Description

Aufnah evorrichtung für Rollen und Gleiter
Technisches Gebiet:
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufnahmevorrichtung für Rollen und Gleiter, die am Boden von schraπkartigen Behältern anbringbar ist.
Mit Rollen oder Gleitern versehene schrankartige - oder auch kastenförmige - Behälter sind solche, die u.a. eine stabile Bodenplatte aufweisen, beispielsweise Rollcontainer, Bürocontainer, Schränke oder auch
Geräte. Die Bodenplatte dient in vielen Fällen aus¬ schließlich zur Stabilisierung und hat keine Funktion als Ablagefach oder Staubschutz, insbesondere dann, wenn sich direkt über der Bodenplatte Schubladen befinden. An dieser Bodenplatte werden im Bedarfsfall die Rollen oder Gleiter befestigt.
Stand der Technik:
Es ist bekannt, Rollen oder Gleiter in besonderen
Aufnahmevorrichtungen zu befestigen, die dann ihrer¬ seits durch Anschrauben, Einstecken, Anschweißen oder Ankleben an der Bodenplatte des schrankartigen Behälters angebracht werden, in der Regel je eine in jeder der vier Ecken. Dies ergibt eine aufwendige
Konstruktion und einen zeitraubenden Arbeitsvorgang. Darstellung der Erfindung:
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Die in den Patentansprüchen beschriebene Erfindung löst die Aufgabe, eine Aufnahmevorrichtung für Rollen und
Gleiter zu schaffen, die so ausgebildet ist, daß sie gleichzeitig die Stabilisierungsfunktion der Bodenplatte mit übernehmen und somit anstelle dieser Bodenplatte montiert werden kann.
Bei der Erfindung wird die Aufnahmevorrichtung direkt an den unten offenen schrankartigen Behälter ange¬ bracht, anstatt wie bisher üblich zunächst eine Boden¬ platte anzubringen, an welcher dann die Aufnahmevor- richtungen befestigt werden. Dadurch, daß die Aufnahmevorrichtung zugleich die Funktion der Bodenplatte übernimmt, wird eine Reduzierung der Bauteile und eine Vereinfachung der Montage erzielt.
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnung:
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt und werden im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen jeweils verkleinert
Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung eine vordere und eine hintere an Seitenwände eines nach unten offenen Schrankes montierte Aufnahme¬ vorrichtung mit je zwei Aufnahmezapfen für Rollen;
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt im Bereich einer der Rollen durch eine Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Dübel und Verschraubung als Befestigung; Fig. 3 eine Stirnansicht der Aufnahmevorrichtung mit zusätzlicher Staubabdeckung und mit einer Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme einer Zierblende;
Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt im Bereich einer der Rollen durch eine Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Aufnahme¬ zapfen für dünne Seitenwände als Befestigung;
Fig. 5 in einer Fig. 1 entsprechenden Darstellung eine den ganzen Boden des Schrankes einnehmende einzelne Aufnahmevorrichtung;
Fig. 6 in Draufsicht a) , Seitenansicht von rechts b) und Längsschnitt c) eine einzelne Aufnahme¬ vorrichtung für die Anbringung in einer Ecke eines schraπkartigen Behälters.
Weg zur Ausführung der Erfindung:
Jede der als Ausführungsbeispiel gewählten Aufnahmevor- richtuπgen weist einen Kunststoffträger 1 auf. Der Kunststoffträger 1 ist in herkömmlicher Weise als Spritzgußteil mit Verstärkungsrippen, -Stegen u. dgl. ausgeführt. Im Bereich seiner Stirnseiten/Ecken weist der Kunststoffträger eine Platte 11 auf. Im Bereich der Platte 11 ist in den Kunststoffträger 1 eine Metall¬ platte 2 eingelassen, bei einem Spritzgußteil eingespritzt. Die Metallplatte 2 ist mit einem Zapfen 21 versehen. Jeder Zapfen 21 nimmt eine Rolle 3 oder einen nicht dargestellten Gleiter auf. Zweckmäßig sind die Zapfen 21 für die Rollen 3 so angebracht, daß letztere zu einem Teil in den Kunststoffträger 1 hineinragen. Dies ermöglicht eine geringere Boden¬ freiheit 22 als bei herkömmlichen Aufnahmevor¬ richtungen. An die Stirn- und/oder Seitenwände des Kunststoffträgers 1 sind Dübel 12 und ein Steg 13 angeformt. Die in einer Ebene angeordneten Dübel 12 dienen zusammen mit dem Steg 13 der Befestigung des Kunststoffträgers 1 an je einer Seitenwand 41 eines im übrigen nicht dargestellten, unten offenen schrankartigen Behälters 4.
Werden schrankartige Behälter mit sowohl in der Länge als auch in der Breite gleichbleibender Bodenfläche mit der Aufnahmevorrichtung versehen, empfiehlt sich eine Ausführung nach Fig. 5: Zwei die eigentliche Aufnahmevorrichtung bildende Kunststoffträger 1 sind durch eine verstärkte Zwischenplatte 17 verbunden. Die Aufnahmevorrichtung kann, wie im Ausführungsbeispiel, an allen vier Ecken oder aber an zwei zu derselben Seitenwand gehörenden Ecken und an der gegenüber¬ liegenden Seitenwand mittig die Metallplatten 2 mit dem Zapfen 21 für die Aufnahme der Rollen 3 aufweisen.
