Claims (10)
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät, insbesondere Leitungsschutzschalter (10) mit einer Vorrichtung zur Beschleunigung des Einschaltvorgangs zwischen einem stationären elektrischen Kontakt (11) und einem von diesen entfernbaren beweglichen elektrischen Kontakt (12) des elektrischen Schaltgerätes,
wobei der bewegliche Kontakt (121) an einem von einer Kontaktfeder (17) in Einschaltrichtung beaufschlagten Schwenkbügel (14) angeordnet und zum Einschalten unter Mitwirkung eines Schalthebels (29) in seine Anlagestellung an dem stationären Kontakt (11) bringbar ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Halteelement (26) aus einem federnden Material, das in eine Eingriffsausnehmung (27) an dem Schwenkbügel (14) bei geöffneten Kontakten (11, 12) zum Halten des Schwenkbügels (14) in seiner in Einschaltrichtung vorgespannten Stellung angreift, und das aus der Eingriffsausnehmung (27) mittels des Schalthebels (26) für eine schlagartige Schließbewegung des Schwenkbügels (14) elastisch wegbewegbar ist. - Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsausnehmung (27) seitlich an dem Schwenkbügel (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsausnehmung (27) sägezahnartig (32, 33) geformt ist.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (26) als gehäusefestes Federelement mit einem Anlage- und Eingriffsabschnitt ausgebildet ist.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach den Ansprüchen 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlage- und Eingriffsabschnitt bezüglich des Federelementes abgewinkelt ist.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (26) mit einem verlängerten Ende (21) der Kontaktfeder (17) gebildet ist.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (26) ein abgebogenes Ende (30) für den Angriff durch den Schalthebel (29) besitzt.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalthebel (29) für das Halteelement (26), vorzugsweise für dessen abgebogenes Ende (30) bzw. Anlage- und Eingriffsabschnitt, eine angeformte Steuerfläche (28) aufweist.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (26) in einer ersten Phase des Einschaltens bis zum Lösen von dem Schwenkbügel (14) mit Vorspannung an diesem anliegt.
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (26) in einer zweiten Phase des Einschaltens nach dem Lösen von dem Schwenkbügel (14) von diesem beabstandet ist.
