- Schließsystem, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge und Gebäudeausrüstungen, bestehend aus einem Schloßzylinder und einem in den Schloßzylinder einführbaren Schlüssel mit in Einführungsrichtung weisenden Stößeln, wobei ein Schließkern in einem Gehäuse drehbar gelagert ist, der wenigstens ein gegen eine Federkraft in Einführungsrichtung des Schlüssels verschiebbares Rastelement mit einer Rastausnehmung aufweist, in welcher die Rastnase eines Blockierelementes beim Erreichen der codierten Position der Rastelemente eingreifen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement aus einem Träger (3,3') und einem Reiter (4,4') besteht, welche gegeneinander verschiebbar sowie reib- oder formschlüssig miteinander im Eingriff stehen, wobei im Reiter (4,4') eine der Rastnase (51) zugeordnete Rastausnehmung (41) eingearbeitet und am freien Ende eine Anschlagsfläche (43) vorgesehen ist, die in einer nichtcodierten Null-Position des Rastelementes mit einem Anschlagselement (7) in Verbindung steht, und daß ein Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) vorgesehen ist, das sich einerseits auf der inneren Grundfläche (200b) des Grundkörpers (2a) des Schließkerns (2) und andererseits am Träger (3,3') abstützt, und daß das Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) in eine Arretierungsposition bringbar ist, in der die relative Position von Träger (3,3') und Reiter (4) festgelegt und das Anschlagselement (7) aus seinem Eingriff mit der Anschlagsfläche (43) des Reiters (4,4') entfernt ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließkern (2) aus einem ersten Grundkörper (2a), in dem ein federbelastetes Blockierelement (5) lagert, und aus einem zweiten Grundkörper (2b) zur Aufnahme der federbelasteten Rastelemente (30, 40) besteht.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Blockierelement (5) in der Einführungsposition des Schlüssels (10) seitens des Gehäuses (1) eine Ausnehmung (50a) zugeordnet ist, woran nach innen und in Umfangsrichtung gerichtete Gleitflächen angrenzen, so daß bei Drehung des Schließkerns (2) eine radiale Bewegung des Blockierelementes (5) hervorgerufen wird.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aus Träger (3) und Reiter (4) bestehende Restelement in der nichtcodierten Null-Position den Abstand zwischen der Anschlagsfläche (21) an der Frontplatte (23) des Grundkörpers (2b) und dem Anschlagselement (7) weitestgehend ausfüllt.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (3) und der Reiter (4) über Verzahnungselemente (30,40) miteinander im Eingriff stehen und daß die Teilung der Verzahnungselemente (30,40) mit dem Abstand zwischen zwei benachbarten Codewerten übereinstimmt.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verzahnungselemente (30,40) sägezahnförmig ausgebildet sind, wobei die flacheren Zahnflanken in Verschieberichtung (Einschubrichtung des Schlüssels) weisen.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) verschiebbar ausgebildet ist, wobei als Federzungen ausgebildete Federelemente (60) in Richtung des Trägers (3) drücken und Stützblöcke (61) in die entgegengesetzte Richtung abkraken, wobei die Stützblöcke (61) in der nichtcodierten Null-Position in Ausnehmungen (610) des Grundkörpers (2b) lagern, während sich die Stützblöcke (61) in der codierten Position auf der inneren Grundfläche (200b) des Grundkörpers (2b) abstützen.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Stützblöcke (61) im wesentlichen dem freien Abstand zwischen der inneren Grundfläche (200b) und dem Träger (3) entspricht, so daß die Verzahnungen (30,40) nicht mehr außer Eingriff treten können.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) einstückig, z.B. als Stanzblechteil oder Kunststoffspritzteil ausgeführt ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verschiebung des Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) in seine Arretierungsposition ein Schubstift (62) vorgesehen ist, der die Frontplatte (23) des Grundkörpers (2b) durchragt und mit seinem inneren Ende an das Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) angreift.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 7 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schubstift (62) oder dergleichen einstückig am Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) angeformt ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennezichnet, daß das Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) in seiner Arretierungsposition verriegelbar ausgebildet ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) eine Rastfeder (600) aufweist, die in der Arretierposition in eine Aussparung (22) des Grundkörpers (2b) einrastet.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) und dem Träger (3) ein Gleitblech (9) oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennezichnet, daß zwischen dem Feder-/Arretierungselement (6) und der gegenüberliegenden inneren Grundfläche (200a) des Grundkörpers (2a) Distanzelemente (8) angeordnet sind, deren Höhe mindestens der Höhe des aus dem Träger (3) und dem Reiter (4) bestehenden Rastelementes entspricht.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitelement (9) und die Distanzelemente (8) als einstückiges Bauteil Bauteil ausgeführt sind.
