Definitions
- the invention relates to a garage for the vehicles Circulating ropeway, the platform of a station track, from Uncoupled conveyor rope, drive slowly around, with several to each other parallel, preferably arranged in a rectangle Siding, with a feeder track between the Station track and the siding, with a discharge switch and with an inlet switch between the station track and the loading or sluggish feeder track, each with a switch between each siding and the one that sends or sends it Feeder track and with conveyors that move the vehicles from Station track over the feeder track onto the siding and promote back again.
- the sidings of well-known garages are mostly arranged in a loop, are from the station track loading over an incoming switch and over an outgoing switch sent away, cf. e.g. EP 306 771 B1, EP 245 163 B1 or FR 24 96 029.
- the loop shape has the advantage that the Adjust sidings, adjust existing storage spaces if necessary can, but such a siding can not be flexible load, i.e. the vehicles must be in the order in which drive her into the garage, and leave it again.
- the Space utilization is due to the wide, to be traversed semicircular arches are not optimal in such a garage.
- a garage made known by EP 369 981 B1 with the features mentioned at the beginning has only a single feeder track, whose direction of conveyance from the station track to the siding to Loading or unloading with vehicles is reversible.
- the conveying direction on the Cable car system can be reversed. This is particularly annoying normal operation, if in order to adapt to the current used transport capacity only occasionally vehicles from the Cable car operation should be taken because of the cable car system then have to promote with vocational steps, or two steps forward, then back again. Also, before the All vehicles are no longer registered on the vehicle Conveyor line.
- This task is in the garage according to the invention with the Features resolved that each separate, in only one direction Continuously feeding feeder track for loading the siding from the station track or for loading the station track from the siding is available and that between that Station track loading feeder track and the it sending feeder track one with two switch pieces controlled intersection is arranged.
- This measure according to the invention enables the vehicles Always convey forward in the direction of travel with continuous conveyors.
- the funding institutions are known per se. It will Chain conveyors or ramp conveyors are used, each engage positively on the vehicle hangers. Tire wheel conveyor drift frictionally on the rope clamps, they can be straight or promote in a bow; in the case of gondolas, the Pneumatic wheel conveyor also frictionally on the floor of the vehicles float. At the junctions between neighboring ones Conveyors will alternately rub or rub the vehicles form-fitting delivery to the subsequent conveyor.
- one sliding switch each with a sheet conveyor between the individual siding movable, which is the connection between the respective feeder track and the siding.
- the sliding gate also the sheet conveyor on it on the siding movable, which ensures an inexpensive solution, in particular with more than three or four siding.
- the invention is on every feeder track between neighboring conveyors one storage section each with defined stops for several Vehicles arranged to form a buffer.
- One at a time controllable individual drives define within each storage section several stops for successive vehicles.
- the on the feeder track feeding the station track The storage section forms a caster, from which as long as Direction station track is eligible as the sliding switch to the Siding is moved; afterwards he will be with Vehicles filled up.
- the feeder section arranged on the feeder track forms a lead buffer, which is always refilled with vehicles when the Sliding switch on the siding is moved.
- the buffer feeding the station track is preferably over a control line clocked from the station track, what a accurate insertion of vehicles in the on the rope existing gaps.
- a Connector the vehicles at the intersection one preferably straight passage from one to the other feeder track.
- One on one on the feeder track that sends the garage straight serviced vehicle can thus be passed through the Cable car immediately back to the one loading the garage Bring the feeder track and park on one of the sidings.
- the two serve directly at the intersection inserted switch pieces as connecting piece.
- the station track of a stop station of a circulating cable car is designated by 2; in the illustrated embodiment, this is the valley station of a four-seater chairlift, whose vehicles 5 are uncoupled from the conveying rope 9 when entering the holding station, on a cf. slow driving speed are delayed, with which they bypass the platform of the holding station on the track of the station track 2 (clockwise in the plan view according to FIG. 1b); there (up to four) passengers can get on before the vehicle 5 accelerates again to the rope conveying speed, is coupled to the conveyor rope 9 and exits the holding station in the direction of arrow B uphill.
- a garage (designated underground as 1) is arranged. Seven parallel siding tracks 3 (1) to 3 (7) are arranged in a rectangle and have open track ends on two opposite sides of this rectangle.
- the garage 1 is connected to the station track 2 via two feeder tracks 4 1 , 4 2 , on which the vehicles 5 can be conveyed in one or the other direction.
- the garage 1 feed end feeder track 4 1 is passable from the station track 2 forth over an outgoing switch 2 1; the feeder track 4 2 feeding the station track 2 from the garage 1 has an incoming switch 2 2 on the station track 2 which is arranged in front of the track track 2 of the station track 2 with respect to the outgoing switch 2 1 in the direction of travel.
- Both feeder tracks 4 1 , 4 2 are brought at both ends at right angles to the open track ends of the seven siding tracks 3 (1) to 3 (7) .
- a sliding switch 7 1 or 7 2 can be moved between the seven siding 3 (1) to 3 (7) and can be locked on the siding 3 (i) to be loaded, on which the vehicles 5 can be conveyed to the respective siding 3 (i) via a quarter circle.
- Corresponding conveyor devices 10 are arranged on both feeder tracks 4 1 and 4 2 and on the siding tracks 3 (1) to 3 (7) , which act alternately on the hanger 5 1 at the respective transfer points or drive onto the cable clamps 5 2 of the vehicles 5.
- a single intersection, generally designated 6, is arranged, which can be controlled with two switch pieces 6 1 and 6 2 . If the garage loading feeder track 4 1 is used by vehicles 5, then the associated switch piece 6 1 is inserted at the intersection 6 and connects the adjacent guide rails, while the other switch piece 6 2 is disengaged, on the other guide rail of the station track 2 loading feeder track 4 2 to clear a gap for the passage of the sling 5 1 .
