s'appuyant contre l'une des faces longitudinales de la gorge (27) lorsque les mors sont dans leur position de serrage intensifié.
- Broche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (15a,15b) permettant une rotation relative limitée entre le porte-mors (9) et la tige (22) comprennent des protubérances (15a) faisant saillie sur la face interne d'un couvercle (20) fixé à l'extrémité de la partie terminale externe (10) du porte-mors, et des bossages (15b) prévus sur les faces transversales des mors (12) qui sont adjacentes au couvercle, les protubérances et les bossages étant conçus de manière à ménager un espace entre eux lorsque les mors sont dans leur position de serrage normal et à être en contact lorsque les mors sont dans leur position de serrage intensifié.
- Broche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les organes élastiques (14) sont constitués par des ressorts hélicoïdaux disposés dans des trous borgnes (31) ménagés dans les mors (12), les ressorts s'appuyant contre la tige (22) en maintenant les mors éloignés de celle-ci lorsque la partie terminale externe (10) du porte-mors (9) est à l'extérieur du mandrin (1), et étant rentrés dans les trous borgnes en permettant aux mors de s'appuyer directement contre la tige lorsque la partie terminale externe du porte-mors est à l'intérieur du mandrin.
- Machine pour enrouler et/ou dérouler un matériau en bande, comportant au moins deux broches insérables dans un mandrin (1) sur lequel le matériau en bande forme une bobine (2), caractérisée en ce que l'une au moins des broches est telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4.
