Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Walzen von Trägern aus Vorprofilen (1), insbesondere Stranggußprofilen auf einer Walzstraße, bestehend aus einem Vorgerüst (VE) und einer dahinter angeordneten Kompaktgruppe aus zwei Universalgerüsten (U1,UF) mit dazwischen angeordnetem Flanschenstauchgerüst (HE), wobei das auslaufseitige Universalgerüst (UF) als Fertiggerüst ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß für mindestens einen Breakdown-Stich das als Vertikal-Gerüst ausgebildete Vorgerüst (VE), das erste Universalgerüst (U1) und das Flanschenstauchgerüst (HE) als Breakdown-Gruppe eingesetzt werden, daß im Anschluß an den bzw. die Breakdown-Stiche ein oder mehrere Vorstiche auf dem ersten Universalgerüst (U1) und dem Flanschenstauchgerüst (HE) durchgeführt werden, bevor mindestens ein Fertigstich auf dem auslaufseitigen Universalgerüst (UF) ausgeführt wird. - Verfahren zum Walzen von Trägern aus Vorprofilen (1), insbesondere Stranggußprofilen auf einer Walzstraße, bestehend aus einem Vorgerüst (VE) und einer dahinter angeordneten Kompaktgruppe aus zwei Universalgerüsten (U1,UF) mit dazwischen angeordnetem Flanschenstauchgerüst (HE), wobei das auslaufseitige Universalgerüst (UF) als Fertiggerüst ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Vorgerüst als reversierbare Universal-Breakdown-Gruppe (UBD), bestehend aus einem Universalgerüst (U) mit unmittelbar anschließendem Stauchgerüst (E) ausgebildet ist und zur Ausführung mehrerer Breakdown-Stiche eingesetzt wird, an die sich mehrere Vorstiche unter Verwendung des ersten Universalwalzgerüstes (U) und des Flanschenstauchgerüstes (HE) der Kompaktgruppe sowie mindestens ein Fertigstich auf dem auslaufseitigen Universalgerüst (UF) anschließen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen den Breakdown-Stichen auf der Universal-Breakdown-Gerüstgruppe (UBD) und den anschließenden Vorstichen das Walzgut frei ausläuft. - Walzwerk zum Walzen von Trägern aus Vorprofilen (1), insbesondere Stranggußprofilen, bestehend aus einem Vorgerüst (VE) und einer dahinter angeordneten Kompaktgruppe aus zwei Universalgerüsten (U1,UF) mit dazwischen angeordnetem Flanschenstauchgerüst (HE), wobei das auslaufseitige Universalgerüst (UF) als Fertiggerüst ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Vorgerüst als reversierbare Universal-Breakdown-Gruppe (UBD), bestehend aus einem Universalgerüst (U) mit unmittelbar anschließendem Stauchgerüst (E) ausgebildet ist und daß das Universalgerüst (U) der Universal-Breakdown-Gerüstgruppe (UBD) ein Kombigerüst mit wahlweise einsetzbarem Universal-Walzensatz und Duo-Walzensatz ist. - Walzwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ständerabstand des Universalgerüstes (U) der Universal-Breakdown-Gerüstgruppe (UBD) verstellbar ist. - Walzwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Horizontalwalzen (7) des Universalwalzensatzes (U) und die Vertikalwalzen (9) des Flanschenstauchgerüstes (E) bei aufrecht stehend gewalztem Träger glatte Walzballen aufweisen.
