Claims (5)
- Dispositif de séchage pour une machine d'impression rotative à feuilles, comportant un cylindre guidant les feuilles et un cylindre gravé associe, ainsi qu'un système de séchage par rayonnement agissant sur la feuille et un système de séchage par de l'air chaud,
caractérisé en ce qu'un bâti (1) mobile en direction verticale (5) au moyen d'une transmission de guidage (8) ou pouvant pivoter en direction radiale (12) sur une trajectoire d'un point de bielle est associé au cylindre d'impression (6), et le système de rayonnement (3), le système de séchage par de l'air chaud (4), ainsi que des éléments de guidage de feuille (2) sont agencés de façon amovible sur ce bâti (1). - Dispositif de séchage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la transmission de guidage (8) déplaçant le bâti (1) est formée par quatre transmissions à vis mobiles de façon synchrone et agencées du côté du châssis. - Dispositif de séchage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la transmission de guidage (8) déplaçant le bâti (1) est formée par deux quadrilatères articulés mobiles de façon synchrone et montés du côté du châssis. - Dispositif de séchage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est agencé dans le sens d'avance des feuilles (9) avant ou après la zone d'impression (10) du cylindre d'impression (6). - Dispositif de séchage selon les revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que le bâti (1) mobile par l'intermédiaire de la transmission de guidage (8) et portant le système de rayonnement (3), le système de séchage par de l'air chaud (4), ainsi que des éléments de guidage de feuille (2) est associé à un cylindre d'impression (6) dans une unité de laquage.
