Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat roof tile with a head, side, deck and foot cover, in particular with a head and / or side and / or deck and / or Folded part, as well as a flat midfield.
- Such a pan is known from German patent 599 798. It has a horizontal head and side joint. Both the head and side rebate each have an inner and an outer rib separated by a groove are separated. The two grooves are connected to each other in the top corner fold, see above that the top rebate groove drains into the side rebate groove.
- the top and side interlocking are support strips upstream. They serve as a covering for the foot, respectively Overlap of the covering neighboring tiles. There arises during the covering the horizontal head and side parting line.
- the middle field is flat, it is aligned parallel to the top groove and the roof battens. It closes with a curve to the edge strips in the top and side folds from.
- the transition to the bead of the cover fold part is smooth, that is, the curvature of the Bead passes into the midfield with an even curvature.
- a non-generic brick which has a V-shaped cross section kinked midfield.
- the midfield rises towards the side fold part, see above that there is a vertical side parting line, which drains over the middle field prevented.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, the water entry in particular in the side but also in the Reduce head fold and overflow of the side fold to avoid in the eaves area of a roof.
- This object is achieved in that the midfield from the side fold part to the bead of the cover fold part easily is sloping.
- This measure has several advantages.
- the horizontal arrangement of the roof battens collects in the central tile field accumulating water automatically in the curvature available between the central tile section and the top seam section is.
- the inner edge of the bead of the cover fold part is thus too made an independent "groove".
- the wind comes from the outside of the bead, so is the water in the slipstream of it and can drain off relatively undisturbed on the eaves side. He comes Wind, however, from the side fold part, so is the bead with his relatively high height is a noticeable obstacle for those on the central brick field water, it can collect well there. Should the water over the bead on the right neighboring tile carried over, it flies over the side fold area of the neighboring brick and in turn lands on the brick center field of the Neighboring brick.
- the support strips in front of the top and / or side folds still allow an uninclined edition of the Rebate and top rebate of the covering bricks and regardless of the slope of the central tile field. This also brings the advantage that the visual impression of the flat roof tile with a horizontal finish of the foot rebate of every brick is unchanged.
- the angle of inclination ⁇ of the middle field at least Is 0.5 °, primarily 1.5 ° and more.
- the claimed slope of the central tile field relates standing on the level given by the roof battens, that means that the angle ⁇ is the difference angle the basically flat central brick field and the one through the Roof battens predetermined level.
- the roof tile 1 has a top rebate part 2, a top rebate part 3, a foot fold part 4, a side fold part 5, and over a middle field 6. Between top fold part and side fold part there is a top-side fold corner 28, while between the Head fold part and the top fold part a top cover fold corner 29 present is one or more in the area of the head fold May have corner cutouts
- the head rebate part 2 has an outer head rebate rib 213 which via an inner rabbet groove 214 from an inner rabbet rib 215 is separated.
- the latter is a top rabbet support strip 6133 upstream, which is approximately as wide as the top rabbet groove 214 and the connection creates the central brick field 6.
- the side fold part 5 shows an outer side fold rib 513, one Side rebate groove 514, an inner side rebate rib 515, as well as in a special version a side fold support strip 6132, which are arranged in this order between each other the outer edge of the brick and the central tile field 6 are present are.
- the top rebate groove 214 just goes into the side rebate groove 514 about, the same applies to the head rebate strips 6133 and the side fold support strip 6132, which advantageously together lie in one plane.
- the top rebate groove 214 may be due to the flow connection and the flat transition when covering in the side groove 514 drain, which in turn is through a water switch 531 emptied onto the brick center field.
- the contact surface of the cover fold part with which the covering one Brick rests on the neighboring tile in the rafter direction, must always be level for technical reasons be such that this bearing surface of the cover fold part is directed parallel to the roof battens.
- the brick center field 6 is flat in itself, but at an angle ⁇ so inclined towards the roof battens that it easily in Direction on the top fold part 3 falls.
- the angle ⁇ is so big to determine that even in calm air that on the brick center field water collected by gravity towards moved to the top fold part 3. To do this, the adhesive force be overcome.
- the brick according to the invention can despite the incisive constructive Change in the area of the brick center field to commercial drying pads and cassettes of a brick factory can be placed on top of it, making the brick work even without change can be produced in the brick factory.
- the body thickness does not increase in this area, the underside of the brick also has the same inclination Angle ⁇ .
- the pads 62 also provide the support ribs the bottom of the brick.
- Figure 3 shows the foot of the flat roof tile according to the invention.
- the visible outer foot rib 423 ends parallel below to the head rebate support strip 6133.
