Claims (20)
- Maschine zum Schneiden eines flexiblen Werkstoffs (4), der insbesondere als Flachmaterial in einzelner Lage oder in mehreren Lagen vorliegt, umfassend:einen Tisch mit einer Auflagefläche (1) für das flexible Schnittgut (4);einen Schneidkopf (18), der mit einer Schneidscheibe (37), einem Antriebsmotor (34) zum Drehen der Scheibe und mit einer Einrichtung (42, 43) zum sequentiellen Schleifen der Scheibe ausgestattet ist;eine Horizontalantriebseinrichtung (14, 15) für den Schneidkopf (18), die diesen oberhalb des Tisches gemäß zwei orthogonalen Bewegungsachsen verfahren kann; undeine Drehantriebseinrichtung (26-30) für den Schneidkopf (18), um diesen um eine vertikale Tangentialsteuerungs-Achse zu drehen,der Tisch mit einem Trägerstoff abgedeckt ist, der eine vorbestimmte Dicke aufweist, damit die Scheibe (37) eindringen kann,der Schneidkopf (18) einem Schlitten (15) zugeordnet ist, mit dem er über eine Vertikal-Verstelleinrichtung (16) gekoppelt ist, mit deren Hilfe der Kopf verlagerbar ist zwischen einer oberen Stellung, in der die Scheibe (37) sich mit Abstand oberhalb des Tisches befindet, und einer unteren Stellung, in der die Scheibe mit einer vorbestimmten Eindringtiefe in den Trägerstoff eindringt,eine Vertikaleinstelleinrichtung (24) dazu ausgebildet ist, die untere Stellung des Schneidkopfs (18) und mithin die Eindringtiefe der Scheibe in den Trägerstoff zu justieren,der Antriebsmotor (34) zum Drehen der Scheibe (37) von dem Schneidkopf (18) getragen wird und die Scheibe mit einer Drehzahl von mehr als 5000 UpM anzutreiben vermag, wobei Motor und Scheibe mit einer Motorwelle bzw. einer Drehachse ausgestattet sind, die parallel und horizontal verlaufen,die Drehantriebseinrichtung (26-30) des Schneidkopfs (18) derart angeordnet ist, daß die tangentiale Steuerachse der Scheibe (37) in horizontaler Richtung um eine Strecke (D) gegenüber der Drehachse der Scheibe derart versetzt ist, daß die Scheibe in den Trägerstoff auf der Höhe eines vorderen Berührungspunkts eindringt, der in der Nachbarschaft der tangentialen Steuerachse liegt,eine Horizontaleinstelleinrichtung (54) dazu ausgebildet ist, den Abstand (D) zu justieren, welcher die tangentiale Steuerachse von der Drehachse der Scheibe (37) trennt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (34) zum Drehen der Scheibe (37) dazu ausgebildet ist, diese in gleicher Richtung anzutreiben, in der der Schneidkopf (18) verfahren wird, ferner mit einer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit, die die Geschwindigkeit des Schneidkopfs übersteigt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (34) zum Drehen der Scheibe (37) ein Drehmoment aufweist, das etwa zwischen 4 und 6 cmN liegt und in der Lage ist, die Scheibe mit einer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit von 10 m/s anzutreiben.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifeinrichtung aufweist:zwei Schleiforgane (42, 43), die jeweils mit einer Schleiffläche ausgestattet sind, und die jeweils einer Seite der Scheibe (37) gegenüber liegen, wobei eines der Schleiforgane (42) dazu dient, die Scheibe (37) mit deren Schneidwinkel auszustatten, und das andere Schleiforgan (43) dazu augebildet ist, die Fadenschneidfunktion zu gewährleisten,eine Verlagerungseinrichtung (48, 49) für die Schleiforgane (42, 43), um deren Schleiffläche in zeitlichen Abständen und während jeweils einer vorbestimmten Zeitspanne an die zugehörige Seite der Scheibe (37) zu bringen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleiforgane (42, 43) derart angeordnet sind, daß ihre Schleifflächen einen jeweils anderen Neigungswinkel bezüglich der zugehörigen Seite der Scheibe (37) bilden, und die Berührungsfläche zwischen dem zum Schärfen dienenden Schleiforgan (42) und der Scheibe (37) kleiner ist als diejenige zwischen dem anderen Schleiforgan (43) und der Scheibe.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleiffläche des zum Schärfen dienenden Schleiforgans (42) begrenzt ist auf einen Winkel von etwa 20° bezüglich der entsprechenden Fläche der Scheibe (37), und die Schleiffläche des anderen Schleiforgans (43) auf einen Winkel von etwa 5° bezüglich der anderen Fläche der Scheibe begrenzt ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berühzungszone zwischen jeder Schleiffläche eines Schleiforgans (42, 43) und der zugehörigen Fläche der Scheibe (37) exzentrisch ist bezüglich der Mitte der jeweiligen Schleifflächen, so daß bei einer Berührung die Drehung der Scheibe zu einer Antriebsdrehung der Schleiforgane führt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßjedes Schleiforgan durch einen Schleifkörper (42, 43) gebildet wird, der mit einem der Enden einer Achse (44, 45) in einer in dem Schneidkopf (18) gegenüber einer Seite der Scheibe (43) ausgebildeten Blindbohrung (46, 47) gelagert ist,wobei die Verlagerungseinrichtung für die Schleiforgane pneumatisch ausgebildet ist und eine Leitungsanordnung (48, 49) aufweist, die in jeder Blindbohrung (46, 47) mündet und in der Lage ist, das Schleiforgan (42, 43) aus der Bohrung auszutreiben.