Claims (5)

  1. Spreizbarer Spannkopf in einem Spannfutter (1) mit einer inneren zylindrischen Oberfläche, auf der eine Materialbahn, insbesondere aus Papier, auf einer Spule/Rolle aufgewickelt ist, wobei der Spannkopf eine Achse/Welle (8), die mit einer Bremsvorrichtung (7) verbunden ist, ein röhrenartiges Backenstück (9), das ein äußeres freies Endstück (10) und ein inneres Endstück (11) aufweist, das von der Achse/Welle getragen wird, aufweist, wobei das Backenstück aus einem Stück besteht und sich mit letzterer dreht, Spannbacken (12), die in Längsschlitze (13) eingesetzt sind, die in dem äußeren Endstück (10) des Backenstücks angeordnet sind, federnde Mittel (14), die die Spannbacken radial nach außen belasten, damit sie mit der Innenfläche des Spannfutters (1) in Kontakt kommen, wenn der Spannkopf in letzeres eingefügt wird, und Rückhaltemittel (15, 16), die an den Enden der Spannbacken vorgesehen sind, um letztere daran zu hindern, aus den länglichen Auskehlungen/Vertiefungen (13) auszutreten, wenn sich der Spannkopf außerhalb des Spannfutters befindet, beinhaltet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darüber hinaus zusätzliche Spannmittel (21) zur Verstärkung der Belastung, die von den federnden Mitteln (14) auf die Spannbacken (12) bei einer Bremsung, einer Beschleunigung oder einer Verzögerung der Spule/Rolle (2), die auf dem Spannfutter (1) geformt ist, ausgeübt wird, zusätzliche Spannmittel (21) beinhaltet, die eine vieleckige, aus einem Stück bestehende Stange (22), die sich mit der Achse/Wel e (8) dreht und sich in das Innere des Backenstücks erstreckt, und längliche Vorderseiten (23), die durch die Sperrvorichtungen (24) getrennt sind, beinhaltet, sowie Mittel (25; 15a, 15b) beinhaltet, um eine relativ eingeschränkte Drehung zwischen dem Backenstück und der Stange zuzulassen, damit sich jede Spannbacke (12) zwischen einer normalen Spannposition, bei der sie gegen einer längliche, vorbestimmte Fläche (23) der Stange zur Anlage kommt, wenn die Spule/Rolle (2) zum Stillstand gekommen ist, oder sich mit geringfügigem Drehmoment und mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit dreht, und einer verstärkten Spannposition, bei der sie gegen eine Sperrvorrichtung (24) zur Anlage kommt, die an die vorbestimmte längliche Fläche der Stange angrenzt, wenn die Spule/Rolle (2) gebremst, beschleunigt oder verlangsamt wird, verschieben kann.
  2. Spannkopf gemäß des Patentanspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (25), die eine relativ eingeschränkte Drehung zwischen den Backenstück (9) und der Stange (22) zulassen, aus mindestens einer länglichen Rippe (26), die auf der äußeren seitlichen Fläche der Achse/Welle (8) hervorsteht und sich in eine längliche Vertiefung/Auskehlung (27) erstreckt, die in der seitlichen inneren Fläche des Backenstücks vorgesehen ist, bestehen, wobei die Rippe im gleichen Abstand zu den länglichen Flächen der Vertiefung/Auskehlung angeordnet ist, wenn sich die Spannbacken (12) in normaler Spannposition belinden und sich gegen eine der länglichen Flächen der Vertiefung/Auskehlung (27) abstützen, wenn sich die Spannbacken in verstärkter Spannposition befinden
  3. Spannkopf gemäß des Patentanspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (15a, 15b), die eine relativ eingeschränkte Drehung zwischen dem Backenstück (9) und der Stange (22) zulassen, Ausstülpungen (15a), die auf der Innenfläche eines Deckels (20) hervorstehen, der am äußeren Endstück (10) des Backenstücks befestigt ist, und Buckel (15b) umfassen, die auf den querlaufenden Flächen der Spannbacken (12) vorgesehen sind, die an den Deckel angrenzen, wobei die Ausstülpungen und die Buckel in der Weise ausgebildet sind, dass sie zwischen sich Raum lassen, wenn sich die Spannbacken in normaler Spannposition befinden und in Kontakt sind, wenn sich die Spannbacken in verstärkter Spannposition befinden.
  4. Spannkopf gemäß irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federnden Mittel (14) durch die schraubenförmigen Federn ausgebildet sind, die in Blindlöchern (31) angeordnet s nd, die in den Spannbacken (12) angeordnet sind, wobei sich die Federn gegen die Stange (22) abstützen und die Spannbacken von ihr entfernt halten, wenn sich das äußere Endstück (10) des Backenstücks (9) außerhalb des Spannfutters (1) befindet und in die Blindlöcher eingefahren sind, damit sich die Spannbacken direkt gegen die Stange abstützen können, wenn sich das äußere Endstück des Backenstücks im Inneren des Spannfutters befindet.
  5. Maschine zum Aufrollen und/oder Abrollen einer Materialbahn, die zumindest zwei spreizbare Spannköpfe in einem Spannfutter (1) beinhaltet, auf dem die Materialbahn eine Rolle/Spule (2) ausbildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Spannköpfe so ist, wie in irgendeinem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4 definiert.
