Claims (10)
- Einrichtung zum Verhindern von durch einen Bahnriß verursachten Schäden an einer einen Trockner umfassenden Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit einer Bahnfangvorrichtung (5) und einer in Bahnlaufrichtung nachgeschalteten Trenn- und Haltevorrichtung (6), die zwischen dem letzten Druckwerk (2) und dem Trockner (3) angeordnet sind, sowie mit einem nacheinander die Bahnfangvorrichtung (5) und die Trenn- und Haltevorrichtung (6) in Funktion bringenden Bahnrißmelder (21).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bahnrißmelder (21) ein die Bedruckstoffbahn (4) berührungslos abtastender Sensor ist, der eine die Bahnfangvorrichtung (5) und mit geringer Zeitverzögerung die Trenn- und Haltevorrichtung (6) in Funktion bringende Steuereinheit (22) ansteuert.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit (22) ein Zeitverzögerungsglied (24) zur Ansteuerung der Trenn- und Haltevorrichtung (6) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenn- und Haltevorrichtung (6) aufgrund ihrer Ansprechträgheit verzögert in Funktion tritt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahnfangvorrichtung (5) eine mittels eines Motors (8) mit einer über der Bahnlaufgeschwindigkeit liegenden Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angetriebene Aufwickelwalze (7) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehzahl des Motors (8) stufenlos regelbar ist und die Steuereinheit (22) ein die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Aufwickelwalze (7) nach Erfassen der Bedruckstoffbahn (4) auf die Bahnlaufgeschwindigkeit verlangsamendes Steuerglied (23) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerglied ein Mikroprozessor (23) ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahnfangvorrichtung (5) und die Trenn- und Haltevorrichtung (6) einander unmittelbar benachbart angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bahnfangvorrichtung (5) und die Trenn- und Haltevorrichtung (6) zu einer Baueinheit zusammengefaßt sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenn- und Haltevorrichtung (4) auf der dem Trockner (3) zugewandten Seite eines Messers (16) angeordnete Klemmittel (17,20) aufweist.
