Definitions
- the invention relates to a interlocking tile with at least one head and one foot fold, in the latter extending on the underside of the brick in the longitudinal direction of the brick Longitudinal ribs open, some of which start at the brick head, still on the underside of the brick, on the underside of an outer head fold rib of the head fold in the transverse direction a cassette rib is present, which is essentially across the width of the Folding tile extends and in one piece to form a cassette compartment on the underside is connected to the ribs running in the longitudinal direction of the brick.
- DE-A-27 38 392 shows a interlocking tile of the aforementioned type.
- the cassette rib is located on the underside of an outer head rebate rib and is connected to the whole five longitudinal ribs on the underside of the brick.
- the well-known brick has proven itself however, it has a relatively large one, particularly in the area of the head rebate Body thickness and height.
- the invention has for its object a interlocking tile of the type mentioned to create, which has a lower height, or body thickness and is still sufficiently sturdy.
- This object is achieved in that the cassette rib at the covering in a groove of a covered neighboring tile, which is on the side seam side End of the outer top rabbet rib of the neighboring tile.
- the cassette rib on the underside of the tile is the top surface structure, for example the head fold added. Due to the desire that the head folds a certain displacement length when covering is enabled the top rabbet groove kept increasingly wider. This creates the Danger of a trench ditching on both sides of the top fold ribs is limited.
- the cassette construction on the underside works counteracts this risk of breakage and also creates the possibility the brick weight with roughly constant tread resistance to reduce.
- the cassette rib can be in collaboration with the longitudinal ribs serve that when covering over the top edge running spray water dripping into the tile roof to prevent.
- the cassette rib is due to its transverse direction suitable to collect this spray water and over the longitudinal ribs your own foot folds or head folds of the covered brick following on the foot side.
- the cassette rib is located on the underside of an outer one Head fold rib, the shape is approximately the same in longitudinal section a lying T-beam, with the corresponding cheap Moments of resistance.
- the cassette rib is flush with the top edge and the lower part the head end of the brick.
- the edge of the head becomes further reinforced, the cassette truss already starts at Head edge. Due to the physical unity of the longitudinal ribs with the cassette rib there are strong nodes that the desired stiffness and rigidity of the brick and Ensure the body in the longitudinal and transverse direction of the brick.
- the cassette rib is up extends into the top deck fold.
- the part of the cassette rib located in the top deck fold into a Place the groove of a covered neighboring tile on the side rebate side End of the outer top rabbet rib of the neighboring tile located. This creates a kind of support that not only creates a physical bond, but also seals.
- the middle branch of the cassette rib can be marked with a Longitudinal rib connected to the body, which away from the head area Direction of the foot folds.
- Both the middle branch of the Cassette rib as well as the hanging lugs result in almost closed Rectangles because of their physical connection ensure good stability.
- the flat roof tile according to the invention has a top rebate part 2, a cover fold part 3, a foot fold part 4, a Side fold part 5 and a center panel 6. Without the invention The drawing shows how to determine a type of interlocking tile a flat roof tile with a simple head and foot fold, and a double side fold. When covering there is a horizontal head and side joint.
- the head fold shows an outer head fold rib 213 that is essentially at the same height from the top corner 28 extends up to a corner cutout 295 of the top deck corner.
- the outer top rabbet rib 217 is in the area of the raised one Rib part 282 provided with a groove 281, which as for Head edge open recess is formed.
- the groove 281 has the same height as the rib 213.
- a top rebate groove 214 which is relative is kept wide to give the greatest possible headroom to achieve when laying the flat roof tile. It is part of the side fold bounded by a connecting rib 284, the from the outer head fold rib 213 to the inner head fold rib 217 extends.
- top deck fold 29 In the direction of the top deck fold 29 follows the flat top groove 214 an obliquely rising surface 2144, which leads to a plateau 292, which leads directly to the corner cutout 295 in the top deck fold.
- the slope of the ascending Area 2144 roughly corresponds to the jump in height between the Brick center panel and the curvature of the top rebate. This Both the outer top fold rib 213 and follow the inner head rebate rib 217.
- the top rabbet groove widens, because the inner top rabbet rib 217 is slightly inclined there Shows offset in foot direction.
- the corner cutout 295 is on the one hand from the plateau 292, on the other hand delimited by the front side 299 of the cover fold part.
