Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de protection contre la pénétration des insectes par une fenêtre avec battant de fenêtre basculant ou pivotant, comprenant un filet à insectes étant monté dans un cadre périphérique placé devant un châssis de fenêtre, caractérisé en ce que le cadre périphérique (6) avec le filet à insectes est fixé sur un élément à lamelle extérieur d'un groupe (8) d'éléments à lamelle séparés et déployés ayant une forme rectangulaire ou en U et entourant le châssis de fenêtre (1) autour de sa périphérie et pouvant pivoter sur des pivots (10) qui sont disposés sur un côté du châssis de fenêtre (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à lamelle extérieur du groupe (8) desdits éléments à lamelle est une lamelle de recouvrement tridimensionnelle (12) construite avec des bandes lamellaires qui sont rattachées entre elles à leurs extrémités dans un cadre rectangulaire ou en forme de U et sont orientées par leurs plans perpendiculairement à un plan du châssis, dans lequel ladite lamelle de recouvrement (12) est fixée sur un de ses côtés aux pivots (10) qui sont fixés à des parties latérales d'au moins une autre lamelle tridimensionnelle (11) placée à l'intérieur de la lamelle de recouvrement (12) et à l'extérieur d'une lamelle de fixation interne (9) qui est fixée à un côté extérieur du châssis de fenêtre (1).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la lamelle de recouvrement (12) est dotée sur son bord écarté du cadre périphérique (6) d'une bordure repliée (13) qui est dirigée vers une lamelle d'écartement adjacente (11) dotée d'une bordure externe repliée (13) sur un de ses côtés et avec une bordure interne repliée (13) sur son côté opposé, la lamelle de fixation (9) étant dotée d'une bordure externe repliée (13) sur un bord de la lamelle en contact avec le cadre périphérique (6) et toutes les bordures repliées (13) des éléments à lamelle adjacents sont placées de manière à s'accrocher les unes aux autres.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la lamelle de recouvrement (12) est pourvue sur un de ses côtés d'au moins un trou (14) qui est positionné en face d'un trou pratiqué dans la traverse du châssis de fenêtre (1) et d'une broche de fixation (15) qui est logée de manière coulissante dans ledit trou (14).
  5. Dispositif selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le cadre périphérique (6) pour le filet à insectes a au moins trois traverses latérales creuses et une cavité longitudinale desdites traverses communique avec un espace limité par ledit cadre périphérique (6) à travers des fentes et le filet roulant (3) est guidé dans lesdites fentes et est enroulé sur une barre d'enroulement (4) sur un côté du cadre périphérique (6), dans lequel ladite barre d'enroulement (4) est montée dans un caisson (5).