- the two feeder tracks 4 1 , 4 2 are brought perpendicular to the siding 3 in an arrangement parallel to one another, are deflected at right angles at the intersection 6, run parallel to them over the length of the siding 3 and become parallel then led over the corner of the rectangle to the track ends of the siding 3 which are open on both sides.
- a straight passage from one 4 1 to the other feeder track 4 2 is possible if both switch pieces 6 1 and 6 2 are inserted.
- Two buffers are provided for the continuous loading of both the station track 2 and the siding 3 with vehicles 5 conveyed on continuous conveyors 10.
- the garage 1 be fed feeder track 4 1 in the conveying direction after the intersection 6 furnished with a 8 1 designated storage section for six vehicles 5 on the one hand; on the other hand, on the feeder track 4 2 feeding the station track 2 in the conveying direction before the intersection 6 there is a storage section designated as 8 2 for likewise six vehicles 5.
- the storage section 8 2 loading the station track 2 is also clocked via a control line 9 from the station track 2 .
- each of the feeder tracks 4 1 and 4 2 six individually controllable individual drives 8 11 to 8 16 and 8 21 to 8 26 each define six consecutively arranged stops for six vehicles 5 (1) to 5 (6) within the storage sections 8 1 and 8 8 2 between neighboring conveyors.
- the individual drives 8 11 to 8 16 and 8 21 to 8 26 drive frictionally via tire wheels onto the cable clamps 5 2 of the vehicles 5.
- the accumulation section 8 2 arranged in the feeder track 4 2 feeding the station track 2 serves as a follow-up buffer; in the garage be loaded feeder track 1 4 1 8 1 arranged stowing line serves as a buffer flow, in each case in the conveying direction to the associated sliding switching element 7 seen 1 and 7. 2
- the individual drive 8 21 located at the front in the conveying direction S follows the respective cycle sequence obtained from the station track 2 via the control line 9, at which time intervals the continuously running follow-up conveyor is to be loaded with a vehicle 5 (i) ; in the meantime, the storage section 8 2 is filled up again and again from behind. If a siding 3 (i) is completely emptied, the associated sliding switch 7 2 moves to another; meanwhile, the station track 2 is fed from the buffer of the storage section 8 2 .
- This operating mode can be used when starting up the cable car system all vehicles 5 from the garage 1 to the Couple conveyor rope 11; but it is also possible, if necessary to put only a part of the vehicles 5 into operation and with them correspondingly larger distances from each other to the conveyor cable 11 hang. The gaps between the vehicles 5 can then be fill up if there is a higher transport capacity at the cable car system is needed.
- the operating mode "loading garage with vehicles” is essentially analogous in the direction of arrow G.
- the buffer of the storage section 8 1 must be filled with six vehicles 5, then a siding 3 (i) is loaded by commissioning the subsequent conveyor;
- the start signal for loading garage 1 is given by the last individual drive in the garage conveying direction as soon as a vehicle 5 is at this stop.
- the respective siding 3 (i) is filled, the storage section 8 1 is filled; meanwhile, the sliding switch 7 1 moves to another siding.
- all vehicles 5 located on the conveyor cable 10 can be trained; it can, however, only be used for adjustment to the transport capacity required, if necessary, only every second or third vehicle 5 located on the conveyor cable 10.
- the continuous conveyors on the feeder tracks 4 1 or 4 2 and the siding 3 (1) to 3 (7) can work with different conveying speeds; this is shown in the top view according to FIG. 1b from the different distances between successive vehicles 5.
- a particularly preferred embodiment of the sliding switch 7 is according to FIGS. 3a and b with three running wheels 7 41 to 7 43 arranged on a frame on two running rails 7 61 and 7 62 between the siding (3 (1) to 3 (7) according to FIG .1) movable; a single drive 7 5 drives one impeller 7 41 on the running rail 7 61 .
- the sliding switch 7 is locked with a lock 7 34 .
- a total of 7 3 designated sheet conveyor drives frictionally via a total of six tire wheel drives 7 31 on catwalks 5 22 fixed to the cable clamps, the cable clamps 5 2 roll with two castors 5 21 in a quarter circle over two associated running rails 7 33 onto the respective siding 3 (i) .
- the tire wheel drives 7 31 are inevitably driven in the same direction by a single drive 7 32 via traction means.
- FIGS. 4 a and b The drive of the switch pieces 6 1 and 6 2 at the intersection 6 is shown in FIGS. 4 a and b , in which the switch piece shown in FIGS. 1 b and 2 is again designated 6 1 .
- a straight piece 6 11 and an arc piece 6 12 are inserted alternately as connecting pieces to control the crossing 6 on the switch piece 6 1 (or 6 2 ).
- the straight piece 6 11 creates the connection on the guide rail of the feeder track 4 1 feeding the garage 1 .
- the bow section 6 12 belongs to the other guide rail of the feeder track 4 2 feeding the station track 2 ; in the designed state it creates the gap for the passage of the hanger 5 1 and in the inserted state the connection on the guide rail for the passage of the arch on the feeder track 4 2 .
- the drive takes place via a crank arm designated 6 3 in total, consisting of drive motor 6 31 with reduction gear, crank 6 32 , coupling 6 33 and rocker arm 6 34 .
- the straight piece 6 11 and the curved piece 6 12 are firmly connected to the rocker 6 34 ; the engagement position of the straight piece 6 11 is shown in Figure 4a with solid lines, its disengaged position is shown with dashed lines.
- the coupling 6 33 pivots, which is rotatably connected to the driven crank 6 32 on its crank pin.
