Claims (7)
- Übergabeeinrichtung für Stückgut (S), insbesondere für Postgut, mit einem umlaufenden Flügelrad (FR), dessen Flügel (F) Zellen (Z) bilden, die das auf einer ersten Fördereinrichtung (FE1) ankommende Stückgut (S) aufnehmen und an umlaufende Stückgutträger (ST) einer zweiten Fördereinrichtung (FE2) abgeben, wobei die Geschwindigkeit (v1) und der Teilungsabstand (t1) des ankommenden Stückguts (S), die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit (u) und die Umfangsteilung (t2) des Flügelrades (FR) und die Geschwindigkeit (v3) und die Teilung (t3) der umlaufenden Stückgutträger (ST) aufeinander abgestimmt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Flügel (F) des Flügelrades (FR) mehrere in axialer Richtung hintereinander angeordnete Lücken (L1) aufweisen, daß Segmente (SG1) der ersten Fördereinrichtung (FE1) im Bereich der Lücken (L1) in die Zellen (Z) des Flügelrades (FR) geführt sind, und daß die Segmente (SG1) der ersten Fördereinrichtung (FE1) um koaxial und drehbar angeordnete Umlenkräder (UR) des Flügelrades (FR) geführt sind. - Übergabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Flügel (F) tangential zu einem konzentrisch zur Radachse (RA) des Flügelrades (FR) verlaufenden Kreis ausgerichtet sind. - Übergabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Flügelrad (FR) mit fest angeordneten Zusatzflügeln (ZF) ausgerüstet ist, die jeweils zusammen mit einem nacheilenden Flügel (F) Leerzellen (LZ) bilden, die den Lücken (L2) zwischen zwei Gruppen von Stückgutträgern (ST) zugeordnet sind: - Übergabeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß vor der in Segmente (SG1) unterteilten ersten Fördereinrichtung (FE1) eine weitere in Segmente (SG2) unterteilte Fördereinrichtung (FEW) angeordnet ist und daß die Segmente (SG2) der weiteren Fördereinrichtung (FEW) nach der Übergabestelle unter die gemeinsame Förderebene der ersten Fördereinrichtung (FE1) und der weiteren Fördereinrichtung (FEW) geführt sind. - Übergabeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Flügelrad (FR) und die erste Fördereinrichtung (FE1) durch einen gemeinsamen Motor (M) angetrieben sind. - Übergabeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem in Drehrichtung (DR) gesehen vor der Übergabe an die zweite Fördereinrichtung liegenden Umfangsbereich des Flügelrades (FR) Führungsmittel für das Stückgut (S) zugeordnet sind. - Übergabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsmittel durch ein endlos umlaufendes Band (EB) gebildet sind.