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die pneumatische Verlagerungseinrichtung dazu ausgebildet ist, an das für die Fadenschneidfunktion vorgesehene Schleiforgan (43) Druckluft mit einem Druck zu liefern, der unterhalb desjenigen Drucks liegt, mit dem das zum Schärfen vorgesehene Schleiforgan (42) beaufschlagt wird.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidkopf (18) aufweist:ein als festes Element bezeichnetes Element (32), getragen von dem Schlitten (15) mittels der Vertikal-Verstelleinrichtung (16), an dem der Antriebsmotor (34) zum Drehen der Scheibe (37) angebracht ist,ein als Schubteil bezeichnetes bewegliches Element (33), welches die Scheibe (37) trägt, undeine handbetätigte Einrichtung (54) für die Relativ-Versetzung des Schubteils (33) gegenüber dem festen Element (32), um die Strecke (D) zu justieren.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Scheibe (37) von einer Horizontalwelle (34) getragen wird, auf der eine Riemenscheibe (42) sitzt, und die sich entlang einer Achse erstreckt, die senkrecht auf der Verlagerungsachse des Schubteils (33) steht,der Antriebsmotor (34) zum Drehen der Scheibe (37) eine Motorwelle aufweist, auf der eine Riemenscheibe (35) sitzt, und die parallel zu der Welle der Scheibe (37) verläuft, undwobei ein Antriebsriemen (36) als Umlaufverbindung auf den Riemenscheiben sitzt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (34) zum Drehen der Scheibe (37) einen Geschwindigkeitssteller aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (37) achteckige Form aufweist, bestehend aus vier kreisbogenförmigen Seiten, die jeweils paarweise durch lineare Seiten verbunden sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Tisch durch ein Endlosband (1) gebildet wird, welches eine obere Lagerfläche aufweist und welches auf zwei Walzen (2, 3) gelagert ist,der Trägerstoff auf der gesamten Oberfläche des Bandes angebracht ist, undeine Antriebseinrichtung dazu dient, einen gegebenen Längenabschnitt des Bandes (1) gesteuert durchlaufen zu lassen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 14, bei der die Horizontalantriebseinrichtung für den Schneidkopf (18) aufweist:eine Brücke (14), die das Band (1) in Querrichtung überspannt, und zu der eine Antriebseinrichtung gehört, mit der sie oberhalb des Bandes in Längsrichtung verlagert werden kann, undeinen Schlitten (15), der von der Brücke (14) getragen wird, und zu dem eine Antriebseinrichtung gehört, um ihn in Längsrichtung entlang der Brücke zu verlagern.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Brücke (14) ein Druckstab (7) zugeordnet ist, der mit Vertikalversetzungsmitteln (8) ausgestattet ist, um gegen das Band (1) gelegt werden zu können, unddie Antriebseinrichtung der Brücke (14) und die des Bandes (1) dazu ausgebildet sind, das Band und die Brücke synchron zu bewegen.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufweist:eine Lagerungseinrichtung (6) für eine Walze (5) zum Abspulen einer flexiblen Materialbahn (4), damit die Bahn dem Band (1) zugeführt werden kann,Detektiermittel (9) am Seitenrand der dem Band (1) zugeführten flexiblen Materialbahn (4), undeine Querverlagerungseinrichtung (11-13) der Lagerungseinrichtung (6) für die Abspulwalze (5), welche dazu ausgebildet ist, die Walze in Abhängigkeit von Informationen zu positionieren, die von den Detektiermitteln zugeführt werden.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine numerische Steuereinheit aufweist, um insbesondere die Versetzungen des Bandes (1) zu digitalisieren.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerstoff durch eine Schaumstofflage gebildet wird, beispielsweise aus Polyurethanschaum.
- Verfahren zum Regulieren der Stellung der Schneidscheibe (37) einer Schneidmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aufweist:Festlegen einer gegebenen Eindringtiefe durch Justieren der Einstelleinrichtung (24) für die untere Stellung des Schneidkopfs (18),Verfahren der Scheibe (37) an den unteren Anschlag, wobei sie drehend angetrieben wird, um eine erste Auftrefflinie zu erhalten,erneutes Hochfahren der Scheibe (37) und Verdrehen des Schneidkopfs (18) um 90°,erneutes Absenken der Scheibe (37) bis zum unteren Anschlag, während die Scheibe gedreht wird, um dadurch eine zweite Auftrefflinie senkrecht zu der ersten Linie zu erhalten,Untersuchen der Auftrefflinien, um die Länge dieser Linien festzustellen, die sich von ihrem Kreuzungspunkt aus erstrecken, undin-Betrieb-Setzen der Horizontaleinstelleinrichtung (54) in der einen oder der anderen Richtung in der Weise, daß eine Länge der Auftrefflinien ausgehend von deren Kreuzungspunkt etwa zwischen 0,5 mm und 2 mm liegt.