- Schließsystem, insbesondere für Gebäudeausrüstungen, bestehend aus einem Schloßzylinder und einem von einer Seite in den Schloßzylinder einführbaren Schlüssel mit in Einführungsrichtung weisenden Stößeln, wobei ein Schließkern in einem Gehäuse drehbar gelagert ist, der wenigstens ein gegen eine Federkraft in Einführungsrichtung des Schlüssels verschiebbares Rastelement mit einer Rastausnehmung aufweist, in welcher die Rastnase eines Blockierelementes beim Erreichen der codierten Position der Rastelemente eingreifen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der anderen Seite (8) des Schloßzylinders ein Öffnungs-/Schließriegel (90) angeordnet ist, der bei Betätigung mit zugeordneten Anschlagsflächen (46b) der Rastelemente (3',4') in Eingriff tritt, wobei der Abstand zwischen diesen Anschlagsflächen (46b) und den Rastausnehmungen (41) für die Rastnase (51) des Blockierelementes (5) aller Rastelemente (3',4') gleich groß ist, und daß sich in der Anschlagsposition des Öffnungs-/Schließriegels (90) die Rastausnehmungen (41) aller Rastelemente (3',4') in Eingriffsposition bezüglich der Rastnase (51) befinden.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Öffnungs-/Schließriegel (90) fest im Zylinderschloß integriert ist, wobei das Schließsystem durch Ziehen des Öffnungs-/Schließriegels (90) in seine gehäuseseitige Anschlagsposition und anschließendes Drehen betätigt werden kann.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1 und 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reiter (4) in Richtung der zweiten offenen Seite (B) einen Fortsatz (4a) aufweist, in dessen der Verzahnung (40) abgewandten Seite eine Ausnehmung (430) mit einer Anschlagsfläche (43a) für das Anschlagselement (7) sowie eine Ausnehmung (45) mit einer Anschlagsfläche (46b) für den Steg (95) des Öffnungs-/Schließriegels (90) angeordnet ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 17 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (45) mindestens eine solche Breite aufweist, die der Summe aus der in dieser Ausnehmung (45) lagernden Breite des Steges (95) und des maximalen Verschiebeweges von Träger (3) und Reiter (4) zueinander entspricht, wobei der Steg (95) mit seiner Anschlagsfläche (96a) in der nichtcodierten Null-Position im wesentlichen an der Anschlagsfläche (46a) der Ausnehmung (45) anliegt.
- Schließsystem nach wenigstens einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Rastelemente bzw. Träger (3, 3') und Reiter (4,4') eines Schließsystems einen identischen Aufbau besitzen.
- Schließsystem nach wenigstens einem Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließsystem eine Freilaufvorrichtung aufweist, daß hierzu der Schließkern (115) und ein Schließzapfen (116) des mit dem Schließsystem verbundenen Schlosses über einen axial verschiebbaren Mitnehmerring (117) verbindbar sind, daß das Blockierelement (114) in der abgeschlossenen Stellung des Schließsystems (110) in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung (113) eines in dem Gehäuse (112) des Schließsystems drehbar gelagerten Innenzylinders (111) eingreift, und daß der Innenzylinder (111) mitnehmerseitig mit Kerben (121) oder nasenförmige Vorsprüngen versehen ist, die in entsprechende Vorsprünge (122) oder Kerben eines mit dem Mitnehmerring (117) gekoppelten Kupplungsringes (123) verbunden sind, so daß bei Drehung des Innenzylinders (111) der Kupplungsring (123) den Mitnehmerring (117) soweit zum Schloß hindrückt, bis der Schließkern (115) mit dem Mitnehmerring (117) nicht mehr in Eingriff steht.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ober- oder unterhalb der in dem Schließkern (2) befindlichen aus Träger (3) und Reiter (4) bestehenden Rastelemente so viel Platz verbleibt, daß das Schließsystem auch mit einem Wendeschlüssel betätigbar ist.
