Claims (8)
- Betätigungsvorrichtung für ein Verschlußgetriebe, insbesondere an einem zweiflügeligen Fenster, einer zweiflügeligen Tür od. dgl. ohne Mittelpfosten oder an einem Fenster, einer Tür od. dgl. mit mindestens einem nach außen öffnenden Flügel,bestehend aus einer Rosette (17 bzw. 32), in der entweder eine Antriebsnuß (31) für den Kraftangriff eines Bedienungshebels (34) oder aber unmittelbar ein Bedienungshebel (18) mit Antriebsnuß (22) drehbar gelagert ist,wobei die Antriebsnuß (31) eine Ausnehmung (22) zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme eines Endstückes (23) einer Welle (24) aufweist,und wobei das freie Ende der Welle (24) als Drehkupplungs-Mitnehmer für ein Antriebselement (20) eines Verschlußgetriebes dient,daß einerseits das Endstück (23) der Welle (24) in der Ausnehmung (22) der Antriebsnuß (31) bzw. des Bedienungshebels (18) pendelnd gelagert ist,und daß andererseits auch das freie Ende dieser Welle (24) ein Pendellager-Kopfstück (25) als Steck-Kupplungsglied für das Antriebselement (20) des Verschlußgetriebes aufweist.
- Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Welle (24) einen Mehrkant-Querschnitt,
insbesondere Vierkant-Querschnitt aufweist und dabei ihr Endstück (23) sowie ihr Pendellager-Kopfstück (25) im Anschluß an eine Umfangseinschnürung (27) einstückig angeformt und ballig (28) ausgebildet sind. - Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die die Antriebsnuß (31) lagernde Rosette als ein unter die Lagerrosette (33) eines handelsüblichen Bedienungshebels (34) setzbares Adapterstück (32) ausgeführt ist, welches mit Durchlässen für die Befestigungsschrauben und ggf. auch für dazu koaxiale Fixierdorne der Bedienungshebel-Lagerrosette (33) versehen ist. - Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Endstück (23) und das Pendellager-Kopfstück (25) der Welle (24) die gleiche Querschnittsform und Querschnittsabmessung wie der zwischen den Umfangseinschnürungen (27) gelegene Längenabschnitt der Welle (24) aufweisen und die Umfangseinschnürungen (27) durch spanlose oder spanende Formgebung gebildet sind. - Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Endstück (23) der Welle (24) drehfest und längsverschiebbar aber unlösbar in der Antriebsnuß (31) bzw. der Ausnehmung (22) des Bedienungshebels (18) gehalten ist. - Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umfangseinschnürung (27) zum Endstück (23) und zum Pendellager-Kopfstück (25) hin je durch eine steile Pyramidenfläche (29) und zur Wellenmitte hin durch eine flache Kegelfläche (30) begrenzt ist und daß die Flanken der Pyramiden- und der Kegelflächen miteinander etwa einen rechten Winkel einschließen. - Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der axialen Ausnehmung (22) des Bedienungshebels (34) ein die Antriebsnuß (31) tragender Mitnehmerbolzen (35) undrehbar aber axial verschiebbar sitzt, der relativ zum Bedienungshebel (34) in Richtung gegen das in die Antriebsnuß (31) eingreifende Endstück (23) der Welle (24) unter ständiger elastischer Vorspannung (36) gehalten hat. - Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Mitnehmerbolzen (35) durch ein die Ausnehmung (22) des Bedienungshebels (34) eingesetzte Druckfeder (36) unter elastische Vorspannung gesetzt ist.