Sind schrankartige Behälter mit einer Bodenfläche zwar gleicher Breite aber unterschiedlicher Länge mit der Aufnahmevorrichtung zu versehen, empfiehlt sich eine Ausführung nach Fig. 1: Es werden zwei gleiche Kunststoffträger 1 verwendet, von denen der eine als vordere und der andere als hintere Aufnahmevorrichtung dient. Jeder dieser Kunststoffträger wird dann im Bereich der vorderen oder der hinteren Seitenwand am Boden des schrankartigen Behälters befestigt.
Werden schrankartige Behälter sowohl unterschiedlicher Länge als auch unterschiedlicher Breite mit der Aufnahmevorrichtung versehen, empfiehlt sich die Ver¬ wendung des Kunststoffträgers nach Fig. 6: An jeder Ecke der Bodenfläche wird einer der Kunststoffträger 1 an dem schrankartigen Behälter befestigt. Aus Gründen der Stabilisierung können alle benachbarten Kunststoff- träger oder jeweils zwei an derselben Seite angeordnete Kunststoffträger 1 mit Hilfe eines in der Länge veränderlichen Profils 5 verbunden sein. Das Profil 5 ist zweckmäßig ein Metallprofil, welches auf eine an den Kunststoffträger 1 angeformte Nase 18 gesteckt ist.
Die an dem Kunststoffträger 1 vorgesehenen Dübel 12 sind in Holz- oder Spanplatten eingebracht, die die Seitenwände 41 bilden - Fig. 1, 2, 5 und 6 -. Mit Hilfe einer durch den Steg 13 geschraubten, nicht dargestellten Schraube wird dann der Kunststoffträger 1 zusätzlich mit der Seitenwand 41 verschraubt - Fig. 2 -.
Weist der schrankartige Behälter 4 dünne Seitenwände 42 auf, wird für die Befestigung ein senkrecht zu dem Steg 13 verlaufender Aufnahmezapfen 14 verwendet. Über den
Aufnahmezapfen 14 wird ein mit der dünnen Seitenwand 42 verbundenes U-förmiges, flanschartig abstrebende freie Enden aufweisendes Befestigungsteil 43 über den keil¬ artigen Aufnahmezapfen 14 gesteckt und verschraubt - Fig. 4 -.
Soll der schrankartige Behälter 4 eine zusätzliche Staubabdeckung 44 erhalten, wird an den Kunststoff- träger 1 auf der Innenseite eine Anschraublasche 15 angeformt, die mit einer Bohrung für den Durchtritt einer Schraube versehen ist. Auf die Anschraublasche 15 wird die Staubabdeckung 44 aufgelegt und verschraubt. Sollen außerdem nicht dargestellte Zierblenden des schrankartigen Behälters 4 befestigt werden, werden an den Kunststoffträger 1 Befestigungen 16 für solche Zierblenden angeformt - Fig. 3 -.
Gewerbliche Verwertbarkeit:
Die Erfindung ist verwertbar bei allen schrankartigen Behältern, die an der Unterseite zunächst offen sind und mit einem Boden versehen werden, z.B. bei Roll¬ containern, Bürocontainern, Schränken oder Geräten.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Aufnahmevorrichtung für Rollen (3) und Gleiter, die am Boden von schrankartigen Behältern (4) anbringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Metallplatten (2) mit je einem Aufnahmezapfen (21)für eine der Rollen (2) oder Gleiter in einen Kunststoff- träger (1) gespritzt sind, welcher anstelle einer Bodenplatte an Seitenwände (41) des schrankartigen Behälters (4) befestigbar ist.
2. Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß ein einzelner Kunststoffträger (1) mit mindestens drei Rollen (3) oder Gleitern an den Seitenwänden (41) befestigt ist.
Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 für schrank¬ artige Behälter gleicher Breite jedoch unter¬ schiedlicher Länge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei gleiche Kunststoffträger (1) als vordere und hintere Aufnahmevorrichtung an den Seitenwänden (41) befestigt sind.
4. Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 für schrank¬ artige Behälter unterschiedlicher Länge und unter¬ schiedlicher Breite, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vier gleiche Kunststoffträger (1) in jeder der vier Ecken am Boden des schrankartigen Behälters (4) befestigt sind.
5. Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß zumindest zwei benachbarte Kunststoff- träger (1) über angepaßte Hohlprofile miteinander verbunden sind.
6. Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Kunststoff- träger (1) seitlich Dübel (12) angeformt sind, welche in die Seitenwände (41) bildende Holz- oder Spanplatten einbringbar sind.
7. Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (41) zusätzlich über einen Steg (13) abgestützt und mit diesem ver¬ schraubt ist.
8. Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Kunststoff- träger (1) seitlich Aufnahmezapfen (14) für dünne Seitenwände (42) angeformt sind.
9. Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zapfen (21) für die Rollen (3) so angebracht sind, daß letztere zu einem Teil in den Kunststoffträger (1) hineinragen.
10. Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Kunststoff- träger (1) Anschraublaschen (15) für die Befestigung einer Staubabdeckung (44) vorgesehen sind.
11. Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis
10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Kunststoff- träger (1) Befestigungen (16) für Zierblenden vorgesehen sind.