- the side fold part 5 comprises an outer side fold rib 513, an outer side groove 514, a middle side rib 515, an inner side groove 516, and an inner side rib 517.
- the outer side groove 514 opens out via a Water switch in the inner side groove 516 so that it is on the foot side a common outflow in the area of the foot gusset Have 48.
- Figure 2 shows the back of the brick.
- a cassette rib 226, which extends across the tile and is flush with the edge of the head so that it is a lower part of the front of the head of the brick.
- the cassette rib 226 is caused by the brick shape divided into several branches, each branch communicates with a longitudinal rib, which is essentially over the longitudinal direction of the brick to the rebate 4 extends and opens into one of the two foot ribs.
- the Merging can either be done directly by the corresponding Rib hits one of the foot ribs, or indirectly in that the longitudinal rib in another longitudinal rib flows out and in this way with the foot fold in line connection stands.
- the branch of the cassette rib associated with the top cover fold corner cutout 295 226 is via a rib branch 2261 with a longitudinal rib 2262 connected, which is below the head area in the direction is directed towards the central brick field and there diagonally in a support rib 623 opens, which leads to the fold of the foot.
- the longitudinal rib 2262 is guided around a right hanging lug 221.
- this rib is in line connection with a longitudinal rib 225, which extends towards the foot area over the Brick center field extends and over a sloping introduction 2251 opens into the support rib 623.
- Support rib 621 which extends from the head to the foot area and ends at the inner foot rib 425.
- the last branch of the cassette rib is located in the head-side fold corner 28 226. It is at the same height with a longitudinal rib 521 connected, which is also the side edge rib of the brick forms.
- the longitudinal rib is thus guided along the edge of the brick and that up to an upper corner cut-out 487 in the foot side fold. There it bends over an oblique rib 5211 in the direction onto the central brick field and flows into the one already mentioned Support rib 621.
- the longitudinal rib 521 is therefore also indirectly connected to the fold of the foot.
- the rib is 5211 below the side fold part between a stacking bump 522 and a depression 482 passed through.
- the lowest level has the longitudinal Longitudinal rib 225 in the area between suspension lugs 221 a greater distance from the roof batten than the other support surfaces on the roof batten, or the one there too arranged support bumps 224.
- the lowest level is lower than that lowest level of the longitudinal longitudinal rib 225, which between the hanging lugs 221 is passed. Between these Hanging noses are to the left and right of the longitudinal one Longitudinal rib 225 recesses 2252 are provided.
- the cassette rib 226 and the longitudinal rib 521 form in the head side fold corner 28 with each other a right angle, they delimit on two sides a recess 287, which is located below the head fold.
- it is already bounded by one addressed bump 222, a hanging nose 221 and a support hump 224, whose lowest level is lower lies as the level of the outer longitudinal rib 521.
- the lowest level of the longitudinal rib 2262 is higher than the level the support on the roof batten of the right hanging nose 221.
- An inner area extends from the head area to the foot area Cover seam rib 327, which is preferably deflected via a deflection 321 Angle of 30 ° degrees (calculated on the outside of the brick) in one Continuation rib 3272 opens out, which in turn has the same height merges into the inner foot rib 425.
- On the cassette rib 226 and the rib 2261 follow in the area of the top deck fold 29 a recess 297 towards the center of the brick.
- Brick II lies on top with its top rebate when covered the side rebate part of the brick I.
- the end of the top seam side Cassette rib 226 is opposite the rest of the cassette rib at an elevated level depending on the Slope of the ascending surface 2144, which is also the slope of the Lead rib 2261 determined.
- This edge branch of the cassette rib 226 lies in the groove 281 of the head interlocking of the brick I and thus improves the tightness in the four-brick corner.
- the cassette rib in the area of Cover fold part with at least one, in particular the inner Cover seam rib 327 is connected in one piece.
- This at least results in a meandering link one of the top fold ribs with the cassette rib 226 to allow such an embodiment to cover it is, however, necessary to have one in the top-side fold corner 28 the implementation of the top fold rib or the cover fold ribs enabling notching.
- This notch then extends from the head end 2 towards the foot and is something dimensioned longer than the meandering connection of the top seam rib or the top fold ribs with the cassette rib 226 to enable covering. It therefore extends forcibly in the plateau 5133 of the outer side fold rib 513 and can be another, footward notch of the Side fold rib 513 carry with you, roughly with the depth directed along the entire edge of the head along the edge of the brick is.
